    Sadly, this problem goes beyond what we can do, as it is a flaw of Youtube and its system, so unless those conditions are met, one cannot add a personal URL into the Youtube Box, although as a temporal solution you can add it to your profile.

     

    I am honestly sorry that I cannot give more aid on this, but I hope that at least I resolved some doubts and helped you both to get your channel names later on.

    I would like to point out that I do not have a custom YouTube URL, I haven't quite met the requirements, so I'm not sure if that changes anything.

    It is possible. Thinking back, my account dates back from before Goggle got Youtube, so it may have had influence on that, giving me an instant name.

    The requirements of the user name are like 100 Suscribers, if my memory doesn't fail though. 

     

    I honestly didn't thought on that as I was writting the post, so let me gather more information about it before nothing.

    @@Neon Bubblez, that is due for two things:

    • In our System, whatever you write in that box will redirect to this. This exists as a way to redirect mainly to the channel through the channel ID, although many people seems to miss it:

     

    http://www.youtube.com/user/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdHYxENnkTRMeHwgACWtxfw

     

    What you should write there is your username. In case of not remembering it, I have a trick just for this, and which should work for you:

    •  First step is to log in your account, of course. Then go to Advanced Options.
    • Second step is to go to Account Information, and then press here

    • The third step is to look at this window, and get the User name. The one that appears behind /user/(your name)

    • Last step is to go again to where you wrote your Youtube Account and put that name and ONLY that name, and then, if everything went right, you will be redirected to:

     

    https://www.youtube.com/user/(Your Name)

    Rather than:

     

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/(Your Name)
