I have lunch at 3 in the afternoon when I have one of my 12 noon shifts at work but because it is so late to me it is more like a dinner which is usually followed by a snack later that night.
I wake up at 6am or 5:30am when I have one of my 7am shifts at work. I like the extra time it gives me during the day and I find that I fall asleep much quicker and more easily on that sort of sleep schedule.
