So last week I made the decision to start fresh with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic by rewatching the series by starting with the first episode and just rewatch every episode in order. I actually just rewatched Friendship is Magic parts 1 and 2 and my enthusiasm has returned a little bit but not as much as when I first watched. I decided to restart since I miss some of the earlier episodes and I was becoming less attached to the characters, and overall setting. And I feel like a lot of these episodes have some solid morals that I unfortunately missed the first time seeing them. Now morals are one of my favorite parts of this show and I appreciate most of the storytelling is good enough to deliver the message besides a few dud episodes. As for general storytelling there are other shows I watch that have more interesting storytelling to me and not just anime but even western cartoons too. So I don't watch FiM just for the general storytelling because there's a bunch of other shows I've seen with more appealing storytelling at least to me. I really watch it mainly for the songs, and morals they are delivering though I still appreciate the storytelling making the morals appealing. So I regained some of my enthusiasm but I will probably never be as enthusiastic about this show as I was last Summer. I also decided to skip all the upcoming Season 5 episodes for now so I can rewatch the older episodes and watch other shows like Regular Show, Fullmetal Alchemist, Gravity Falls, Wander over Yonder, Star vs the Forces of Evil, Doraemon and older shows I miss like Pokémon, SpongeBob, Phineas and Ferb, Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

Even though I have regained some of my enthusiasm for FiM I still have very little interest in fan content. There are a few pieces of fanart I enjoy from my favorite characters like the Cadance art from DeviantArt user dm29 which is really the only DeviantArt user I follow who makes pony art, and some Rarity fanart. But beyond fanart from my few favorite characters pretty much none of the fan content interests me, no music, no art from other characters that aren't my favorites, no animations, no fanfiction, no headcanons, no analysis, no reviews, none of it besides some Cadance and Rarity fanart interests me at all. I just prefer offical content far more. I will continue to watch FiM and even pick up some merchandise, mostly DVDs since I collect my favorite shows and movies on DVD, I may pick up books that interest me such as Journal of the Two Sisters or Daring Do Collection which I already have but books similar to those, I don't know about plushies since I already have a Cadance plush from Build a Bear my favorite character though maybe I'll get a Rarity plushie, But there's plenty of other merchandise I won't collect such as figures, trading cards, etc. So yeah while I will continue to watch FiM and collect some merchandise such as DVDs, I really don't care for most of the fan content anymore.

Also in other topics I'm not a huge gamer but I saw E3 and I saw stuff that I wanted. With Nintendo's conference I'm still planning on getting on Yokai Watch which I have been waiting to come out in America for since it's a similar game like Pokémon and it's been popular in Japan, and there was Yoshi's Wolly World, Mario & Luigi Paper Jam, Mario Maker, and Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon i'm interested in too. I may get Star Fox or Xenoblade but not sure yet. For Sony's conference the only 2 PS4 games that caught my interest which were Kingdom Hearts III and Shenmue III. For a while I wanted to get a PS4 just for Kingdom Hearts III but now I also have Shenmue III to look forward to.

I'm going on a trip to Alaska for vacation tomorrow for a week though I'm not that excited and don't have many expectations.

I'll keep making drawings for DeviantArt and make YTPs and I even have an idea for a comic I want to make for DeviantArt.

So yeah just wanted to tell you about my plans for watching MLP: FiM in the future along with other shows I watch too. And by the way that new movie comes out in 2017 and I will definitely see it, maybe not right away but I'll see it eventually. Though I'm pretty much done with most fan content and the fandom since there are other things I enjoy doing more. So from now on I'm just simply a fan of the show but not really the fandom.

You can comment if you have anything to say.

Now I might have reached the point where I feel like I really need to take a break from MLP: FiM and the fandom in general. Remember how Tommy Oliver rage quit the brony fandom? Well I seem to be having a very similar situation he was in. I started watching FiM in April 2014 but didn't get into it until June of that year, and that summer I was obsessed with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, I was watching like 6 episodes every day and saw most of the series, I was very enthusiastic of the show and wanted more so I looked up fan content and even joined MLPForums because I wanted to discuss about the show while being safe from haters. However after that summer my enthusiasm died a little bit though I was still very enthusiastic, however in the past month or so my enthusiasm dropped a lot.

Why did it drop a lot? Well it's not because I thought FiM was getting worse, it's because it excites me way less than last summer because the novelty wore off on me and I feel like it's only natural that happens. But the fandom wore off on me way more. For one, I got really tired of discussing the show and the world etc., Just like any forum, there are some members that annoy me. Forums tend to bore me really quickly but I've never been so active on a forum before and made over 1200 posts and several blog entries but it's finally wearing on me. Another thing is that most of the fan content doesn't interest me that much honestly and most of it bores me. The fan content doesn't convince me to be more enthusiastic. I prefer the official content of MLP over fan content by leaps and bounds, because official content is more of my comfort zone. Let me just say Nintendo fan content interests me so much more. So yeah the show and official content such as books is what keeps me intrigued in MLP not the fandom. I actually did make a couple of fan projects such as a drawing of Ganon riding Sombra, and an MLP YouTube Poop mainly because I thought they would be funny to make. I also am planning a YTP Movie with MLP characters crossing over with Keldeo from Pokémon (Which is what got me into MLP) because he looks like a My Little Pony but other than that I have no fan projects planned. And after I make that project and when the show ends I'm probably going to move on from the fandom entirely though I'll still watch FiM from time to time.

Another thing I want to mention is that there are several other shows I like to watch such as Regular Show, Fullmetal Alchemist, Doraemon, Gravity Falls, Spongebob, Powerpuff Girls, Wander over Yonder, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Pokémon films, and Phineas & Ferb. I just got back into Regular show which is my favorite Cartoons Network show and I also like to rewatch childhood shows as well. I feel like most of my other favorite shows have better storytelling than FiM, they are faster in pace, and have more interesting content in my opinion. And those shows entertain me way more than MLP fan content, and sometimes even FiM itself. While I feel like there are other shows with better more interesting storytelling I do appreciate how most of the stories in FiM have a moral or message which is one of my favorite parts of FiM along with the songs.

Now from 2010-2012 I was obsessed with Adventure Time, not as obsessed as with FiM last summer but still very enthusiastic. I almost joined the fan community and forum but didn't. And I was excited for Season 3 to come out as well. However after 2012 my enthusiasm for Adventure Time dropped a lot, mainly because it excited me less and I enjoyed Regular Show more. And now I hardly watch Adventure Time anymore because the novelty wore off on me and there are other shows I like more. I could watch it again and get back into it but I just don't have the motivation to.

So I lost a lot of my enthusiasm for the show and even more for the fandom and I also miss watching the earlier episodes. So I feel like I want to take a break from MLP: FiM and get back into it starting fresh by starting with the first episode and working my way down to the other episodes with a different view than I used to have. I want to do this to regain some of my enthusiasm but I probably will never be as enthusiastic of FiM as I was last summer and I'm probably not going to be very active in the fandom either because it mostly doesn't interest me and I'd much rather just simply watch the show with little to no activity in the fandom. That being said I'm probably not going to be very active on these forums anymore mostly because the fandom mostly doesn't interest me that much and forums in general bore me quickly. I may actually catch the new episode "Slice of Life" but after that I'm going to take an indefinite hiatus from FiM and I may even stop with the fandom, it was fun for a while but it's time for me to move on to what I love like simply watching cartoons, playing games and make drawings. I'm also on YouTube where I make YTPs on occasion (I'm still new) and DeviantArt though I'm more active on DeviantArt where I make fan drawings of my favorite shows or games.

You can check out my YouTube and DeviantArt if you want:

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIMGK33mXR0Y2-0SnzLoOgg
    http://thejleeteam.deviantart.com/

So basically I won't stop watching FiM but I may leave the fandom because it mostly doesn't interest me and when I'm not watching FiM I'd rather watch another show than look up fan content. And I will probably start fresh by going back to the first episodes with a different view on this show than I initially had. So yeah while I'm having a similar situation as Oliver though I'm not rage quitting. I'll continue to watch FiM and occasionally pick up some merchandise but I'm pretty much done with the fandom. Please comment on this if you have anything you wanted to say.

I don't know if its just me but I feel like the morals and messages usually get overlooked because most fans are more concerned about the Plot or character development. I feel like the messages and morals are one of the best parts about this show along with songs and characters. Most shows of this target audience have some kind of educational value. Maybe not on the same level as shows as Dora the Explorer but more similar to Arthur or Hey Arnold. I mean I feel like a lot of these messages are inspirational and the most memorable parts of this show for me.

Does anyone else feel the messages in FiM are overlooked and deserve more credit?
  4. TheJLeeTeam
I just like to tell about my typical expectations from MLP:FiM since I first watched it last year.

For the most part light-hearted relaxing cartoon featuring cute characters, good morals, stories that deliver the morals, sometimes interesting adventures and some dark, serious moments on occasion. And a lot of good episodes and some dud episodes such as Dragon Quest.

Are these good enough expectations and should I keep them?
  5. TheJLeeTeam
I'd like to make a disclaimer on that blog entry I did. What I meant by the stories didn't have to be the greatest to be good, I meant this show doesn't always have to rely on dark, epic, deep, serious storytelling. Just for the most part a lighthearted story good enough to implement a message. I'll admit there are a few episodes I thought were bad like Putting Your Hoof Down or Dragon Quest. There are some plots that really confused me such as Crystal Empire but It was still good and I appreciate the moral.
  6. TheJLeeTeam
Now I feel like there are several members in this community who are expecting too much out of FiM. What I mean by that is that there are are people who are expecting tons of episodes with more dark, epic, more serious feels to them. But I feel for the most part this is a slice of life show with some good messages that's less stressful than other shows with some few Disney style moments on occasion. I feel like most of the plots revolve around the situation of the message they are trying to tell. I feel that if we like this show it should just be enjoyed for what is and not for what it can be.

There are shows like Gravity Falls which has dark and often more deep, epic, serious stories if that's what you're into.

So are we expecting too much?
  7. TheJLeeTeam
Now this is something about MLP that has been on my mind for like the past few weeks. I feel like the show is been over-analyzed. In a nutshell I feel like many of the episode plots are being taken way too seriously and the morals get overlooked. And sometimes the plots are questionable (sometimes with plotholes) but I feel they are done on purpose to tell the message similar to an Arthur episode.

I already made a full paragraph about it in Life Advice: https://mlpforums.com/topic/130327-fandom-fatigue/

So yes even though an episode like Rainbow Falls gets hate or Canterlot Wedding gets debated I feel these episodes should just be appreciated for the messages they are trying to tell. But do you feel like this show gets over analyzed too?

I play Pokémon for the simple streamlined yet deep gameplay and of course the wide variety of different monsters, some adorable, some cool, some beautiful. So with over 700 Pokémon currently with the roster growing every few years, I like to present my Top 10 Favorite Pokémon of all time. Now Pokémon like Pikachu and Charizard are not on this list because they are too obvious and just don't like them as much as the ones I have listed.

    Here We Go!

    #10: Greninja

I wasn't too fond of Greninja at first but now I have because of it's speed, design, and most of all it's inclusion in Super Smash Bros. and is one of my Smash Bros mains.

    #9: Zoroark:

I feel Zoroark is like Gen 5's Lucario. It's a dark type and another fast Pokémon that I enjoyed using, but it's a shame he's not playable in Smash Bros. Despite I gained a bond to Zoroark similar to Lucario.

    #8: Swampert:

Swampert is the final evolved form of Mudkip, and yes I do liek Mudkipz. Swampert has a good type combo of water and ground protecting it from electric attacks though weaker to grass and a great diversity in moves so Swampert is my favorite starter line. Sorry Charizard fans.

    #7: Rayquaza

Rayquaza is a cool green dragon and it's one of my favorites because I used it a lot especially in Emerald. Has a cool design, high attack and special attack, and great diversity in moves. He may be OP especially in Mega form but in a good way.

    #6: Mewtwo

Mewtwo was the first most popular legendary and he was the most Powerful Pokémon for a while until Gen 4 with Arceus then got a resurgence as the most powerful in Gen 6 as Mega evolutions along with Mega Rayquaza. He's got some really great stats and again a great move diversity though you can't use any TM you want like Mew. Mewtwo is also one of my mains in Smash Bros. with the recent DLC that came out.

    #5: Lucario

Lucario is a really cool fighting steel type with a cool design, interesting backstory, stats, and has one of my favorite moves, Aura Sphere. I gained an emotional bond with him in the 8th movie, and I use him a lot in Super Smash Bros. so he's another one of my mains.

    #4: Latios & Latias

Latios & Latias might be my favorite pairing ever. They are cool beautiful dragons that are just so adorable together! They have some really great stats and diverse moveset. Beyond that they are like the best couple ever!

    #3: Eevee & Eeveelutions

I had a hard time deciding which of the Eevee line was my favorite but I decide I like all equally. I chose Eevee & Eeveelutions because of how diverse it is with several different ones with different types. And I really like all the designs as well, and they are just cute yet cool.

    #2: Gardevoir

Okay I love Gardevoir for a weird reason. It's not the stats and moveset that convinces me. It's the design of Gardevoir. Gardevoir is just so beautiful. And she reminds me a lot of guardian angels because she's beautiful with a flowing dress much like how I picture angels and she's my waifu.

And my #1 Favorite Pokémon of all time is...

So that was my List of Top 10 Favorite Pokémon, I hope you enjoyed.

So I made this funny fanart of Ganondorf riding King Sombra, because Ganondorf has a personality like Sombra and Ganondorf has a dark steed. So I thought it would be funny to make this.

Anime is japanese animation. What defines anime that sets it apart from western animation. I feel the best way to describe anime is that it has a beautiful detailed art style and more involved stories. I don't watch anime as much as western cartoons but I'll share with you my top 10 Favorite Anime Shows.

    Here We Go!

    #10: Sonic X

This is an anime based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It follows Sonic and friends who are against Dr. Eggman after the Chaos Emeralds and also meet up with a human named Chris. I haven't actually seen much of this show but I am familiar with Sonc.

    #9: Digimon

Digimon is supposedly Pokémon's competitor but Digimon is very different from Pokémon. One difference is that the monsters don't coexist with humans like in Pokémon. The plot involves kids from a summer camp who are sent to save the digital world from evil. Again I haven't seen much of this show but it's one I'm familiar with.

    #8: Hamtaro

Hamtaro is a pretty cute show. It follows a hamster named Hamtaro who is owned by a girl named Laura and and he goes on adventures with other hamster friends.

    #7: Yu-Gi-Oh

Yu-Gi-Oh is a manga series and most commonly a TCG which is actually my 2nd favorite TCG right behind Pokémon even though I haven't played or collected in a while. Throughout the Yu-Gi-Oh anime characters duel monsters like in the TCG.

    #6: Sailor Moon

Sailor Moon follows a teenage girl named Usagi who becomes Sailor Moon a pretty soldier who is destined to save the Earth from Forces of Evil and she has a cat friend with her named Luna.

    #5: Dragon Ball Z

Everyone loves Dragon Ball Z! It is a follow up to another anime series simply called Dragon Ball but Z is much more popular. This anime follows Goku and his friends who defend the Earth from various enemies like space fighters and magical creatures. It's got great storytelling, character development, and action.

#4: Kirby Right Back At Ya!

Here's yet another anime based off a game series. This show is based on the Nintendo series Kirby and follows Kirby the cute pink blob with the ability to copy abilities and he lands on a planet called Pop Star, makes friends there and are against King Dedede. About the theme song I actually really like it, it sounds so catchy.

    #3: Fullmetal Alchemist

This anime follows Edward Elric and his brother Alphonse who lost their mother and try to resurrect her but they end up messing up their bodies and are attached to mechanical body parts and try to restore their bodies. I'd like to mention Edward Elric in the english dub is voiced by Vic Mignogna who is like the Tara Strong of anime and had played numerous anime roles and he's got an awesome voice as well.

    #2: Doraemon

Doraemon is an anime adaptation of the children's manga series. It follows a blue robotic cat from the future named Doraemon who has a pocket filled with tons of quirky gadgets and uses them to help a kid named Noby or Nobita. It kind of reminds me of Jimmy Neutron in a way. Unlike most anime series this one is mostly comedy based and is a similar format to many western shows like Spongebob, Phineas and Ferb, or Regular Show because each episode is 11 minutes long. It's got really quirky and cheesy humor but in a good way. Disney XD aired an english dub of Doraemon last year and it's actually pretty good however it lacks a lot of japanese culture which is one of the best parts of anime.

And my #1 Favorite Anime show of all time is...

Honorable Mentions: Naruto, Cowboy Bebop, Attack on Titan, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Mobile Suit Gundam, Code Geass, Ranma 1/2, Soul Eater, Death Note, Ghost in the Shell, Yu Yu Hakusho, Black Lagoon, One Piece, Samurai Champloo, Gungrave, Lucky Star, Youkai Watch, InuYasha, Trigun, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

So thanks for looking at my Top 10 Favorite Anime shows. Tell me what your favorites are if you want.

My next list will be my Top 10 Miscellaneous Shows which will focus on shows generally from other networks that are not Nick, CN, Disney, or Anime shows.

    CONTROVERSIAL OPINION TIME!

I'm probably going to get some hate for this but the truth is I actually love Twilicorn and think she's a good idea. In fact I prefer Alicorn Twilight far more than unicorn Twilight. Yeah I know it sounds controversial but let me explain why.

Now Twilight represents the element of magic and Celestia states she never saw a unicorn with such raw magic abilities so unicorn Twilight probably has more powerful magic than any other unicorn. She is knowledgeable with magic and she reads books on spells like all the time.

Also the Elements of Harmony which are probably the most powerful artifacts in Equestria, not the entire world just Equestria. Each element has a trait and quality which are essential to friendship. Twilight represents magic which might be the biggest one. Even before she was an alicorn at the beginning in the series her element was embedded into a crown while the others are in necklaces.

In Magical Mystery Cure, Celestia lists the qualities of each element,"Since you've come to Ponyville, you've displayed the charity, compassion, devotion, integrity, optimism, and of course, the leadership of a true princess."

So this was planned from the very beginning of the series, it was her destiny to become greater than she was and spread friendship around. I think it would be less appealing to think her destiny is just to send letters about friendship to Celestia.

Now I know Twilicorn is considered a Mary Sue or annoyingly perfect but I don't find her to be annoyingly perfect. I thought besides her princess status and wings I don't find her to be much different or more annoying. I don't know why but I think she is less annoying as an alicorn.

And also it may seem she's going to ditch her friends but I don't think so. To quote Celestia,"What would the princess of friendship be without her friends". I think that makes sense. And if she was sending most of the friendship letters and whe was instructed by Celestia it would make sense for her to be an alicorn rather than one of her friends.

And Twilicorn isn't really accepted because she's an alicorn and others prefer only two alicorns Celestia and Luna. Because they were born as alicorns with immortality and more powerful magic. But I feel there are two kinds of alicorns. Alicorns that were born that way and were descended by deities or something and ones who turned into alicorns because of their powerful abilities but born alicorn or not they are all very powerful like Cadance and of course Twilight. And I actually love Cadance and I actually thought she was a good addition and I felt this show got much more expansive after Season 2. But anyway Cadance and Twilight spread love and friendship, while Celestia and Luna raise and lower the sun and moon respectively. Believe it or not I actually think love and friendship are more powerful and important than raising and lowering the sun and moon even if that world's earth doesn't rotate. I mean raising and lowering the sun and moon respectively takes like only a second once every day that's unimpressive compared to spreading love and friendship. Okay maybe Luna can enter dreams too but that's about it.

Also if Twilight became an alicorn I feel the ending for this show is just going to be better than if she stayed an unicorn because it would be really nice to see Twilight fulfill a big destiny as the princess of friendship rather than the ending being about unicorn Twilight just sending friendship letters until she dies.

So that's why I actually think Twilicorn is a good idea and that I actually prefer alicorn over unicorn. After Castle Sweet Castle I actually think Twilicorn is getting better and I thought this show felt so much more high quality and more expansive after she became an alicorn. Now this is just what I think and feel like but I felt I had to explain.

Disney is like the King of animated films. They put out some amazing quality family friendly films for just about everyone to enjoy. But they even put out some really good TV shows as well. The first list I did was my top 10 Nick shows and my second was Cartoon Network shows. I'll admit Disney is probably my favorite because they put out some shows that are more memorable to me than Nick or CN, so I present my Top 10 Favorite Disney Shows of All Time.

    Here We Go!

#10: Bear in the Big Blue House

This one is an educational show but a rather good one. It stars a Bear with a Big Blue House and his friends who have adventures, solve puzzles, and teach social skills. This show was made by the Jim Henson company who also worked on shows like Muppets and Sesame Street and this show features puppets as well.

    #9: Recess

This show follows 6 school kids and follows their lives in school and they often go to recess. This show was supposed to be a symbol of freedom.

    #8: Wander Over Yonder

Another Craig McCracken show and this is the show Lauren Faust worked on after leaving FiM. It stars Wander a nomadic intergalactic traveler with a steed named Sylvia and they travel to tons of quirky planets in the universe.

    #7: DuckTales

This show follows a duck named Scrooge McDuck who is the richest Duck in the world and he wants to protect his money. He takes care of Huey, Dewey, and Louie his nephews who have adventures. Most episodes center around villains trying to take Scrooge's money.

    #6: House of Mouse

This is like Super Smash Bros. Disney style in a way because it's got Mickey who runs a theater and it has so many other Disney characters and they show several short Disney cartoons.

#5: Star vs. The Forces of Evil

This show which I've gotten into recently stars a magical teenage Princess named Star Butterfly from another dimension who is sent to Earth to live with Marco and they have adventures throughput the universe. I really liked what I've seen so far of this show.

#4: The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

One of my childhood favorites. This show follows Pooh Bear and his animal friends and their adventures in the 100 Acre Wood. It's a very light hearted show and it's kind of like FiM of the late 80's/90's because it's got friendship themes to it.

    #3: Kim Possible

This show follows Kim Possible a young crime fighter and has a sidekick Ron Stoppable who attend High School and fight crimes and they are also in a relationship.

    #2: Phineas and Ferb

This show follows stepbrothers Phineas and Ferb and they have several adventures during their long summer. They have a pet platypus named Perry who is also a secret agent and there is also a scientist named Doofenshmirtz who tries to take over The city. I found this show to be very relatable and has some pretty good variety in adventures and even songs but what show could top it? Well let's look at #1.

And My #1 Favorite Disney Show of All Time is...

Honorable Mentions: Adventures of Gummi Bears, Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Little Mermaid, Bonkers, Aladdin, Gargoyles, Timon & Pumbaa, Jungle Cubs, Mighty Ducks, Doug, Pepper Ann, Hercules, PB&J Otter, Out of the Box, Rolie Polie Olie, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Legend of Tarzan, Stanley, Proud Family, Lilo & Stitch, Dave the Barbarian, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go, American Dragon: Jake Long, Fish Hooks, Star Wars Rebels, Penn Zero Part time Hero

So thanks for looking at my Top 10 Favorite Disney Shows of All Time so tell me what yours are.

My next list will be my Top 10 Anime Shows.

Last time I made a list of my Top 10 Nickelodeon Shows. Now I will do the same for Cartoon Network. Now Cartoon Network has put out some really good creative stuff over the years even though they have put out some crap cartoons and live action shows. So I will present to you my Top 10 Favorite Cartoon Network Shows of all Time

    Here We Go!

#10: Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy

This show follows a silly boy named Billy, a serious girl named Mandy, who become friends with the Grim Reaper and have quirky adventures in their town or different environments. And there are several monsters like Dracula and Boogey Man.

    #9: Chowder

This is an interesting quirky show. It follows a critter named Chowder who is an apprentice for a chef named Mung Daal and helps him out. Pretty much most of the plots and themes are food based.

    #8: Ed, Edd, n Eddy

This show follows 3 adolescent boys named Ed, Edd and Eddy with different personalities. And do some wierd quirky stuff that most teens like to do. I never really cared for the characters just the humor.

    #7: Steven Universe

This show follows a boy named Steven who is a Crystal Gem which are intergalactic warriors who protect the world from evil. Believe it or not, I actually saw this show when it premiered in November 2013 before I even saw FiM. But I didn't fall in love with this show because it didn't relate to me enough which is why it's lower on my list. I noticed this show really took off in March of this year. I'm not exactly sure why, it became super popular overnight and I saw this over a year before that. I don't love this show but I do like it. Plus I also like the N64, Gamecube, Cloud, Pikachu, and Sonic references in it.

    #6: Amazing World of Gumball

This show follows a cat named Gumball, has a goldfish friend named Darwin, and has several quirky adventures in his daily life. This show is unique in that it uses multiple animation styles all in one show, and it's got some really unique humor. It's a show that clearly doesn't take itself seriously.

    #5: Dexter's Laboratory

The first Cartoon Cartoon follows a boy named Dexter who is a boy genius with a secret lab with several inventions. He also has a hyperactive sister named Dee Dee who usually breaks into Dexter's lab and a rival named Mandark.

    #4: Adventure Time

Before I got into FiM, I was really big into Adventure Time. This show follows a human boy named Finn and a magic Dog named Jake who have adventures in a post-apocalyptic land named Ooo which has a lot of strange creatures and places. One thing really cool about this show is how expansive it is. And it also has a fantasy setting to it but doesn't take itself seriously.

#3: Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends

This show is about a boy named Mac in a world where humans and imaginary friends coexist and Mac has an imaginary friend blob named Bloo and they also interact with other quirky imaginary friends.

    #2: Powerpuff Girls

This show follows 3 supergirls Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles who fight evil, crime, and other problems facing Townsville. I usually don't care for superhero shows but this is one of the closest shows to superhero shows that I enjoy, and find the girls very relatable. There's a reboot coming out but I'm not excited for that. What do this show and Foster's have in common? Both are made by Craig McCracken and most of the staff that worked on these shows would later work on FiM including Lauren Faust.

And my #1 Favorite Cartoon Network show of All Time is...

Honorable Mentions: Courage the Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, Codename: Kids Next Door, Samurai Jack, Teen Titans, Ben 10, Total Drama, Megas XLR, Sonic Boom

So thank you for looking at my Top 10 Favorite Cartoon Network Shows of All Time. Tell me what your favorites are if you want.

Next list will be My Top 10 Disney Shows of all Time.

  14. TheJLeeTeam
Nickelodeon. Quite possibly the most popular kids network of all time. While not one of my favorites and even though they have kind of gone downhill, I have some favorite shows from Nickelodeon that I want to talk about. So I present to you my Top 10 Favorite Nickelodeon Shows of All Time.

    Here We Go!

    #10: iCarly

I actually think this is a good sitcom. It follows a girl named Carly who makes a comedy webshow called iCarly and this show also follows her daily life. And it's got funny humor too. I liked this show but I felt like this was the beginning where Nickelodeon went down the path that they are at right now because this show is related to webshows and they are pandering to the online age and putting internet series on TV.

    #9: Drake & Josh

This is my favorite live action show on Nickelodeon. It follows step brothers Drake & Josh who have adventures in typical but humorous sitcom adventures.

    #8: Rocko's Modern Life

This show follows a Kangaroo named Rocko and his friends Heffer, Filburt, and Spunky and follows his quirky life in O-Town.

#7: The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius

This show follows a boy named Jimmy a boy genius and has an interest in science. He makes several gadgets but most of them get abused and don't end up working.

    #6: Rugrats

This show is about babies named Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and eventually Dil and Kimi who are mostly in the home and usually do stuff babies aren't supposed to do. And there is Angelica who is a spoiled brat.

    #5: Fairly Odd Parents

This show follows an average kid named Timmy and has fairies Cosmo and Wanda (and eventually Poof and Sparky
) who wishes for stuff he wants or to improve his life. And there is also Vicky his bad babysitter and Crocker who wants Timmy's Fairies. Similar to FiM this is a show about fairies that doesn't pander to girls and is more widely accepted probably because there are average kids in it and it wasn't in a franchise that used to pander. I'll admit I think the modern episodes aren't very good and I felt Poof and Sparky were just ways to increase the lifespan of this show. And I think modern Fairly Odd Parents is worse than modern Spongebob. But I still enjoyed this show back then.

    #4: Hey Arnold!

This show follows an average kid named Arnold who follows his daily life as a kid. This show is really unique in that it doesn't focus too much on comedy and has some slice of life moments and some deep storytelling as well.

    #3: Invader Zim

This show follows an alien named Zim and tries to take over the world through several different plans and inventions. The humor is really unique and clever and this show was really overlooked.

    #2: Blue's Clues

Blue's Clues is my favorite preschool show of all time. This show follows Steve his dog Blue they play a game called Blue's Clues to figure out an answer for instance they find out what Blue wants to have for snack. The show's concept is brilliant and well thought out and the lessons it teaches are excellent. I grew up with this show when I was a kid and it was just incredible.

And my #1 favorite Nick show of all time is...

Honorable Mentions: Ren & Stimpy, Doug, Angry Beavers, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, Chalkzone, Harvey Beaks, Danny Phantom

So thank you for looking at my Top 10 Favorite Nick shows of all time. Tell me what your favorites are.

My next list will be my Top 10 Cartoon Network Shows.

Now here's a topic I've been wanting to let out for a while and talk about what might be my biggest gripe with the gaming industry. Fanboys and platform wars. Now it's okay if you have a favorite company, platform, game series, genre or whatever and have simple preferences because I'm sure everyone does.

However I don't like when someone goes arrogant and act like their preferred platform or company is perfect. I also hate how people bash on a company without talking about positives. Here are example quotes, "Nintendo just makes kiddie games, gimmicks, and underpowered hardware", "Sony makes overpriced systems and bad controllers", "Microsoft just has Red Ring of Death, and Doritos and Mountain Dew ads", "Mobile and browser games are for casuals", and "PC Master Race, Yeah!". Each company and platform offers a unique experience, all have benefits and drawbacks and neither are perfect.

I also hate how games like Indie games, Nintendo games, kid friendly games, and mobile games get bashed because they are not Triple A games. What exactly defines a Triple A game? A high budget 3D open world game with mature realistic themes. I mean an indie game can be just as fun. It just blows my mind.

Now I want to talk about the PC as a gaming platform because this one really gets to me. Now I'm not boycotting the PC platform I just want to talk about it's advantages and disadvantages to consoles because PC is not perfect. Now it's common sense that if a multiplatform 3D game comes out on consoles and PC the PC version is always going to be superior that is if you have the right specs. And it's easier to mod PC games if that's what you're into. But an advantage consoles have over PC are some console exclusives. And yes PC's have exclusives too but consoles have unique exclusives such as the Mario series, JRPGs, and other japanese developed games. Most PC games are western developed games while most japanese developed games are only on consoles and handhelds because surprise, PC gaming isn't that popular in Japan. And most of my favorite games are only on consoles and handhelds like the Mario series, Pokémon, Kingdom Hearts, Animal Crossing, Super Smash Bros., and more. I know some will bring up "Those games suck", well okay that's your opinion, or even "Why don't you just use emulators", I like to play a game on the platform it was intended for because it's authentic and sometimes emulated games will perform worse than on the system it was on even on a high end PC because it's not really the specs that plague games from emulating well it's because some systems have unique architectures and interfaces that are hard to replicate on PC through emulation. N64 emulation still has lots of problems and some games are glitchier that what they should be. "It's just a bad rom", I tried several roms of a certain game like Pokémon Snap for instance and it's pretty much unplayable on emulators. And I also don't like how people will bring up,"There's a clone of that game you can play instead." I don't think clone games would ever replace that games they copied. Now I use the PC for exclusives too such as Rollercoaster Tycoon, Pokémon TCG Online, and point and click adventure games. But I also use it for Internet, work, and video editing, I mean PC's have more useful features than just games. Again I'm not bashing PC gaming, I just want to state why it's not perfect and what problems I have with it.

Saying PC Master Race is like saying Chinese Master Race because China is the most populated country in the world and they manufacture most of our products, but they have problems like degraded environment or One child policy I think.

That being said there is no master race. PC is not the master race, Mobile is not the master race, Xbox is not the master race, Playstation is not the master race, Nintendo is not the master race, Sega is not the master race. All of them have unique benefits, experiences and their drawbacks. What's wrong with diversity and variety?

I mean come on... THEY ARE JUST GAMES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!

Just play whatever makes you happy and let everyone have their preferences to platforms, games, etc. Just don't treat a certain company, platform, game or whatever like a religion. For those who don't care what they play on, and just enjoy any kind of games they like, and are happy for people with different gaming preferences than you, I envy you. Much like how I was happy for the brony fandom before I even joined it.

So that's all I wanted to say and thank you if you read this and understood.

Today I went to the Flea Market specifically Denio's in California. This may be my final trip to Denio's since I will be moving in a few weeks. So here's what I got:

First I got Spongebob the Movie for Gamecube

I actually liked this game better than the actual movie and it's a really good platformer. I always had the PS2 version but I got rid of it years ago. So I got the Gamecube version

Next I got A Donkey Kong Country cartoon VHS tape called Donkey Kong Country: Legend of the Crystal Coconut

    Go away Sombra

Anyway I believe this is the only Donkey Kong Country VHS volume released and I think it contains 3-4 episodes including the Crystal Coconut episode.

I also got Atlantis the Lost Empire for PS1

I thought this would be cool to get since Atlantis is still not a world in Kingdom Hearts yet. And Atlantis is one of Disney's more overlooked movies. And yeah some elements from that movie were used in Crystal Empire.

Seriously, get out of here Sombra. You're not welcome here.

And finally I saved the best for last. Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 for PS2.

I sold all my PS2 games a few years ago to finance a 3DS. But I'm glad to have these because I haven't played them in years! It's my favorite game series not from Nintendo.
  17. TheJLeeTeam
Ah yes the Super Nintendo. Even though I was born in '97, this was the first console I played on. I played some educational PC games before but this is the first console I played on. I believe it was a hand me down system from my parents friends and I played it around 2000/2001. I remember playing Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country on it. It had some amazing 2d graphics, amazing sound, and some of the most timeless games of all time. No wonder why it's games are so expensive now compared to other systems. Anyway just like my NES and Game Boy list I decided to share with you my Top 10 Favorite SNES Games of all time.

    Here We Go!

    #10: Dragon Quest V

Outside of Dragon Quest IX, this is my favorite Dragon Quest game. I found the story to be very sentimental. The story involves a young boy and centers around his childhood and adulthood and you can marry a girl and have kids. You can also recruit monsters like in Pokémon. Now the SNES version of Dragon Quest V was only released in Japan but there is a fan translation though I would go with the DS version which was released in America and has more content.

    #9: Actraiser

Actraiser is interesting because it combines platforming with city sim elements. You play as a god and are trying to rid the world of evil and restore peace by building towns. And the platforming stages are good too.

    #8: Kirby Super Star

Kirby Super Star is neat because it contains 9 small Kirby games in one. There is some variety in this such as Spring Breeze, Dyna Blade, and Great Cave. This is not a really long side scroller like Kirby's Adventure but it's a game with a bunch of variety.

#7: Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

This is one of my favorite Zelda games though I don't know why. Maybe because the story was simple enough for me but unlike the original Legend of Zelda the world is more vast and much more dialogue, adds light world and dark world, and a bunch more items, dungeons and much more.

    #6: Chrono Trigger

Chrono Trigger is an RPG with really interesting characters and the story which involves time travel. There are a lot of interesting worlds in this game and several time periods.

    #5: Sim City

This is my favorite Sim City game ever. I really enjoy the music in this game, the gameplay in the SNES version and it has Bowser, a Mario Statue, and land that looks like Mario's face. It's pretty fun to build your own city.

    #4: Donkey Kong Country Series

I had a hard time deciding which Donkey Kong Country I should include on this list. I've ultimately decided all 3 of them just because I think they are equal. But Donkey Kong Country is a fun simple platformer with outstanding rendered graphics that were amazing for the time.

#3: Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

This was Mario's first RPG and it was really great. The story is still standard for a Mario game but it's cool how you get to explore an overworld based on the Mario universe and battle enemies from the Mario games and interesting items and weapons.

    #2: Super Mario World

Super Mario World is a fantastic Mario platformer with some cool mechanics like the cape, and being able to ride Yoshi the dinosaur and some incredible worlds and this game just feels super smooth and fluid.

And my #1 favorite SNES game of all time is...

And those were my Top 10 SNES games of all time. I hope you enjoyed!

  18. TheJLeeTeam
So in case you aren't aware in 2005, Cartoon Network made a preschool block called Tickle U.

I suppose this was supposed to compete with Nick Jr. and Playhouse Disney. It was dedicated entirely to preschool shows most notably Peppa Pig and Krypto the Superdog. Needless to say this block failed and surprisingly not many people ever remember or talk about this block. It only ran for like a year and a half I guess because Cartoon Network was more dedicated to non-educational cartoons.
  19. TheJLeeTeam
The Nintendo Game Boy is one of my favorite systems of all time. While it's bulky by today's standards and has a hard to see screen, It had a great library of games and set the standard for handheld game systems. Some of them are still fun and addicting to this day. So I would like to share with you my Top 10 Favorite Game Boy Games of all time. Just to note, this list only contains Original Game Boy Games. No Game Boy Color or Game Boy Advance Games but I will make lists for those as well.

    Here We Go!

    #10: Trip World

Trip World was only released in Japan and Europe but this is a pretty good platformer game. You play as a bunny like creature and try to retrieve the flower of peace to the world. You can even shapeshift into different forms like Kirby. I haven't played much of this game so far but a fun platformer.

#9: Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

This is probably my favorite portable Zelda game. It doesn't have Zelda but at least you play as Link. This feels like a scaled down Link to the Past with a different story. The story isn't that great but it has great gameplay and even goombas are in this game.

#8: Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters

Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters is a good adaptation of the NES game. I enjoy the greek theme just like the first game. I actually found this one to be easier than the NES version.

    #7: Tetris

Tetris was the game packed with the Game Boy and is an addicting puzzle game where you make complete lines with differently shaped blocks. I don't have much to say about it. Everyone loves Tetris.

    #6: Dr. Mario

Yes Dr. Mario topped Tetris for me but this is addicting too. Dr. Mario has to get rid of the viruses so you use pills and make rows of a certain color to try to get rid of the viruses. I also liked the music better than Tetris.

    #5: Donkey Kong

Donkey Kong on the Gameboy is basically the original Arcade game with so much more. More levels in this game and has a variety of puzzles. This also combines elements from Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong Jr and has some new tricks like triple jump and backflip. This is my favorite variation of the original Donkey Kong.

#4: Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins

The first Super Mario Land isn't that great but the second one is. The graphics and physics are much improved and has similar elements as Super Mario World with an open world you can go to. And the worlds are pretty quirky. This is also the first game Wario is in.

    #3: Kirby's Dream Land 2

While the first Kirby's Dream Land was good even though it was very simple. The second one improves it with more levels, saving, and Kirby's copy ability which is probably my favorite part about Kirby. You can also merge with animals in this game and they have different abilities like in Donkey Kong Country.

#2: Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3

In Wario Land, you play as Wario and in this game you have different abilities than in Mario Land like you can ram into enemies, ground pound or throwing things. And this game also had a larger variety in levels than Mario Land 2. And I think the levels are more fun in this game than Mario Land 2.

And my #1 Favorite Original Game Boy Game of all time is:

So that was my Top 10 Game Boy Games. I hope you enjoyed and I plan to make lists for GBC and GBA as well!

  20. TheJLeeTeam
So I just received a CD from Japan today and it took like 2 and a half weeks but I finally have it.

It is a Single Album called Memories by Rola and it was the ending theme for the 15th Pokémon Movie in Japan. I got it because the 15th Pokémon movie with Keldeo is my favorite and I wanted that ending theme both with vocals and instrumental because it was just a fantastic song.

This CD also came with this Keldeo pin which is neat. I love Keldeo!
  21. TheJLeeTeam
To quote IGN "Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire get 7.8 because there's too much water"

Yeah well the originals had too much water too and got 9.5

Super Mario Sunshine has too much water too

Wind Waker has too much water too

Legendary Starfy has too much water

Little Mermaid has too much water

    Titanic has too much water

    Spongebob has too much water

Hawaii has too much water which means it's not that great of a vacation spot

And the Earth in general is not that great to live because there's too much water

My point is water is essential to life and even most of our bodies are made of mostly water which means we are made of too much water.

If you hate water so much then go live in the desert. It's so much better than places with water if that's what you like.

    Desert = automatic 11/10
  22. TheJLeeTeam
While I use a PC primarily for work, web browsing, and video editing, I also play games on it too even though I mostly play Nintendo. PC isn't my favorite game platform but there are several games I enjoy playing on PC so I want to share them with you! So I present to you my top 10 favorite PC games of all time.

    Here We Go!

    #10: Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo

In this game you play as a purple car and you go around and you help animals get back to their exhibits in the zoo. This is really fun because it feels like playing a cartoon and has some fun things to click on. And this was made by Humongous Entertainment who makes really good cartoon quality games on PC. Fantastic game and story.

    #9: Freddi Fish 4

In this game you play as yellow and green fish in a similar world to Spongebob and you go around in a western theme trying to find out who stole the hogfish. You find wrestler costume parts throughout this game. But my favorite part about it is the gum part where you can just keep swallowing gum and get funny lines and you can do that over and over again for hours if not days of fun.

    #8: Freddi Fish 3

Yes I actually like the 3rd Freddi Fish game better than the 4th. I just like the theme better and like the extra features better. This time you look for 3 golden pipes to make the conch shell work. I also think this one is just fun to explore. And there is also this neat puzzle game as well.

    #7: Blue's Clues Blue's Birthday Adventure

Blue's Clues was one of my favorite childhood shows and Humongous Entertainment made a surprisingly great adventure game based on the birthday episode but better. This game has a lot of fun surprises like growing vegetables, making cake, pizza and so much more.

#6: Spy Fox in Dry Cereal

It's not Star Fox, it's Spy Fox. I actually haven't finished this game yet because I got stuck in this one part. Anyway this is a really fun game where you play as a fox and you go around looking for clues. It also has a card game and submarine game included as well. And you can even surf the oceans in this game too.

    #5: Pajama Sam

What an excellent game. You play as a cool blue kid named Sam who can't get to sleep so he goes into his closet to vanquish Darkness. But he gets his equipment stolen and needs to get them back before he can face Darkness. This game has a fun world to explore including a river, mines, a huge treehouse etc. And you also have a few mini games including a quiz, mine cart game, and Cheese & Crackers which plays like Tic Tac Toe. Excellent quality with this one

    #4: Pajama Sam 3

The 3rd Pajama Sam game is my favorite however because I enjoy the world more and find it more colorful. You play as Sam looking for conference members which represent the food groups. There is also this skiing mini game, and bean mini game as well. Another great cartoon quality game from Humongous Entertainment.

    #3: Rollercoaster Tycoon 1

In this game you get to build your own theme parks and as a kid I thought it was so fun. I had fun getting more profits in this game and building my own rides, and building a huge theme park. One thing I liked about the first and second games compared to the third one is the colorful detailed 2d graphics. I didn't like the 3d graphics of the 3rd game.

#2: Pokémon Trading Card Game Online

This might be the only online game I like or even care for. This is an online version of the Pokémon TCG since it's my favorite card game and playing it on the PC is very ideal for me. This is the Gameboy Color game times a zillion. You can even buy actual Pokémon booster packs and use codes to redeem them for online packs. This is really addicting.

    #1: Rollercoaster Tycoon 2

I loved the first RCT but this sequel managed to improve without taking out anything I loved about the first game. It keeps the 2d graphics of the original but updated, new ride types, scenery, scenario editor, and best of all the inclusion of Six Flags parks and rides. I mean that alone makes this my favorite game in the series. I've had so much fun with this game and if you've never played it try it. It's really cheap on Steam. In fact I got Steam just for this and RCT1.

So I wanted to get a PS4 in the summer just to have something to play Kingdom Hearts III when it comes out and because I wanted to use the blu ray player since I don't have one yet. However I'm going to wait on getting a PS4 until Kingdom Hearts III comes out which will probably be 2016 or 2017. I wanted to start collecting blu ray movies but I didn't want to get an actual player and just get a PS4 instead.

For now I'll keep playing on Wii U, 3DS, and watch movies on DVD instead.
