Lektra Bolt

I wish this technology existed in real life, painlessly and safely. There are so many people who would want to give up their body to somebody else permanently, or the medical application of saving somebody who was born into a deficient body but with a normal mind that could swap with a braindead body. The swapped people wouldn't have to give up their life per se, just their body. I for one would want to continue the same life, but in a body I was more comfortable with.

In stories, shows, and movies the swaps vary in believability. Obviously with actors there is a certain degree of fakeness, but drawn and animated swaps that I've seen were really believable and the swapped people actually acted like themselves just with their minds swapped.

Would be a nice feature indeed.

Lektra has a light orange coat with a yellow mane and tail. It looks like the mane and tail are the same color as her coat but looking closely it's possible to tell that the coat is just a brighter orange. Most ponies can't tell the difference, though. Due to her affinity to lightning and electricity, her mane and tail are permanently standing up in zigzagging lightning spikes and grow like that. The front of her mane hangs down in wispy zigzag lightning bangs to just above the eyes and waves when she walks or runs. Speaking of eyes, Lektra's eyes are a light brown color. All four of her legs have gray lightning bolt patterns as part of the way the hair grows. Lektra has a square metal box with lightning bolts coming out of it like from the Sun as a Mark, signifying her thinking outside the box and her electric affinity.

She wears a tool belt on her neck at all times which contains various tools that can be pulled out as needed, and a pair of magnifying glasses for examining things that can slide up or down from her headband.

Hello everypony! You can call me Bron. Actually, I prefer it cause most people shorten it. I get asked if I'm a Brony, to which I respond "What do you think?" Of course the first time I was asked that, I had to ask what it meant.

I primarily focus on the show and RP, and I decided to try out this forum. Boy, the 40 post rule is kinda high considering I would like to RP and can't.

My OC is named Lektra Bolt. She's a Unicorn with magic focusing on electronic things and what passes for technology in Equestria. Exerting her will on inanimate objects, metalbending/shaping, and electricity generation/manipulation. The like. She's an inventor.

She's originally based on a character I created for another fandom who's primary power is Technology Manipulation.
