Silver Tongue thought on thunder's previous statements, "One more week, just one more week and i'm skipping town, the sooner I can forget about that cage the better!".

@@C. Thunder Dash, "Okey dokey 'big brother'." Silver Tongue retorted sarcastically. He contemplated on how Thunder could read minds until he came to a conclusion, "That's it, it he must be able to seance the electric impulses in my head, it must have taken years of memorizing in order to translate that fast. If I could replicate that... oh thunder dash I must thank you for this inspiration, just as the old saying goes, 'we often give our enemies the means of our own destruction.'. Of cores this can't help me now, unless you gave me a few years of practice, and who knows maybe I will use it for the right purposes, just as you are."

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue was a mess. With a disheveled mane, bags under his eyes, and an off balance walk, Silver tongue looked like he could be hallucinating at any moment. He thought to himself, "This has gone far enough its time I used what I knew. Hmmmm... If I can get the someone im servicing to vouch for me, I might get out of this community service faster, or I could get him/her to send a letter to my parents and they can pay the bale, but who?". Silver Tongue snapping out of his thoughts spoke up "So what will be my good deed for today?".

@@C. Thunder Dash, "Easy to say. I have a criminal record and no bits, not a good combination for a performer. But I don't blame you, if you didn't arrest me someone else would. I don't suppose I have much of a chose but to change how I do things, come to think of it if you didn't arrest me than my greed would have escalated. I don't think I would go as far as trixie, but the consequences could have been a lot worse." Silver Tongue found himself rambling and stopped himself.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue knowingly replied, "It is the price we must pay to entertain the masses, if we don't make ourselves look big we would hardly even get a passing glace.". Silver Tongue frowned, "But now, with this criminal record i'll be lucky if even that works.".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue was befuddled at the photo, "This must be fake, I may have spiked my teachers drink, but she could handle a ruff patch, this was just a foal. I couldn't have been that heartless, could I? Do I even still have that toy?". Silver Tongue stared at the picture, "That can't be right, what would I even want the toy for?".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue started to calm down at the apology, his anger replaced by surprise at the papers. "I could have sworn I was more subtle than that. I suppose the past has a way of escaping me.". "I presume you don't have all the times I had lit up an entire crowds day." He retorted sarcastically.

@@C. Thunder Dash, shocked at the close minded response, already weak from the month in the cage he snapped. "What?!" he began rant again. "You know nothing about me or my interests other than my name! You cant be hypnotized unless you are willing, even then its vary difficult! I was using it on myself to keep my stay bearable! You should be the one in here to make assumptions so quickly!"

@@C. Thunder Dash, Trying to dishevel his mane in a desparet attempt to retain some level of dignity. he began to speak, (the duck tape fell off by now,) "I am baring my cross well, you are lucky I know how to use the many triggers in the average pony's brain. by the way I never got you're name.".

@@C. Thunder Dash, In the mean time, Silver Tongue was using a technique he learned in his classes, to stay in a low power state to keep the hunger barely bearable. While letting his saliva dissolve the glue of the duck tape (not much progress was made due to the dehydration.).

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongues eyes grew wide in horror and anger as the sentence was given. Scared and alone he craned his neck to face the clock... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Five seconds had passed and it was already getting to him. Silver tongue looked to the pegasus wondering what he was thinking of. "Dos he even realize the gravity of my situation?! Would he even care to know? This is just to far, this isn't justice any more, I must have struck a nerve. Okay calm down, remember your classes they could mean the difference between trotting out as a pony, or as an animal, lets see...".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue stared daggers at him throughout the ordeal. Taking his time in contemplating the thousands of scenarios that could happen he remembered. "That wright thieves usually go to 'white collar' cells if I don't backtalk the guards I will be fine... mostly. I still must prepare myself for the countless other hardships...". Silver tongue absentmindedly started to count of the possible outcomes.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue couldn't believe it, no second chance. Anger rising from the situation he needed to lash out, he couldn't just stand there and let all those weeks of effort be destroyed. he thought to himself, "alright time to put those years in psychology to use.". He turned to his side with a scowl and began to rant at his jailer. "You don't even know who I am, and you take it upon yourself to rip me from my life and throw me in jail without so much as trial? How can you call this justice when, I pore my heart into a confession and you condemn me without a second thought?".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Then it hit him like a thunder bolt. "There still needed to be a trial. That's my ticket to freedom I can just smith talk my way out. Alright got to be shore, can't get my hopes up.". Silver Tongues fear full expression turned to one of hope as he replied. "So is the trial going to be in the jail house?".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongues smirk instantly shattered, only able to hide his exhaustion, his face turned to one of dread and fear. Nothing was working, every spell he cast would just get defused. He thought to himself "I'm going to jail. I can't go to jail, I'll be ruined. Come on think of something...". Silver tongue finally spoke up with a sigh, "So this is how my dream ends, before it begins. I guess I only have myself to blame, if I was a better magician I wouldn't have had to steal in order to keep my dream on a thread. Should have just quit and cut my losses.".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongue did't look panicked, in fact he still had that slight smirk on his face, "wright this can only end bad time to use my trump card.". With an explosion of color and light a magic flare shot in the air! Silver tongue snickered "Better hurry, any second now my riot control crew will be here.".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongues face lit up, immediately replacing his nervous smile with one of genuine joy. "I had a reputation? I mean, oh ya my reputation.". Dawning a slight smirk he started, "Don't worry its not like I can out run you. More to the point I imagine you are here because you were not a fan of my second last trick?".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue started to panic internally so he did what did best. "Okay let's be reasonable, how about you put me down and we can talk about this over some tea?" Silver tongue asked hoping he could talk his way out of yet another tight situation. "Then you can tell me all about how wrong I was, I can tern myself in, and we'll all live happily ever after.".

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongue trotted up to the pegasus, "So you must be the vigilantly around here, and you have taken it upon yourself to challenge my artistic genius." Silver tongue remarked in am annoyed tone. His horn beginning to glow for a rather complex spell that surprisingly doesn't take up much mana. Slowly anger begins to rise in the back of you'r mind at the thought of him trying to manipulate you with magic.

Silver tongue noted the missing trinket silently cursing he played it off as part of the act. After the crowd dispersed he patiently awaited the mystery pony. Already he was planing a game plan trying to predict every possible outcome hoping to end this quickly.

@@C. Thunder Dash, After Silver Tongue's latest show his coin bag remained empty, not a one donation was throne the way. Wanting to continue providing quality entertainment to the masses he decided he would take donations weather they know it or not. He knew just where to start, Mainhtain! Pulling up to mainhatin he unpacked his wagon, and began the show. The crowd was in aw as the colors dashed throughout the air, shocked at the tricks that looked challenging for the element of magic herself. Silver tongue felt like he was on top of the world as he herd the roaring applauds. He saw the glint of gold in the crowd. one of the attendees had worn an excessive amount of jewelry. Now was his chance to earn son bits. He called out for a volunteer for his near final trick, and chose the flare full pegasus mare. It was almost to easy, he used a simple vanishing act, and the pegasus's golden bracelet was replaced with a cute little bunny. after distracting the crowd including his volunteer with the grand finale, all had forgotten about the theft except for you!

@@Lemon, Thank you. This was vary helpful. I will defiantly be making some changes. Here is my reasoning for the weird bits. -the cutie mark is not really about his talent but rather his personality. For example Cheerilee's cutie mark is about how she loves to teach, no real mention of a talent. If you read King Warrior Magician Lover it will make a lot more sense -The color scheme is to divert attention, and give it a bit of a soothing feel.
