Hi again, everypony!

I was wondering if someone could draw my OC, Silver Herald, along with his sister, Feathersong? The two are EXTREMELY close, so a little bit of cuddling would fit the tone of their relationship perfectly. If it helps, the two are only a year apart, Silver being the older one. Silver is more of a shy pony, while Feather is energetic and cheerful. Some references of the two are included below:

So, does anypony want to pitch in their ideas?

So what is the story here? Are we trying to find something, save something/someone? I think we should establish that....

I imagined it as sort of a survival RP, since the looming threat of death could affect the decisions of the mane character. However, what we're surviving and other types of RPs are up for discussion, as well.

Also, does anypony know how I can change the title of the thread, or at least tag it so that others know that sign-ups are closed?

I don't see a problem with adding more, as long as everypony can handle it x)

Also, if we get more participants, I might have to ask @@Ampharos to use one character instead of two. It makes it much simpler when you look at the person who posted, and know instantly which character is responding. It's just easier to keep track of, if that makes sense

Just make sure to use separate paragraphs if you're going to describe different points of view in one post.

Is the narrator forbidden to have a character? The layout of this RP is a bit unclear right now though the idea is kinda cool, though a.) the DM should probably be the narrator and b.) it's kinda unfair to have a "main" everyone must follow blindly. It's irritating having little freedom. :c

We won't be following him blindly, I just used the term to describe the one pony who makes the decisions. The rest will indirectly affect his decisions, as the group as a whole is what really advances the RP and gives it life. The narrator can have a character, I guess, as long as they don't bias the outcome of the story in favor of who they're controlling x)

Also, I wouldn't make for a great narrator- I wouldn't be able to come up with twists as the RP continued :/

I'm quite fond of Pony Creator, mainly because it gives me a good, general idea of what my OC will look like.

However, I feel that all of the "special" choices, such as coat pattern, original (poorly designed) wings and accessories, incredibly unrealistic mane and tail styles, and the poor choice of poses make it one of the most abused widgets of all time. I can't COUNT the number of times I've seen a black and red spotted, seven foot, bat-winged, alicorn OC named Shadow Night or something like that.

TL;DR: Extra "original" addons make Pony Creator one of the most abused widgets of all time.

Hi, everypony! I'm sure my incredibly well thought-of title has left you with a lot of questions, so I'll do my best to explain xD

So lately, I've been thinking about writing a story about a certain group of ponies that were struggling to survive, but with an interesting twist- one of the group members has the opportunity to undo one of their past decisions and live out the alternate outcome. For example, let's say Twilight Sparkle has to pick between decision A and decision B at one point in the story, and ends up going with decision A. If something tragic happens as a result of her decision, she has the option to go back and time and choose decision B. This will most likely be achieved by teleporting Twilight into a parallel universe in which she chose decision B. The story would progress as usual, but Twilight cannot go back to that same decision again. She now has to experience the story as if she'd chosen decision B, for better or for worse.

Recently, I've decided that it might work better as an RP here, for two main reasons:

-One person, a narrator perhaps, could twist the story by adding obstacles, forcing the main character to make decisions, while also presenting them with the opportunity to undo them

-It would be fun to have a surprise twist thrown into the RP, as every participant would have to adapt to the decisions and undoing of certain decisions.

SO, if you'd like to apply for the RP (As the main character, group member, or narrator) feel free to leave your post below! I have a few basic rules for this, as well, which do seem kind of obvious, but I have to relay them anyway...

-No godmodding

-Please, have a decent OC. No alicorns, cyborg ponies, vamponies, etc.

-As the RP progresses, please go along with what the narrator decides to do. The course of the RP is determined by him/her, not by you. you may introduce a new character if yours happens to die/get lost, etc.

-As the narrator, please keep all decisions, twists, and consequences within the realm of possibility. Only kill off a character if necessary to progress the story.

-Lastly, grammar was invented for a reason. Please keep all replies narrative. Length is not a big issue, as long as you get your point across in a neat, grammatically correct way.

-anyone who doesn't subject to these rules is subject to removal from the RP

I, myself, am going to participate as a group member, so I won't have a direct impact on the story. Country. Contrary to most Swifties, I have found her music become more and more bearable. Heck, I almost bought "Trouble".

I agree with your decision on country music, but to me, "Trouble" doesn't fall under country. It seems like more of a pop song, with a light country twist, but I don't know. That's just me x)

I can't stand country because I just hate anything that comes with the package. Can you find it at the Rodeo? Chances are I hate it. Is it a southern stereotype? Hate that too. None of that, however, COMPARES to the feeling I get when someone says "all y'all." Dear lord. All you all? This isn't even English anymore...

I'm on League- Kuchenstein (NA servers, Silver V). I main ADC, but I can pretty much fit anywhere. Are you looking for a more casual team, or a serious one?

I'd have to agree with fighting/tournament RP's, it's just too hard to keep it fair.

Personally, however, I'd have to throw in anything creepy, gory, or just overall sad. The ONE thing I can't do is hurt the characters in the story I'm working on. I just can't bear seeing bad things happen to them. As for creepypasta RP's, I'm really kind of a coward xD. I lose sleep so easily over the tiniest of things, like a mere screamer. It's so bad that I just have to avoid the genre altogether. To really put it into perspective, I've only heard one line that SUMMARIZED the Cupcakes fanfic. "It's pretty much a fic about Pinkie Pie slowly torture killing Rainbow Dash." Didn't read the fic. Didn't watch the animations. That's the one and only sentence I've heard about it. Still didn't sleep for a week.

I never role play in English - I don't feel confident enough to do it - but I do play a lot in French. 

 

For me, the hardest type of RP are romantic RPs. I never know how to react and I always end up looking ridiculous. That really akward. I guess I don't have enough real life experience !

 

Anyway, romantic RPs don't really interest me, so I don't really care.

You don't really have to apologize for the mistakes, because this is written in almost perfect English! The only mistake is having "That really awkward" instead of "That's really awkward." Other than that, well done ^^

Hey, I was wondering if someone could give some advice on Alistar? I've wanted to start playing him (and the support role in general) for some time now, and I thought this would be the best place to ask for some advice. At the moment, I main ADC with a mix of jungle, and I'm not new to the concept of supporting. I pretty much play by the textbook- I ward in the right places, harass, keep my carry safe, drop exhaust, pretty much everything you'd expect in a support, but I'm just not that great at playmaking. I'm already a pretty good Janna and a half-decent Nami, and I'm looking to expand my support pool (Alistar, as mentioned above). Any advice would be appreciated!

My feet used to be pretty ticklish, but that kinda went away cos I had a boyfriend who gave me numerous foot massages. So kind of him ^^

This is pretty much exactly what I did with my old girlfriend, but I didn't know that'll make your feet less ticklish D:

She has the most ticklish feet of any pony I know, and it was so fun to tickle her when she least expected it x)
