Of course. As well all know, there is no such thing as an outside source or effector of depression itself. Plus, we all know that fighting depression is as easy as thinking, because depression clearly doesn't effect your thought process.

It's half disease and half mindset.

Get some meds, and learn not to let things get to you.

I used to be depressed, so I'm not an outsider to this, trust me.
