Ask, and you shall receive: Thanks! I actually do flip book animation. As a person trying to make 2-d games in the future (Mostly platformers and the such), I draw all the sprites, most of the backgrounds and effects - Load them into photoshop, get the poses just right and then make the images that I want to use. I then put it in my editing software to make the video. I'm on a budget, so I can't really afford to get the fancy animation programs... But hey, it works well for now. I appreciate your compliments, it means a lot to me that I can have people enjoy my work as much as I do when I make these videos.

Well as someone who uses a griffon on Youtube, I have to draw griffons awesomely.

I recently managed to pass the 200 subscriber mark a week ago, and I'm still getting subscribers at a decent rate (1 or two every two days is good in my opinion for my amount of content). https://www.youtube.com/user/MangaKamen Feel free to check out my channel if you'd like, I love getting comments and advice to improve. And that's why I'm here. I've done some reviews, some riffs, a couple lets plays and even some speed paints. But I wanna show my 200 + subscribers that I appreciate them and I wanna be able to get more subs in the future that I can entertain. I don't care if I get popular or not, I just wanna put a smile on the faces of those who enjoy my work, and while I do run adds, I make them skippable. But I'm getting off track, I need to know what to do for a 200 sub special, I tried doing a contest, but no dice - I guess I'm not that well known enough to pull that off. So... Any suggestions on what I should do for a 200 sub special?

Well, I'm working on a cover for a story I'm working on, it's an MLP crossover story and it's got a lot of work to it, but I'll share a part of it right now.
