  1. Recently started watching this show back in the summer when Season 7 aired. I managed to catch up in 2 weeks.

I'm also reading the books while I wait for Season 8, which is gonna take a loooong time to happen.

My 10 favorite characters (in no particular order) so far have got to be The Hound, Arya Stark, Tyrion, Jon Snow, Ramsey Bolton, Tormund, Melisandre, Tywin Lannister, and Ser Davos.

Also, is it weird that my favorite scenes in the show are the ones where a large group of protagonists are gruesomely killed off en masse? The Battle of Blackwater, The Red Wedding, The Battle of Hardhome, The Sept of Balor Destruction Scene, etc.? My sadistic mind must really enjoy seeing the good guys lose miserably.

  2. Attractiveness: 5-7

I don't think very highly about my looks, but quite a few people I've known have told me that I look cute/handsome in a way. I either look like Kit Harrington or Jesus, but either way I can definitely conclude that the majority of people I've met are incredibly jealous about my long, naturally curly hair. In my personal opinion, though, I think I'm way too out-of-shape and I also think that I look hideous without my glasses.

    Intelligence: 8

Many people think that I'm a smart guy. Based on my grades in school, I think that I can agree for the most part. Does taking Computer Science classes and doing exceptionally well at them make me a genius?

    Kindness: 8

I tend to be nice to people most of the time. I'm a bit abrasive and antisocial during the morning, but then again, who isn't? I only act like a total asshole towards people who act like total assholes towards me. Eye for an eye, and all that jazz.

  3. Well, technically speaking, the character in my avatar eats Demons... and Humans... with her left arm. She's kind of badass.

I would say that your avatar has a habit of eating kittens in order to make itself bigger. An abomination who feasts on innocent animals in order to eventually gain enough power to devour all in its wake. The Cat-Eating Ooze!

  4. To add on to these good ideas, have your villain WIN the majority of the conflicts that he/she brings upon the protagonist. Make the protagonist feel seemingly helpless the moment the villain's plan goes in motion. In order to make your villain intimidating, you need to make him/her smart and victorious, but you also need to try not to write yourself into a corner by making them too powerful.

  5. I wouldn't want it to become too dark. This show has already touched upon some dark things in the past, such as basically confirming the deaths of AJ's parents in our current season, almost killing off Celestia in her duel between her and NMM, Daybreaker attempting to kill NMM in our current season, Season 5 Finale, Season 4 Fight Scene, that sort of thing.

Now if I were a writer of the show, I'd still keep the show lighthearted, but perhaps have a dark undertone. In fact, if I were a writer of the show I'd flip the system entirely, completely dropping the seemingly timeless slice-of-life episodes and turning an entire season or two into an adventure with an overarching villain and end goal. I would love to write a villain for the show with realistic, lawful evil ideals, goals, and motivations, and in the end will make the main characters question if stopping him will truly solve the true problem at hand. I'd throw in serious, adult lessons such as "Negative Emotions are needed in order to be a real person with a real personality, or else you would be nothing but an empty shell. However, it is important to not allow such Negative Emotions to control and overwhelm you." or "Sometimes, heroes and villains don't exist. Sometimes, there are only people with conflicting ideals." Again, I would keep the lightheartedness of the show, throwing in humor and heartwarming moments, but ultimately I would be throwing the characters into a slightly dark and complex situation that would take more than dumb luck or deus ex machinae to overcome.

  6. I don't believe in heaven, hell, reincarnation, or any of that stuff. I'd like to believe that when you die, you actually just go to sleep... forever. And through that, I'd like to believe that the realm that you go to after death is actually just an eternal Lucid Dream that you can explore and make up for the rest of eternity. That would actually sound kind of neat, personally.

Little to no guidance. It feels like throwing a baby into bathwater the minute after they come out of the womb, that's the best way to describe it. After a very short intro sequence which only quickly glosses over the basics, you're thrust into the fray of the open world with no sense of direction or help. These are key to video games, you need to ease the player into the game and let them get accustomed to It's mechanics before just dropping them into the world and saying "go nuts".

I'd like to point out that this is nearly 100% false. While not detailed, the tutorial sections provide a heavy chunk of the mechanics that you need to be able to fight. On being thrown into the open world, the games LITERALLY give you a quest menu that tells you where you can go to continue the main quest, and even provides you with Quest Markers that pinpoint exactly where your next objective is. The games, I believe, also have Help Menus that you can read through if you're ever confused.

Back on topic, while I do love the Elder Scrolls series, and am really hoping that ES6 comes out within the next few years, Fallout is boring. Something about it doesn't give me the same feel as Elder Scrolls does. I had more fun exploring Skyrim than I did Massachusetts. I'd much rather get ahold of Skyrim VR than Fallout 4 VR.

  8. The most random topic ever.

There are some english words out there that are so awkward to pronounce, especially the ones with "ir" and "ur" in them, like "girl" or "rural". I always ends up sounding like a drunk whenever I try to pronounce them.

What kinds of awkward-to-pronounce words do you guys know about?  ^_^

  9. I kinda want to start a "Roast Me" thread in the Forum Games, but I fear that I might get punished by oversensitive people who think that all forms of satire and non-seriousness are offensive.

  10. Ditch the filler episodes and make the entire season one big adventure story. There is little to no more character development left for the main characters, maybe except for Starlight, so they'd might as well take the Avatar: The Last Airbender route and do some sort of grand epic before the movie.

    Or...

Season 7 Finale Idea: Have the villain WIN. Have the main characters crushed, and then base off the movie with them regaining their power and fighting back in one final stand. That would be the most fitting conclusion to the show.

  11. Dalymotion? Maybe I might check it out later but I don't think it's going to be long until hasbro block it and do a copyright infringement claim on it.

Actually, I don't think that Dailymotion is under the protection of copyright laws. As far as I know, the website itself doesn't have that many rules, because people post Full Episodes of various shows there and none of them have been taken down. Also, I once heard that people also upload porn there or something, but yeah, Dailymotion is more free than Youtube.

  12. 1. Still waiting for the day when SAO-esque Virtual Reality comes out. I've been fantasizing about hanging out with a group of friends there for months. Part of those dreams involved me daring one of them to make a Female avatar, even though I would make one for myself anyways

    2. Speaking of which, I'm not exactly absolutely DYING to become a girl. Just very... curious... And also curious as to if I can lucid dream that sort of thing. I'd need to know the special techniques about that, though.

    3. Cross dressing? Never done it. Although, I wouldn't mind if some suspicious anonymous forum user mailed me a box with an Anime-styled schoolgirl costume one afternoon when I was home alone...

    4. There's a mysterious stranger running towards me with a handful of rope help m-

  13. After about a 5 minute walk, you all reach your dorms. The dorms are separated into the Dusk Room and the Dawn Room. The 10 of you proceed into the Dawn Room while the other 10 go into the opposite room.

Within the room, it looked almost luxurious. 10 Decent and comfy-looking beds, Water Fountains, several bathrooms, Storage Safes for each individual, 2 tables that can be used for whatever, whether it be games, snacks, battle plans, etc., and even a decently large Hot Tub at the far end of the room that's to be saved after a long day.

Hopefully you all get a little sense of joy knowing that you're going to spend an entire year in such a stunning facility.

Fanos, Nerine, and Priwen all go to their own beds, and store away some of the things that they brought with them into the safes, and locked them. You notice that you can enter in your own password using both numbers and letters, up to 6 characters long. But surely you trust each other enough that passwords won't be COMPLETELY necessary in the long run.

  14. Like a lot of others, I think the villain will be an Alicorn of some sort, hopefully with some kind of connection to Celestia and Luna, so we can see the three of them have an epic fight scene.

As for this villain, I want he/she to be completely irredeemable.

I want him/her to be 100% evil. The kind of person I would see to be 100% evil would be someone who has a strong desire to see people suffer, and is willing to do anything inhuman and wicked to achieve this goal. (Possibly have the villain's goal to be to Destroy Equestria? Perhaps destroy the world in front of the main characters in order to see them suffer, and then to finish them off afterwards...?)

Possibly so evil that he/she can manage to RESIST the power of friendship, forcing the main characters to have to find another way to defeat him/her than with the usual Deus Ex Machina Harmonization solution. (Possibly force the main characters to kill him/her, or have the villain die in some way, shape, or form. And before you tell me that killing off a character in MLP is not good for the kids, let me remind you that Disney killed off plenty of their characters and it didn't negatively affect its child community at all.)

The perfect villain here would have to be smart and strong. Smarter than Chrysalis. Stronger than Tirek. All I want for them to do is to make this villain satisfyingly overpowered, but not too overpowered where they'll write themselves into a corner.
