That makes sence. I guess if they were a earth pony it would look more cow like. I'll be posting a better image soon, so that will hopefully clear up any confusion. But thank you for the feedback!

Yep! Yo-Landi Yi$$er and they are not a cow. Some horse and ponies have "paint" patterns. Just look up Paint Horses. Also, traditional unicorns have long, slender tails with hair on the tip (not show in the picture). I just wanted to spice things up a bit. ?????? My markings are based off Paint Horses. And how else would a pony be able to carry a small animal than with magic? I think jumping to the conclusion of "animal abuse" is pretty harsh.

Woah! It's my ponysona, Desert Moon! They are pretty much me, sleepy, a tad grumpy, loves art, a huge fan of plants (mainly cacti) and the desert. They use they/them pronouns. They would probably live in Manehattan, but would love to live in Las Pegasus, or another desert-y city. They also have a standard unicorn tail, unlike most ponies. Those rats? So this is a watercolor painting I did for a young friend of mine in my theater group. We were rehearsing the play version of The Never Ending Story, and her character was the Child-like Empress. We both love My Little Pony, and her favorite character is Applebloom, so as a little watercolor practice and a gift, I painted Applebloom and the pony version of the Empress. To explain, Applebloom has wings because a common inside joke within my group is that everything gets wings in the basic version of the script. Seriously, they grow imaginary "wings" and can just "fly" away out of problems. So, Applebloom got wings from some reason. The speech comes from the line "You have wings, Atreyu!". dude, you seriously need a lesson on creative critique. First, I'm pretty sure RetroArcadeRat didn't ask for any sort of critique, and it's really rude to just go willy nilly and complain about other people's artwork. Second, the way you "critiqued" sounded really mean. Hopefully you didn't intend it, and next time you will phrase things in a nice and helpful manner. "So, lets start. The tail does not match the mane in any way which is not a horrible thing." I mean, really, does that sound helpful at all? Sounds rude to me... Third, people can design their character's however they want. It's not your job to police other people's creations. Fourth, if you have ANY rude comments, keep them to yourself.
