Don't worry, take this as a compliment to your ability to critique as I agree with alot of points you made in the episode. I'll go and watch it on my own and to measure if those points are justified, and if they do, I'll review the episode to the best of my ability as fairly as I can.

Before watching your review I did not thought about this problem the episode clearly suffered, after watching it though I was able to saw it, Luna's situation was just incoherent and after watching your review I can think that Luna's caracter was really stupid in this one because she created something wrong (Tantabus) and did not realised until the end and that was stupid of her to have not realised it before, but even if this episode leaves her caracter with weak developement it is developement non the less, and I can't deny it, but this flaw is here and in front of the viewers throughout and it is a thing that I can't deny either, and that is the main thing that this episode suffer aside the pacing. But it was not a flaw that was too much huge to me, because the humour and the randomness saved it for me IMO.

That's great. More power to ya for liking the episode. Some of my favorite reviews are by people who are critical of episodes I like (Drowning In Horseshoes' MMC review comes to mind). At the end of the day my number one goal is to provide some form of entertainment and express myself, not change other people's opinions.

You know we all take different things away from episodes and what might be a problem for one person may actually be a strength for others. Who knows? Maybe I'll re watch it in a month and love it. It's happened before

I'm not seeking perfections so I love the episodes for its strength and its weakness even some fatal flaws. If i'm a over-thinking person just like when i watch anime, i wont come to mlp in the first place. In the end, whether you enjoy it or not is that matter, dont let anyone dictate your opinion.

However, i'm really HOSTILE AGAINST TODAY ANIME AND BIG BUSTER MOVIE'S FLAWS even the minor one lol =]]. Anyway, i agree they used too much fanservice in this one, we already have Slice of Life already (This episode even surpass Slice of Life in terms of Fanservice =]]), but i think the writting of this episode is well-done. I appreciated episode for what it is not what it should be (that why i dont like some "how to repair or rewrite this *insert name* episode" blog/topic). Ss4 writers are getting better in ss5 even Scott =]]. That all i want to say, my King =]]
