Just click on your name, and then "My Settings"
 
 
 
And navigate to "Signature"

Once you upload your image, you should see a page like this (with you own image, of course)
 
 
 
Click on your image, and get a page like this:
 
 
 
Copy the url (should end in .png, .jpg, or similar). Now in your signature settings, click the insert image box:
 
 
 
Paste the url in:
 
 
 
You should have your banner show up in the text box:

The maximum image size for signatures is 600x100, and yours is 550x120.
 
Donors get slightly larger limits at 600x200, which explains the bigger ones you've seen. :3

Here's the answer:
 
 

You can make one in the Character Database found in the Roleplay World. Just click the little black "Add Character" button in the top right.
 
 
 

Go to anyone's profile and click "Profile Feed"
 
 
 
Then type the message here:
 
 
 
If you do this on your own profile, you will post a normal status update.

Here's the basic outline for making sure it shows up as a video instead of a link:

 

- Only two videos are allowed per post, any others will show up as links.

 

- Make sure you have a format that ends in /watch?v=MYaDU78v_8A.

 

If your link has more than just the ?v=gibberish, for example: /watch?annotation_id=annotation_749213&feature=iv&src_vid=X7CKqGpgr2Q&v=7t8rRzbFXRc

 

it will show up as a link. Make sure to copy only the ?v= part.

Click the "More reply options" button

Choose your file from your computer and click "Open"

Some text should show up like this:

I'm not an official, but what I assume is this:
 
Why would you ever need more than 10 tags? There's only so many key words that have to do with your topic without getting redundant.
 
If your topic focuses on enough different things that more than 10 tags would be necessary, I would suggest splitting them off into their own topics in order to keep one subject per topic.

Can you go through the steps you used to add it? What error did you get? Here's a few suggestions to get it to work
 
1. Did you delete the old image?
 
2. Make sure you don't have any extra lines, I believe five is the max.
 
3. Make sure you have copied the correct url. (Ends in .png, .jpg, or something similar)
 
I recommend using imgur to upload, if you're not already.
