Nuclear Neurotic

Corporate Crime Corporate sat in his cushy seat, setting his bags in the seat next to him. With only one other pony in the train car he allowed himself to let out a tired sigh. He looked out the window a few minutes before the train whistle blew announcing the final departure for the night. A slight jerk made Corporate grunt as the train slowly began to move away from the loading platform. 'It'll be a short while before the train gets to the Crystal Empire...' mused Corporate closing his mismatched eyes. Nuclear Neurotic @@Comet Starflash, "Don't worry. You can stay in my room if you want to be away from the others. Also, they are probably asleep by now so I'll just leave them a note saying you're staying for a while, okay?" Nuclear smiled, trying to ease her friend's discomfort.

Nuclear left for a couple minutes and came back with a glass of what smelled like really strong alcohol. The mare sighed. "I like you, ya know. I don't care that you're a changeling." she said, setting the drink on the table near the couch. "Honestly, you're a pretty cool guy." Nuclear sat down on the couch with Comet. "It wasn't your fault anyways, Comet. Whatever that pony did messed with you. So it was her fault." She grinned at him.

Corporate Crime The stallion sighed, checking the watch on his hoof. 'The last train hasn't left yet I don't think....' Corporate thought, heading back inside the building he had come from. He had one of his secretaries bring his suitcase saddle bags from his office. "I'll be leaving for an extended period of time for the Crystal Empire." he stated to his subordinates. "As work here has slowed enough to allow each of us a time to rest. Goodbye for now." Corporate adjusted the straps before heading to the Manehattan train station. He purchased a first class ticket for the train to the Crystal Empire before climbing aboard. Nuclear Neurotic @@Comet Starflash, "So what do you say, Comet? Wanna crash at my place?" Nuclear asked, smiling at the changeling.

Nuclear lifted head and shrugged. "Not really. I don't got a special somepony if that's what you're asking." She sighed looking at Comet. "Here." She pulled him to a couch, laying him down. "You want anything to drink that isn't cider?" Nuclear felt awful that she had to hit him so hard.

Nuclear bit her lip. "Well....you...umm....you got all...mean and turned into someone Spacer knew...." she said, her voice lowered. "And I had to punch you to get you to snap out of it....with my magic so if you feel kinda sick...that's my fault. But I made sure that you won't get very ill..."

Nuclear flinches, running over and picking Comet up. "Damn it. I hit too hard." She put a hoof to his neck, relieved as she felt a pulse. "Oh thank Celestia...." she whispered breathlessly. Nuclear looked over at Spacer, biting her lip. (fillerfillerfillerfiller)

"Weeeeell...." Nuclear looked away slightly. "I kind of don't have a job....sorta....I occasionally help my friends Ice Breaker and Pallete Puddle make cold treats like ice cream. But I'm not very good at it so I usually do odd jobs around Ponyville to ease my boredom." She sighed. "I'd like to go back to Manehattan. That was were I was born after all. But my parents are very supportive of my cutie mark. They're very pacifist plus kind of hippie-ish...."

"Comet Starflash! Knock it off right now!" Nuclear yelled into his face, her eyes entirely yellow due to the fact when she became really angry her magic flared up. "You leave me no choice, Comet!" She raised her hoof again, this time charged with a light amount of radioactive magic that would be enough to hopefully either knock some sense into the changeling or knock him out entirely, smacking him across the face.

"Um, I like hardstyle just saying." the eccentric mare remarked, though not offended by Scribblegroove's comment. "I'll admit there are many mediocre composers out there that just loop tracks. But there are a few diamonds in the coal." "Anyways! I'm not a nuclear scientist, physicist or anything like that. But it sounds like an dreamy occupation from what I've read about it." Nuclear sighed happily, daydreaming for a moment. "I don't like to brag but I'm good at the science of explosives and nuclear energy but my favorite passion is the history behind them. Though it really stinks that there's not really a need for either of those in this day and age of peace." As the mare rambled on her yellow eyes were bright with interest and excitement that someone was interested in what she liked.

Nuclear grinned at Scribblegroove. "Name's Nuclear Neurotic! You can call me Nuke Nuke or just Nuclear." introduced the gray mare. She glanced at her flank. "Wondering bout my cutie mark eh?" Nuclear snickered, noticing him looking at it. This pony seemed like he was pretty cool.

Nuclear shook Comet's shoulders as she glared at Howard. "Comet's not a bad guy! He told me himself that he's not. That mare hexed him or something!" The gray mare's voice cracked in panic. She was afraid that her new friend was too far gone for him to come back.

@@Comet Starflash, Nuclear Neurotic "Oh no no no. It's fine. Plus if you can't find a place right now, it's a good temporary solution. Oh!" Nuclear laughed hearing Comet's question. "Ice Breaker and Pallete Puddle are both mares. Don't worry about them though. IB mostly minds her own business with Icy Delights and Pallete likes to hang around the shop helping her. They won't be a bother." she assured him.

"Oh. Okay then." Nuclear grinned, trotting around the lobby, looking at all the other ponies. "I'm gonna get the best room ever and then I'm gonna flop down on it before getting some awesome food~" she excitedly said aloud. Nuclear turned her head, overhearing a loud stallion's voice. "Hm?"

Nuclear lowered her ears, feeling uneasy. "Comet, knock it off!" She raised a hoof, smacking him across the face. "Get a grip! This ain't the Comet I know!" the mare shouted, afraid of Comet's air of change. (Filler filler filler filler filler filer filler filler)

"Oh! That's okay!" replied the gray mare. She waved a hoof to dismiss any more questions. "No need to worry. I only use my magic when I'm in danger but that won't be a problem here~" she chimed, shifting the two small bags she carried on her back. "Which way is my room?" Nuclear asked, looking around with a confused smile.

Corporate Crime Corporate Crime walked slowly in Manehattan's streets. It was still a bustling metropolis despite the split of power. "It's not my concern whether or not the Princesses reconcile their differences and bring Equestria back together." the salt-and-pepper haired stallion said to nopony in particular as he walked. "But I shall admit....many of my favorite clients not returning is somewhat....lonely for lack of a better word." @@Comet Starflash, Nuclear Neurotic Nuclear stuck her tongue out at Discord as he flew off before turning to Comet. "Why not stay with me?" she asked, a smile on her face. "I don't think my friends would mind." The gray mare patted the changeling's back. "There's not much extra room but you can room with me if you're fine with that."

Nuclear sucked in a deep breath, charging her body with as much explosive magic as she could hold before opening a window in the truck and firing at the staff car's wheels. Her horn was smoking after each repetitive blast. . She gritted her teeth, charging up more magic and firing the large blasts at the other enemy trucks.

Nuclear trotted up next to Caprisha, dinging the lobby bell with her hoof. "Helloooooo~" she called out, tinging the bell once more. 'Man, how in Equestria did I get picked to try out this place? It's too nice for a silly filly like me.' Nuclear thought, looking around as she waited for a hotel attendant.

Corporate sighed and stood up, leaving his office for the rest of the day. There wasn't much to be done anyway. 'I'm not sure what I can do in this time of political turmoil...' he thought before nodding to a couple of secretaries that had stayed to finished what little paper work they had to do as he left the building. @@Comet Starflash, Nuclear smiled sadly. "Yeah....before all this bullcrap happened I was but I moved back in with my friends at Icy Delights." She pointed a hoof down the street she had come from. "My parents will do alright...They'll fit in with Cadence's quarter..." She smiled again. "Though I'm glad to see another familiar face here. What are you doing in Ponyville?"

Nuclear was giddy with glee as she stepped off the train and walked to the hotel with a spring in her step. She hadn't been to a super fancy hotel like this before because of the almost astronomical costs for all the neat little things one could do at them. It was also due to the fact that she and her friends never made enough bits to afford a nice vacation. But as soon as she had gotten the invite to try out the hotel for FREE, she was happier than a clam. The gray mare cantered into the lobby, an ecstatic grin on her face which was immediately replace with a look of wonder as her eyes scanned the immense space of the hotel lobby. "Oh wow....." she said to herself.

Corporate Crime sat in his study of the law firm and bank that his family owned and looked out over the city of Manehattan. He sighed with contempt. The schism between the Princesses was not really of his concern but due to the fact that many clients of his were in other quarters it cut into his profits. 'Damned fillies....squabbling over petty nonsense as to who should have the most power....' he thought as he fiddled with a pen on his desk. Corporate often thought it was ironic that he was in the quarter of Cadence, the Princess of Love, when he himself thought of it as nothing more than a pesky emotion. The stallion scowled at nothing in particular, his sharp filed teeth glinting in the light of his desk lamp. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Nuclear gave huff as she opened the outside door of Icy Delights, the house/shop that she and her friends lived in. The separation of Equestria made her both sad and upset. With her home city of Manehattan in another quarter she was for the most part unable to visit her beloved city. "Gosh dang it...." the mare swore, kicking a pebble with her hoof. She closed the door behind her just before hearing a frightened shout. @@Comet Starflash, @, Nuclear trotted in the direction of the scream before freezing in place, spotting Discord and another pony. "Hey! You leave that poor pony alone!" she shouted at the chaos spirit. The gray unicorn was aware that it was just a prank that Discord had played that cause the shout.
