Frosty V

Frost watched the demons fly towards him, giving a smirk he dripped to the forest floor. When the demons got close enough one of the chains flew out from the bus to impale the closest demon, Frost then used the demon as an anchor to pull himself up out of the bush to give it a swift kick in the jaw, ripping out the dagger simultaneously in one swift motion, the kick launching the demon in the opposite direction s well as launch Frost towards the new on coming demons. I don't have time for this... He thought with a low growl as he retracted his chains so the daggers fell into his hoofs, he was surprised he hadn't had to use his new magic, but he feared that time would be here shortly. Frost felt his dagger clang against the swords of the demons, he pushed back giving him an opening, as well as showing he was in no condition to fight, the use of his magic the nights before still tired him, he had to get away from this fight. He looked up to see a thick line of brush, his eye glowed and he dissapeared. ((If you have played Dishonored, this power is similar to Blink.))

@, @@Moonbacon Jaeger stared at the stallion, completely blowing off Moonlight's comment, not really feeling the need to argue with her. "Well you've got a lot to prove, I trust you can understand that, and please, don't mention Moon Crypt, I already hate his guts." Jaeger said waving a hoof

@ Jaeger took a small step back so he was face to face with the stallion once more, speaking quietly, "Your right, as of now my trust in you is very low, I had to leave that wretched place, I was lucky, Solar and Sunny weren't, I lost almost everything, Charcoal will pay for what she did, by my hoof understand?" He said slightly aggravated. "Why did you come back, answer me that at least." He asked

@ Jaeger kept quite as his eyes followed the white stallion, one he knew to well. He was rather angry at the pony for his actions back in Golden pines. "I highly doubt you just came back to ask forgiveness, and frankly I could care less, I have a job to do here if you want to help fine then tag along." He said as he stepped up to the stallion and whispered in his ear. "As for my dear friend Charcoal, her time will end soon enough." He stated coldly

@@Miss Reaper Frost stayed quite for a while after Nano had responded to his previous statement, After a short length of time he noticed Nano begin to focus on something, Frost turned his head in the general direction to catch a glimpse at what Nano had been eyeing, "Do you know those ponies?" He asked

@@Pripyat Pony @ Jaeger nodded at his companion and turned back to the mysterious stallion. "She is right my group needs to focus on our job here, you can take the mare to the surface and get her to safety, I'm sure there will still be plenty of things to fight here when she is safe." He said nodding to his companions. "Ready to move on?"

Frost watched as the demons Spawn had sent to deal with him rushed forward ready to kill him on sight. This bastard is really starting to get annoying... he growled in thought as he let his chains detach from the current limb he was on and plummet through the canopy. Waiting till the last second he grabbed another limb and hurtled himself straight up, timing it right to headbutt the bottom of one of the demons, stabbing with his horn before falling back into the cover of the forest and trying to move forward hopefully confusing the demons so he would be able to get them off his tail. I hope Astrid and the others have recovered, maybe they have a better plan than me... he thought to himself as he worked his way swinging through the forest trees trying his best to stay on course keeping a very close eye on where the demons sent to take care of him were at. If he could just slow down spawn for even a few minutes he was sure that it would be long enough for the others to arrive but isn't steel supposed to taje back over? he questioned

"Thanks but no thanks, you can get this mare to the top, my friends and I have business down here that we would like to take care of, if they want to keep moving of course..." he trailed off looking back to his companions to see if the had any objections with proceeding on

@@Charcoal Embers, @ Jaeger looked at the mare and lifted an eyebrow She must really be scared...maybe, no I can't let my guard down... he argued to himself, being cut off by the clang and then looking up to see yet another pony, this time a stallion. Another pony...and this time fully healthy, not part of my group nor part of the Inquisition as far as I can tell... he thought, the off feeling in his gut started to rise once more, taking a small step back, staring emotionlessly at the stallion "This mare ran i to me, in a major state of shock it seems...if you know her, she is yours to take care of." He stated coldly to the stallion keeping his bow ready, looming around at his routes to run to encase something went wrong.

Frost stood motionless, he did not know why, he had fought spawn before, what made this any different? He couldn't tell and it was eating at him. He took. Couple steps forward, then stopped again. As soon as Spawn took flight Frost knew exactly where he would be headed next. "Canterlot...nono." he muttered under his breath as he ran after Spawn, powering past the others and into the forest. Extending his chains he latched them onto the large tree limbs and used them to propel himself forward after the demon like pony. "SPAWN!" He called out as he launched himself up through the forest canopy, swinging down, and repeated this process. He had to at least delay spawn before the others could come and help, he had fought him before and fared alright, but this magic would burn him out. He took one more launch up through canopy to see where Spawn was. He wasn't far off, Frost kept yelling his name propelling himself forward faster and faster. Come on...come on faster! he thought ordering his body to move faster

@@Charcoal Embers Jaeger stared down at the mare, not knowing what to say, he was very uncomfortable in this situation. He looked to each of his companions seeing if they would do anything before looking back down to the obviously shaken mare. "They won't find you, I'll get you to an exit and call for help alright?"

@@Charcoal Embers Jaeger did not plan on letting his guard down, he looked at the cutie mark on the mare and stared, he had never seen anything like it. He looked down at the mare and pulled her away from his chest gently. "Ma'am tell me exactly what happened you need to calm down!" He said

@@Charcoal Embers Jaeger was taken by surprise from The hug, the tears this mare was shedding seemed real, but the speed of all these events startled him even more causing him to back away quickly. "The demons what? The demons what?!" He said frantically trying to figure out exactly what was happening here

@@Charcoal Embers, @@Pripyat Pony @ Jaeger stepped back a bit at the yell from the scrawny mare. He wasn't sure how to act, if this mare needed help then he would need to provide it, yet, he did nit understand why a mare would be down here and not be one of those things, he couldn't trust anyone, not after Golden Pines. He kept his bow string drawn at the ready, but nit aimed. "Who are you?! How did you get down here?!" He said cautiously back to the mare, hoping his companions would take over the talking.

@@Miss Reaper Frost thought for a long moment, this question seemed to peak Nano's interest which made him think. If Galatea had not told him why she had created him maybe there was a reason behind it, maybe Galatea thought the truth would hurt him, but how? All of the reasons Frost could think of, none of them seemed like they would sadden or anger Nano. "I'll ask her if you want! I haven't really had chance to get to talk to her in depth, besides it was my question!" He said the last part in a joking manner following it up with a friendly laugh.

At that moment Frost heard something familiar, a roar he never wanted to hear again. Spawn... he thought his eyes widening as he turned his head to look back in the direction of the roar. His ear twitched lightly before he turned his had quickly back to the direction of the mares voice. "I have to go, come find me! I still wish to talk!" He said the sentence trailed off as he jumped up and sprinted off into the bushes. He ran and ran cursing under his breath knowing what was waiting for him when he finally reached his destination, Spawn, he wasn't sure what he was doing but a roar like that couldn't mean it was good. He had been running for at least 5 minutes but to him it seemed like seconds. He broke through the tree line and was just in time to see Grell slam into Moonbeam, Frost just stared. He had figured Steel would have told the others to stay away. Frost figured he was going to have to use his new found magic, even if it killed him. He slowly walked out of the trees and looked at the creature before him. "SPAWN!" He yelled trying to take his attention away from the others. His chains formed around his legs yet again.

@@Pripyat Pony @ Jaeger looked at his two options, switching back and forth between the two before turning back to look at his companions, "Well what do you to think? I for one want to go on, see what else is being hidden in these sewers.." He trailed off his mind hoping that Charcoal was somewhere in these sewers, he wanted her to pay, he wanted his revenge and the sooner the better

@@Miss Reaper Frost stayed sitting on Nano's back, not wanting to fall through the clouds. He thought of something else to ask or tell Nano to keep the conversation up, he just licked the first thing that came to mind not knowing whether he had asked it in his flood of questions when he first met the robot. "So..tell me Nano, why...why did Galatea create you? Sorry if it's a touchy subject." Frost said softly

Frost ear twitched at the sound of someponies voice around him, slightly echoing effect, not allowing him to pinpoint the exact location of whoever was speaking to him. He looked around quickly, looki g into the darkness to see if he could notice any figures anything. "Who are you might I ask?" He said in a calm,almost mocking tone. Continuing to look around. He gave a chuckle at the rest the seemingly mare voice had to say. "Feel the way I do? And what way is that? Sad, pain filled? My my you must be some sort of evil to figure that." He replied not really sure what else to say. "I'm not entirely sure what you mean by mistakes, and I don't plan on carrying on forward before I see you at least, I'm sure that if you look half as pretty as you sound you'll knock me off my hooves." He said with a charming tone in his voice, followed by a cute chuckle. He flopped down onto his rump and stared around. "You have easdropped on me so the least you can do is come talk a little!" He said continuing to look around, he could use his eyes magic to locate the mare but after the relapse of his last use he wasn't really willing to risk it.

Frost stayed still under the tree, his midsection could be seen rising and lowering as he slept, his dreams were filled by the strangest things that his mind could conceive, some more freighting than others. He felt himself jerk awake violently, his head was throbbing, the last thing he remembered was his mother, the dream of it must have awoken him subconsciously. He stood up slowly stumbling a bit before gaining his balance and shaking his head slightly trying to make himself fully awake to gain his bearing as well. "Why now, I had done well to push it far back in my mind, but it came back, why?!" He hissed under his breath as he slammed his hoof into the tree not caring if it woke somepony up. He started to trot through the forest not having any direction or destination, he just wanted to walk and think. He thought where this whole journey would lead him, whether it would kill him or not, he didn't really mind the thought of death, he would be with his mother at least, but yet he felt as if he would be leaving more behind if he were to pass, he smirked Sorry mom, I don't plan on dying for a little while... he said before letting out a chuckle

(I'm so sorry, I was in the middle of writing my post and my phone died and the only charger was in use by someone else, I can promise this will not happen in the future.) Frost looked down at Astrid and gave a friendly smile as he rose and turned to walk out ; door, I think it's time you get to bed before your daddy kills me for keeping you up, goodnight Astrid. he thought looking back at Astrid and chuckling before closing the door behind him as he stepped out and started to wander back the way he came. "Steel? Moonbeam?" He called out seeing if he could find anypony. After a moment he shrugged, figuring all his companions had fallen asleep. He found his way back outside and curled himself under the nearest tree. He quickly drifted off to a deep, relaxing slumber. He slowly started to dream of the first time he met Steel and Moonbeam, then to Spawn, then finally to Luna. The image of her in his mind made him smile in his sleep. He hoped that she would wander into his dream tonight, he wanted to speak with her, confess his feelings, and know whether what Astrid had toldhim, meant that she felt the same way towards him that he felt towards her.

@@Miss Reaper Frost's gaze fell on Nano as he spoke, drifting over to look at Galatea every once in a while. He gave a smile followed by a friendly chuckle and patted Nano on the back. "There will always be something hidden about the world, but I for one don't want to know everything about the world, it would make things bland and boring" he said in a overly wise sounding voice. "So are we off to see Twilight at the library

Frost thought about what Astrid said regarding Luna, it gave him hope, something that made him very happy causing him to smile a true, sincere smile, something he had not done nor felt in ages, it made him feel like he could touch the stars. He caught himself looking at the ceiling and quickly looked back down to the filly in front of him. He gave an awkward chuckling. "I guess you know how happy that makes me feel then eh? Given as you have seen my past." Frost said with a slightly more serious tone, like the one he used to ask the questions. "I'm sorry that you got thrown out, I guess know how that feels." He said drooping his head to the ground. "How is Steel? Is he a good father? He just doesn't really seem like the type to have a kid." Frost said softly in a caution like attitude as if Steel was outside the door, looking up to Astrid once more. His tattooed eye leaking another small trail of blood. "Sorry my eye does this a lot but I doubt your scared of this type of magic." He said with a chuckle, wiping away the blood

Frost looked down at the filly and gave her a gentle, friendly smile as she spoke. "Don't worry won't freak out again, you caught me off guard the first time so now I kinda know what to expect." He said with a happy chuckle, continuing to listen to Astrid as she spoke, eyeing the daggers on her side, My my you do take after your father don't you little one. he thought with a smirk, fully knowing that she could hear what he had just thought. As soon as she headed back towards his room he followed, keeping his mind clear in case she was reading on him again, he didn't want anything awkward to slip out. As soon as they arrived to her room he quietly shut the door behind him and turned to face Astrid once more. "Ok, thanks for letting me ask you some questions Astrid..." he began with a slightly more serious tone than he had used before. "Firstly, how did you run into Steel, you two seem very close after all. Secondly, you said you think I have a chance with Luna, why? Finally, your powers, were you born with them or something?" He asked curiously in a semi rapid fashion
