I was thinking that Twilight and her friends would rule together from Twilight's castle after the first episode this season. I was surprised when Twilight moved back to Canterlot and kind of became the sole ruler.

Wish we could have gotten another season or two with the student 6 characters.

Twilight packed up all the books in the library in the flashback, so I think she took them to Canterlot.

After season 5 almost all of the pets disappeared from the show. I wonder why the writers no longer included them?

I can't help wondering why Hasbro decided to end the show now when it has been really huge for them. I also wonder if the Twilight takes over for Celestia and Luna plot would of been saved for another season if season 9 had not been the end.

Seeing how much the storm king has been referenced in Season 8, could the writers be planning on bringing him back?

MLP has disappeared from all the leaving Netflix in August lists that I have looked at.

If these characters show up in the show they might be referred to as best friends instead of a couple considering that Hasbro only lets Lyra and Bon Bon be best friends. I think some countries would ban this show if not.

What do you think the chances are that the mlp movie characters and locations show up in season 8?

Considering that season 7 will end shortly before the movie comes out, do you think that the villain could appear in one of the last episodes of the season.

.... or was Misty Fly just pranking Rainbow Dash considering that she and Twilight laughed after Rainbow fainted.

So far we have had Gilda and Trixie redeemed while also giving us a nice changeling. There are clues that they might redeem Flim and Flam, Queen Chrysalis and Lightning Dust too. What is your opinion on this?
