Lightning wanted answers, and fast. He had a keen eye, and this wasn't getting past him unnoticed. Lightning had a gut feeling about this guy. He turned to the violinist. "And you, why so aggro? You got something to hide too? I mean, who chucks a rage at someone listening to them play a song? No one normal." He finally turned to the white coated mare. He didn't know anything about her, and she wasn't trying to hide anything. "Well, don't we all have problems." (OOC: Ugh, sorry for the rudeness, it's just how this character gets things done.)

@@Love, Lightning was zooming down the halls, without a care in the world. He slowly stopped outside the music rooms to put his headphones in. He heard the quiet symphony of a violin. He continued to listen, and to his surprise, he liked it. He was curious as to who could play the violin so impeccably, and so he slid on his board over to the door, slightly open, and pushed it open. He saw a mare, about his age, playing the violin without missing a note. "You have some real talent."

@, Why 30? It's just the limit age. I feel mean when saying this, but since he's basically in his 90's, this is supposed to be a romance, see where I'm going with this? I know he LOOKS 30, but it's the actual age that gets me

@, I'm really sorry to say this, but I can't accept this character. The age limit is 30, and your OC goes over that If you temporarily want to change the age of your OC, just for this RP, I'd be happy to accept. Or if you have any other characters in mind..

@, Lightning turned to the pony talking to him. He definitely wasn't a student. He had a wise air to him, but there was also something unusual about this pony, and his mind felt a little heavier than it did before.. "Nah.. I'm fine, I'll just wait until she's free." He ran and flipped his board onto the ground. There had been something troubling at the back of his mind, but it probably wasn't a big deal, but he had noticed a pony tailing him down the halls, before he lost whoever it was. It was unusual, but he shrugged it off. He kick-flipped off the stairs and heel-tapped the pole. Who?

@@NonbinaryDuck, Lightning was getting bored sitting here and watching all the rich posh ponies stand up. "They have no idea what it's like to not sleep in a bed. To not have food for days at a time, to not have a family. The spoilt brats deserved none of it in the way they talked. He took his earphones out, his teacher still hadn't made it to class, so he grabbed his board and bag and jogged out the door. He slipped on his board and sped down the halls towards the Principal's Office. Students yelled at him, "Watch out! Slow Down! Show Off!" He couldn't care less. He arrived at what he thought was the office, and flipped his deck up. Even he knew common courtesy.. He knocked on the door and waited patiently.

OOC Lightning walked up the frozen mountain wearing a torn jacket. He was carrying his skateboard and had headphones in, listening to metal. He saw the resort up ahead. He wondered, a dead-beat orphan like him, invited to a private resort. He stepped through the doors and was hit by the warmth. He flipped his board on the ground. A well dressed man came out of a door next to him behind a register and looked at him reluctantly, "Uhh, sir, your room.." He handed him a gold key 'Room 208, Floor 4', Lightning hopped on his board and pushed off down the maze of halls. He came to elevator and stepped in. The staff that was standing in there crinkled his nose and stepped away from him. He flicked his board up and walked out into the hallway once they reached the 4th floor. He pushed the key into the lock on the door and twisted it. As he opened it he was shocked. "What the hell.." The room was pristine, food lying all over the bench, clean and ready to eat. "Is this some sick prank?" He'd never SEEN something this nice before. He locked the door behind him and walked into the master bedroom. Clean sheets lay on a perfect white double-bed. He'd never slept in a bed before. "Wow.." Was all he could say before he threw his board onto the bloor, as well as his old ripped up bag that he found on the beach..

Lightning stood there. He was looking around at all of his new classmates. He was judging who was going to be a problem, and who wasn't. He looked out of the window, he saw a perfectly smooth street, as well as bars and stairs everywhere. He longed to just grab his board and leave. But he knew he couldn't. He wasn't even paying to go here, the government was. They'd supplied him with everything he needed, including a hayPod and earphones. He pulled them out of his torn up bag and put them in. His mane worked quite well to conceal the little blue buds in his ears. He flicked through his music, he liked most genres, but some he liked better than others. These included, Metal, Acoustic, Punk Rock, and Alternative Rock. Metal was probably his favourite. He selected a song: Proving Grounds - Attila and waited for something to catch his eye.

Lightning waited for the pony, who called herself Quantum Aurora, to sit down. As soon as she did, he stood up. Without being asked he walked to the front of the room. He flipped his skateboard onto the ground. 'May as well get it over and done with..' He thought. "I'm Lightning Storm. I'm 18. I like skating and running. And I hate everything else." He said no more as he picked up his board and went back to where he was standing. Ugh, how he hated people watching him.

Will you make a good impression upon our school?: Most likely, no. Will you give a good reputation for our school?: Not really. Interests: Running, Flying, anything he can use to get going. Likes: An indescribable love for storms. He likes to skate and will normally bring his torn up bag and skateboard to class. He likes the fact no-one knows him, he doesn't have a reputation, he finds comfort with himself more than with others around. Dislikes: Crowds, Small Spaces, Liars. And basically everything. Lightning isn't nice. He grew up in a harsh way, and that's the way he likes it. It may seem like I'm copying from the post above when I say this, but I'm not, it's his personality: Lightning, hates, being told what to do. He's a born troublemaker, with a gruesome past. He will try to focus at classes, but will most likely fail miserably. He has an intense fear of tiny places, due to traumatic events as a child. If stuck in a small area, Lightning will most likely FLIP out, he will go berserk. Lightning also has an overprotective personality, so if anything were to threaten something close to him, he would berserk the same as his fear. He's tough and won't let anything take him down.
