@Blitz Boom the trays beside the mimic and Serenade are full of tiny morsels of crab, eel and other small salt-water fish. The kind of 'claw' food that energizes any a power nap. The smell is frankly AMAZING to carnivores, although Ponies might find it a bit...off putting. Serenade is still out like a light, her barrel raising slowly. Harmony smiles, "He is, Serenade thinks of him like an Uncle, and frankly the pair are...trouble when together" She smiles widely, "Until then, would you like to help me bake?"

@Blitz Boom Harmony smiles, "actually a friend of mine just retired after twenty years working for..." She coughs, "And it's hits unofficial retirement party tonight, since he helped alot with Serenade, you wanna come along.?"

@Blitz Boom "We were...but not the way your thinking. Sunlight and I met....Serenade's Birth mother one evening." Harmony's eyes darken. "All the stories you've heard about Sirens, how they are monsters. She ponified every one. It took me and three of my Guard friends to make her back off." She suddenly smiles, "Enough of that...tell me Ziggy....how well do you sing?" She turns to face the Zegasus and gives....an alarming smile.

@Blitz Boom "Yes, we found out very quickly that not only is Serenade nocturnal, she naps alot to conserve energy....and she eats a mountain of food. Growing up, we had to get fish deliveries from Pegasi fishers. There is a term for it, but I'm not sure." Harmony mindlessly flicks through the letters. "But yeah, Mimics can be...difficult to work with. Like cats, but not." She hums, and reads one letter. "Oh, finally retiring I see." She clicks her tongue.

@Blitz Boom Harmony comes out with a tray on her back, she puts a plate on the table with several pears, before walking over and placing two plates next to Serenade and Fah'lina. "Don't mind them, Serenade is like a cat...once she finds the perfect napping spot, it's like wrestling a dragon over it's horde." She smiles, "Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get snuggled soon." She winks.

@Blitz Boom Harmony pokes her head out from the kitchen, "Thank you. Just making lunch, what do you feel like?" A ding sounds and Harmony's head disappears, followed by "hot..hot..hot". Serenade is lounging on the sofa, in her Pegasus form, snoring.

@Blitz Boom The Unicorn smiles, "We are usually busy, so the downtime is very welcome." He levitates the letters and starts to sort them, "Give Harmony my best and tell her the letters will go out with the afternoon pegasi."

@Blitz Boom The Unicorn nods, and suppresses a yawn. "Let's see, one to Canterlot, one to Ponyville, one to Vanhoover...and" He blinks, "One to Site B?" He shrugs, "Harmony's always sending letters to weird places." He sorts the letters, "It's been a slow day, but meh" He shrugs, "I like slow days. I've got two letters for Harmony, can you sign for them?"

@Blitz Boom The Local Post Office is on the ground floor of a office building. Besides the Post Office, there is a sign for a Long Distance Pegasus delivery company called Higher for Hire, and the other takes up three floors. A yawning Unicorn sits behind the counter.

@Blitz Boom Harmony smiles, "Actually I was wondering if your up for it, could you deliver some mail for me, it's not long-distance but yeah." She grabs three or four letters, "I just need them rundown to the local Post Office"

@Blitz Boom Sunrise nods, looking properly chastised, Harmony giggles then turns to Ziggy, "It's up to Serenade to tell you the details, but these foals are family, but yeah...daycare is the best word for it."

@Blitz Boom Except for some singed fetlocks, Sunrise is fine. His ears flatten as the sound clop-clop-clop of his wife coming down the stairs. He looks up. "Dear" She is full-on Mom mode "What I have said about doing Science in the basement. He gulps, "Not too?" Harmony turns to Ziggy, "Don't mind this fool, he has the Luck of the Prench in him."

@Blitz Boom Harmony huffs, gently picks up the toy and places it in front of the desk, then turned and headed downstairs. She has a Husband to scold. Sunrise stumbles out of the basement, coat covered in soot and with a huge grin on his face. He giggles, "Welp, that backfired."

@Blitz Boom Harmony would wave back, and smile at the mimic with the foal's toy, then head to find her Husband....just as a loud BANG caused the whole house to rock and smoke poured from the basement. Serenade bolted upright, followed by a panic look around. Harmony rolls her eyes, and trots downstairs just as he shouts. "SORRY, MY BAD, WAS DOING SCIENCE!"

@Blitz Boom Harmony pokes Serenade in the side, causing her to release Ziggy. She groans, and rolls onto her back, sunning herself. Once Harmony see's Ziggy off, she goes to find Fah'lina. She wants to make sure the mimic hasn't gotten into the pantry.

@Blitz Boom It's only maybe an hour of napping, not too long before Harmony starts to nudge the foals awake, telling that 1)Rock need to be Zegasus again and 2)It was time for school. A Chorus of 'awwws' followed by the foals zipping off to grab their bags and school supplies. This leaves Ziggy with a still sleeping Serenade, who's rolled onto her back, dragging Ziggy on top.

@Blitz Boom Harmony nudges the glass close enough to the Rock so she could sip without disturbing the dangerous Sirens. She sits down next to Ziggy, and says nothing. Momma Pone understands the responsibilities of a Rock.

@Blitz Boom Celestia's blessed sun rises, warming both her and the foals. Serenade yawns, and flops down behind her. She murmurs something about Ziggy being 'good rock'. Harmony suppresses a giggle before putting a tray withing reach of Ziggy. "Water for the rock" She winks.

@Blitz Boom The foals nuzzle her. "mmm....warm rock". One snuggles under a wing, with the others seek to use her body heat to warm themselves up. The one on top of her head begins to snore, as she's fallen asleep. She starts to slowly...slowly creep down the front of ziggy's head. She feels one of the foals start to sneak up her back, and with a pounce...pushes the head foal off and takes her spot.

@Blitz Boom The foal shakes her head, "Silly. Rocks don't move or talk" She stretches, then starts to fluff Ziggy's mane before laying down and use her head as a nesting rock. The other foals pout, she had taken the best spot. They decide to curl up around her.

@Blitz Boom Serenade stifles a giggle, then whispers, as dead Sirens can't talk, "I'm sorry, but it's a secret my mom asked me to keep as Sirens and ponykind still don't have the best relations. Also...look fast". One of the foals, zips over to Ziggy, stares into the Zegasus eyes then leaps up and over and takes up a post on Ziggy's head.

@Blitz Boom Serenade finally gives up, she sticks her forehooves straight up, sticks her tongue out and goes "blurgh....death by cuddles". She rolls over onto her side and pins a few of the foals with her forehooves. The foals cheer, they have defeated the dread Siren!.

@Blitz Boom Serenade is VERY ticklish, especially around her belly. She releases 'Captain' and tries to 'escape' from Ziggy's attack. 'Captain' rallies the other foals with "CUDDLES FOR ALL!" With a mighty roar, the foals jump in...and 'slay' the mighty Siren, claiming their booty of cuddles.

@Blitz Boom Serenade is taken completely unawares by the attack. 'Captain' cuddles the stuffing out of the larger Siren, who looks down. "So.." She licks her lips, "The Dread Pirate Captain seeks my treasure? Foolish Captain. You've fallen into my trap". She brings her forelegs down, trapping both Ziggy and 'Captain'. "Such tasty looking ponies" She grabs 'Captain' and brings her up to her muzzle, "I always do like Foals." She takes a deep breath....and delivers an giant raspberry to 'Captain's' belly. The Foal giggles and shrieks "EEK, NOOOOO!!"

@Blitz Boom Harmony starts nudging the foals to deck chairs, so they can dry their manes. Serenade flops out onto the pool side, her siren form taking up most of one side. She rolls onto her back letting the sun warm her belly....the foal, 'Captain' whispers into Ziggy's ear, "The dread Siren is ripe for another attack...Her treasure of cuddles awaits."
