@, "Only fools believe in honour" He sputtered "But you look dumb enough..." The pony opposed such naïve beliefs, yet Blast seemed convincing in keeping to his promise. "The bitch's name is Talia Sunshine. My group attacked hers back at the crash site. She was the only female there, so obviously the boys had some fun. Before I could get a chance however, we got attacked by some of the wildlife and had to run... She's still alive out there somewhere, but I doubt she'd last long without food"

@, Peppermint raised an eyebrow, his thoughts were similar to Blast in thinking that Mrs. Sunshine could still be alive. "I ain't telling you a thing!" The pony hissed "You want info, you better earn it, asshole! How do I know you won't kill me when I tell you what her name is?"

@, The yellow pony yelped in pain. He clenched his eyes tight, tears coming from them. It appeared as if he was going to cry. Then he started to laugh violently. "You're a coward!" He screamed "If I wasn't like this, I'd kick your ass!" He grunted from the sheer pain he was currently in, but continued "But I won't kill you! No. I'd break you until you're an inch away from death, then I'd leave you for dead in the desert! And don't think I'm making this up boy! I already did this to some bitch of a mare less then a few hours ago! Back at that damn crash site!'

@, "Rock on!" Snowdrop gave Selune a friendly nudge "If I can persuade Balloon, we could throw some massive party! There will be music, alcohol, tacos..." Otis shook his head disapprovingly "Is that all you can think about?" He said "There are more important things to do around here than 'partying'"

@, "An arche-what?" Snowdrop asked confused "She digs up ruins" Otis answered "Anyways, there's not much interesting about me. I'm just a pilot nearing retirement-" Snowdrop rudely interrupted "I'm a bartender!" She said proudly "I served drinks in style back on the 'Unity'. Margaritas, cocktails, you name it!" She did a small pose as explained her job "Are you a party pony, Selune?"

@, Peppermint pulled out his pistol "Very drastic" He added coldly The yellow pony looked at Peppermint, then back at Blast. He spat at them. "Do your worst" He goaded "You think I'm stupid? You'll just kill me after I spill the beans. I might as well tell ya nothing!"

@, "Good job on keeping him alive" Peppermint pointed at the now dead group of enemy ponies "He'll be suitable for interrogation" --------------------------------------------------------- [[2:00 PM]] "I tried talking to him, but he's not co-operating" Romula said "This is where you two come in" In one of the shacks, the yellow Pegasus was tried down to a seat. His hind legs bandaged and put in splints. Peppermint, Blast and Romula stood before him. "The Marines aren't back yet and the majority of Security are disposing of the bodies and calming the civilians down. I need you two to get information from him" She left a datapad on a nearby desk "I'll be outside, helping Security" As soon as she left, Peppermint turned to Blast "Do you want to be good cop or bad cop?"

@, Snowdrop high-fives Selune's extended hoof "Awesome name! I can tell we're both going to get along" Otis pulls out a datapad and taps the screen "Okey dokey, I'm going to map the area as we go. Making future exploration easier" He looks over at Snowdrop "When you're ready, lead the way" "I'm sensing something over here" Snowdrop's horn lit up, the group followed her lead. "I never saw you around on the ship before crash landing" Otis said "What did you work as, Selune?"

@, *BANG!* Romula looked at her chest, the red dot was gone. She looked back up to the leader and grinned. "It looks like my sniper found yours" The enemy leader gritted his teeth, he reached for his gun. "You son of a-" His head suddenly shot back and a trail of blood squirted from it. He slumped over forwards, dead. Romula quickly sprinted to the nearest cover and a firefight ensued between the two parties. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Peppermint cocked his rifle and took aim again. "We got a runner" He said, pointed over to a yellow pony running away from the firefight "He's all yours, Blast"

@, Peppermint focused on them "We'll see how the talks go, less chance we'll piss off Romula" --------------------------------------------------------------- Romula approached the bald pony, who stood out from the group as the leader. "You want my attention?" Romula said "Here I am. How can I help?" The leader laughed boisterously "Isn't it obvious?" He glared coldly at Romula "Little pig, little pig. Let me in" A red laser dot appeared on Romula's chest. --------------------------------------------------------------- "Okay, let's take them out" Peppermint steadied his hoof on the trigger "I assume the red laser dot is coming from a sniper rifle. If you can point out which pony is using it, I can take him out, giving Romula time to get to cover" ((OOC: Going to bed now. Thought this scene would be pretty good to leave it. With the tension and all))

@, Peppermint nudged Blast "Come on, keep moving" They made a quick stop to the armory, Peppermint picked up a sniper rifle. The duo then carefully climbed on top of one of the shacks. "I need you to be my spotter" Peppermint explained "There are 5 ponies that we can see, but any pony with half a brain would have reserves hidden if things go sour" He set down his sniper rifle "Just make sure they don't see us, and keep an eye out" ---------------------------------------- Romula kept a pistol at her side. She walked towards the group, the opposing leader just smiled. Negotiations like this have been done many times throughout her career, as long as she had sniper support, she didn't have to worry about getting killed. Now it was just a question if the other ponies were stupid enough to threaten her.

@, Romula face hoofed "You remind me of me. Before I joined the-" *Bang!* "What the heck?" Suddenly Peppermint burst in, his frightened look on his face was out of character. "Romula, we've got a group of Armed ponies outside, wanting to talk to you" Romula gritted her teeth "Blast, we'll continue this later. Go with Peppermint and do what he says" She quickly trotted out of the office Peppermint looked at Blast "Come with me" He went out the office

@, Romula sighed and wrote down Blast's testimony into her datapad. "That'll do for now I guess, I don't have the energy to argue" She stood up from her desk "As for the crash site. My main priority is eliminating the group that attacked Mr. Sunshine and his family. They are a big threat and kill many other ponies just as easily" Romula rubbed her eyes, trying to keep herself awake. "I would like for you to search for Mrs. Sunshine, I really do, but please understand me when I saw this" She walked closer to Blast "There is a good chance she could be as half crazy or dead as Mr. Sunshine was. She could end up killing you, and that blame would fall directly on me. That's something I would prefer to avoid"

@, "I already have the Marines inspecting the crash site you visited. They've been instructed to keep an eye out for her, so you're not needed at the moment" Romula said in a well rehearsed manner "And I agree with you, I don't want to punish Leo. But I have to ensure that the law is obeyed, no compromise what so ever" She started tapping at the datapad again "The only was we can help Leo, is if you can provide your witness account of the scene. That way I can try to get a solution that would satisfy both of us"

@, "I am aware that Leo shot Mr. Sunshine" She said bluntly "Peppermint told me" She showed a picture on her datapad of the dead body. It was downloaded from Peppermint's datapad. "Now normally I would punish him for breaking the law. However..." She relaxed into her chair and crossed her hoofs "I was hoping you could convince me otherwise. Seeing as you are the only other witness to the incident"

@, Romula turned to the visitor "Good morning Blast" She welcomed Romula took a seat at her desk and pulled out a datapad. She flicked through some of the information until she found what she was looking for. "I'd just like to ask a few questions about last night, please take a seat"

@, "Thanks" Violet smiled, she ruffled Madrid's mane "Madrid and I appreciate what you are doing" Peppermint walked over to the group, emotionless as always. The trio looked at him, with Madrid's face covered in food, Peppermint rolled his eyes. "I've come to inform you that Romula would like a word" He said "She's waiting in her office"

@, "Much better thanks" Violet smiled "A good night sleep does wonders" Madrid munched her way through her breakfast. When finished, she eyes up Violet's barely touched fruit and steals a banana when no pony was looking. "I didn't properly thank you yesterday for finding my father" Violet said "Despite the... result, I'm glad to have found out the truth"

@, "Sure thing, I'll be back when it's over" Leo then trotted off A few minutes later, Violet and Madrid walked in. They got their morning rations and spotted Blast. "Good morning" Violet greeted as she walked over, Madrid following "Mind if we sit and have breakfast with you?"

@, Leo just finished his breakfast to see Blast walk by. "Hey amigo" he greeted, wiping some fruit off of his face "Romula has just asked that every Marine goes over to her office. She's going to deliver another speech outside it" Leo leaves his table and starts walking "Have a good sleep?" He asked

@, [[in Romula's office]] "I see" Romula set down the datapad on her desk "He thought you were there to kill him?" Peppermint nodded "Mr. Sunshine assumed we were going to finish him off. Which means-" "Which means that there's a group of ponies out there who have broken protocol!" She slams her hoof into the desk "They must be punished in accordance to the law of Equestria" "With all due respect ma'am" Peppermint took the datapad away, fearing Romula might hit it "It's not our problem" Romula glared at Peppermint "Every pony who crashed here is my responsibility! If I don't act on that, I'm not acting as an effective leader" She sighed and leaned on her desk "We'll have to round up the Marines tomorrow and send them to that crash site again. See if we can find that group" Peppermint shook his head "If you say so" He quietly left Romula's office [[10:00 AM, Canteen]] Leo shoved an orange into his mouth. He was happily enjoying his morning rations, eating was the only thing that allowed him to relax and take his mind off of things. 'Yes. Just yes' he happily thought to himself 'I wonder where Blast is, he's missing out'

@, "It's cool man, I'm not going to let you kill her dad's killer. You'd be killing me otherwise" Leo chuckled slightly "I think it's good if we just got some rest. Dawn will be here in a few hours, and we went through a lot of crap today" Leo went in the direction of his shack "I'll find you tomorrow amigo, we'll talk about finding Mrs. Sunshine then"

Leo interrupted the two "Madrid! You're too young to be talking about such things" "I'm 17" she replied "S-still! You can't go asking for Blast to kill someone" Madrid titled her head slightly "But that's fair isn't it? A life for a life" Violet returned from her walk. "Sorry about that. I'm fine now" She gave a weak smile "Thanks for looking after Madrid"

@, Madrid's expression quickly changed from blank to serious, she looked at Blast "Can you promise me something?" She asked "Promise that you'll find his killer, and kill him?" Leo covered his mouth to hide a small gasp that luckily no one heard. He quickly glanced over to Blast.
