Before watching your review I did not thought about this problem the episode clearly suffered, after watching it though I was able to saw it, Luna's situation was just incoherent and after watching your review I can think that Luna's caracter was really stupid in this one because she created something wrong (Tantabus) and did not realised until the end and that was stupid of her to have not realised it before, but even if this episode leaves her caracter with weak developement it is developement non the less, and I can't deny it, but this flaw is here and in front of the viewers throughout and it is a thing that I can't deny either, and that is the main thing that this episode suffer aside the pacing. But it was not a flaw that was too much huge to me, because the humour and the randomness saved it for me IMO.
