      Yeah it may feel like you solved it (bc you ignore your feelings), but in the long run it will always come back to you.

      Even if a particular incident goes away or resolves itself the type of thinking and behaviour still hasn't been addressed. In which case situations that cause stress and emotional turmoil will still be just as difficult if not more so as long as a person refuses to address it.
