I'm sorry to hear it, friend
I've had a similar experience myself before, because I always hid away my sadness too... But, pushing it down doesn't solve anything, I know. It's better to vent it all out somewhere- to a friend willing to listen, or on paper, or in the Life Advice section, whatever- because at least that way, even if you don't get rid of the thing causing you stress, you can let it out gradually and not in a huge burst.
