The wolf felt hurt again, but looked up when she said there was a second reason. "W...what is it?" He asked, wanting to know what he had done to change the mind of the mare to make such a dissension. He looked right into her grey/white eyes, waiting, wanting to see the truth.
-
Seth was speechless, having no words to say. He just looked away, to afraid to say anything more. They still had about an hour, but from his prediction, it would feel like an eternity with what she just said looming over them both. He knew it was his fault. He was weak, and he would have gladly die for the clan at that point. Wait... she did save him... but why? "Why did you choose me then?"
-
The wolf looked to her, pangs of guilt falling onto him. Just reminding him that he caused the deaths of he innocent ponies. He looked away, almost agreeing with here about him taking her with him home. With her hating him, and the kid not trusting him, he didn't know what to do. He only sat on the ground of he jet, looking to her. "I'm sorry..."
-
The wolves looked to the mare, only one turning to see if Seth was ok. Slowly standing, Seth put a paw to one of the wolf's guns, bringing it down. The two backed off, but didn't leave. Seth only looked to the mare, questioning in his look. "Boshido..." He said, looking to her eyes. "What was that?"
-
The wolf had awoken from the mares actions, immediately trying to either calm her, or wake her. When she did awake, the wolf fell backwards at the knife near his face. "Wow, Bushido!" Seth yelled, gaining the attention of the military wolves. Two ran up, pointing their guns to the mare.
-
The wolf sat back a bit, as to allow the mare to lay back on him more. Patting her softly, she let her fall asleep to the sound of he beating of his heart. He too soon grew tired, using a bag of supplies as his pillow. When he went down, the wolf didn't dream, just peacefully slept the trip away.
-
Seth smiled at the mare, then looking to the child. "Well... I can tell ya if you are being a good parent or not. I have no one to compare you to. Never knew my parents. But, from what I can tell, you are wonderful at what you do." He finished, looking to a clock on the side of the plane, the wolf yawned. "Ok, we have about four hours till we hit the ground again. Sure you don't want sleep?"
-
Patting the mare's shoulder, he sighed. I can understand his worries about a new land. I will keep the locals at bay, but you need to comfort him. You are his last kin now." The wolf spoke as he then rested an arm around her. "I must admit though, it's amazing that you are so good with kids. When I first met you, you were a cold killer. Now, I can see the soft inside you hold.
-
The wolf smirked. "Consider this. Even in he southern borders early peak over freezing. During summer. The nation is part of the northern poll of the world. If you want to live in the cold, I won't mind. I just wanted you to enjoy your time here." He added. Looking to the child, he felt slightly conserned. "I admit, wolves can be a bit intimidating, that goes double for alphas. However, we shouldn't run into too much trouble. But... How will the kid hold up?"
-
The wolf glanced over as the mare rested on him. "Well, you have come to the right place. The empire spans over about double the size of Equestria, and has about half the population. Most of the land is snow and ice with forests in between." He added, knowing the whole 'cold' factor might be a bit rough. "Near the southern border, there is some less frigged lands. There are a few farm settlements that are more rural. You could live there if you wish."
-
Seth smiled as the cloak was placed over him. He then sat back a bit and looked over both the mare and the child on the other side of her. "Ya. A friend of mine is high up in the political world here, so he's going to have transport waiting for us when we arrive. Just out of curiosity, what are you going to be looking for? City life, isolation, more farm town?" He then asked, realizing that that was one question not exactly established when they left.
-
"First I'll grab the water, then i will accept the offer." He said, smiling to her. Walking towards the front of the plane, the wolf pulled out a canteen of water and then heard the radio come to life. Speaking in barks, the wolf answered the call. "Damen, it's been too long." "It has. Any reason you are on a return rout? Maybe something to do with a prison term?" The wolf on the line asked. "Look, I can-" "You don't need to convince me. I know the details. The empire is pissed for the framing of one of our own. You are more than welcome here, Seth." "Thanks, and you think you lend us a ride?" "Want a military escort?" "Just something comfortable, and no guns." He said, hearing his friend snicker on the other end. "I'll grant you your request. Just can't wait to see ya." "See you there, old friend. Seth out." Signing off, the wolf gave the radio back to the wolf and then returned to mare. He sat down next to her, handing her the water. "As requested."
-
"I need to make some calls. Anything I can get ya while I'm up? Some water maybe?" He asked, standing and looking to a wolf approaching. Giving a few barks, the wolf handed Seth a radio. Pressing some buttons, he waited for a response. He needed to call and old friend about getting a ride once they landed.
-
The wolf guided the mare to the back of the plane, showing her and the child their seat. "Sorry for the less than comfortable accommodations, I couldn't exactly spring first class." He joked, pushing a crate aside for himself to strap in. Giving a bark to the cockpit, he felt the plane's engines roar to life as they taxied out onto the runway. "Try to get some sleep. It's going to be a long flight."
-
The wolf had been playing some cards with the other wolves, passing the time until the mare and colt arrived. The plane was all prepped, and they only had to wait for a jet to take off before they could depart. When the mare and her colt arrived, the wolf stood from the table and waved. "Well, here's our ride." He said, patting the side of the metal bird. The other wolves at the table stood, nodding to the mare before going to the c-130 to prep for take off.
-
The wolf arrived at the airfield, going to the hanger bay of the c-130 they would be flying out on. It was being prepped for the flight, mostly just getting the cargo in. Walking up to one of the wolves, he greeted him. "Good to have you back. Did she accept the offer?" The wolf asked, placing down the container he was hauling. "Yup, she will be here at midnight. Perfect time for the flight." "Well i hope you two have a good time back home."
-
/me smiled to the two, knowing they were as close as mother and son. "Hey, I will need to prep some stuff for the trip. Meet me at canterlot airport tonight around midnight. Look for the camo-coated large plane." He said, mostly referring to the colt to look. "I have to get some stuff before i leave." He then tossed down the pack for them. "Enjoy what's left, it will come in handy." With that, he nodded and quickly departed.
-
The wolf felt a pang of pain hit him as he heard the mare reject his offer. He hadn't expected the denial to be this rough, and he didn't know why. Well... he did. He had grown found of the mare, and rejection was harsh on the soul. However, at the word of acceptance, Seth perked up. "Really? T.. that would be great!" He said, a bit too loudly. He was obviously excited to be with the mare a bit more. Hopefully the colt wouldn't be too afraid of the wolven land.
-
The alpha stood there, a smile on his face. "Well, you can't expect wolves to be uncivilized. That's like calling griffons vultures." He said with a smile, seeing the mare actually consider his offer. "As for departure, as I said, a day or two depending on the cargo plain I booked." He added.
-
"What is amazing about that is that that 'blind fool' managed to break out of the largest and most secure prison in the nation, while keeping a wolf from bleeding out, and has the power of Swiss-army knife blood. if it wasn't for me revealing the clan, your clan would have survived. You are the future of your clan. You have done more than I have ever seen. You will survive. You will thrive. Do not make the mistake I did. Do not let your bloodline die with you." He finished, compassion, honor, and praise in his eyes. Standing up more, he walked closer to them. "Come with me... come with me to the Empire. The law can't touch you and you can find the isolation you need." At the time, he didn't realize his slight blunder with his despite request.
-
The wolf gave a small frown. "Well... I'll be out of the country withing a day or two. Unless you like frozen isolation and a lot of wolves..." He said, his voice trailing. Sighing, he then looked up to the two. There was a bit of a pause. "Look... I came by today to say good bye. You are an amazing mare, and I wish I could have done better. If it wan't for me... your clan would be safe." He said, his head lowering. "I'm sorry..."

searching New to Equestria

I would love to attend in this RP, if that 'anypony' concept can branch out to 'anyone'. As my of is a wolf... he's not classified as an equine. If you do not accept canines, that is fine by me. I just had to ask. mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/seth-eclipse-r5475 -
The wolf returned as he promised. He had spent the night in a cave on the Canterlot mountain range. As he returned at the cave, he saw the two sitting atop rocks. "So, you two have a plan for the next chapter of life?" He asked, sitting before them. They seemed good compared to last night, seeing as they weren't sleep deprived.
-
The wolf nodded to the mare, knowing their time today was up. grabbing a blanket from his pack, he tossed it onto the mare and left a small container of food for their breakfast. With it, there was a card. "I don't plan on staying in Canterlot long. With me being wanted, my diplomatic work is ruined. I plan on leaving fairly shortly back to the Wolven Empire. The preparations are already made for me to take a cargo flight to my homeland. My departure will not be recorded, so I will be a ghost to Equestria. From there, I will return to my life in my homeland. I never spend any of my earning as a diplomat, so I can live off my savings. If that were to ever run dry, I can rejoin the military from the rank I held before. I say this, because I want to say good bye. I know you have a plan somewhere, and I know you want to keep that kid safe. By doing that, you will make yourself untraceable... even to me. I won't be able to hunt you down again, so I wanted to meet you in the morning to bid our fairwells. Seth- P.S. That moment i nearly got killed, that wasn't from combat. That was from fear. Fear of myself. During the war, I killed a filly. When I knew what I did, I locked up. I didn't notice the pony charging at me. It was fear... fear that nearly destroyed my people. My fear. You are not alone." With that, the wolf left, planning on returning in the morning.
-
"Why would I?" He said, looking away. "I told you about my friend and the blood... but that isn't my full story. Do you ever see wolves in Equestria? Real wolves? Not those mutant wooden replicas. Im a diplomat from my homeland. The empire only recently sending me as the first due to a long isolation from the ponies of Equestria. During the Discord Era, that tyrant started a war with our people. I was in it. I was one of the best. Yet... I let my nation down because I was weak. One battle, I slipped up, nearly got killed and lost the mission. Due to that one loss, we were forced out of Equestia, and even invaded back. And yes... we invaded Equestria first. It was a dark time... Our race was nearly wiped off the face of the earth. Don't ask why I am here, just know I know what you feel. I lost a lot..." He then got up, and looked into the cave. "It's getting late, and I won't hold you. I'll top by in the morning to say goodbye, but if that's that, then I wish you luck."
