@Blitz Boom The pair of yellow eyes don't move from the spot, then a second pair, then a third then a fourth join. The patter of feet can be heard, then the sound of rustling and movement by the far hedge, the one closest to the door inside. Serenade yawns, and nibbles on Ziggy's mane. She rolls over and as she does, Ziggy is released from the huggy confines of the Siren.

@Blitz Boom Serenade doesn't respond, as she's fallen asleep, with Ziggy in her forelegs. She's gone from Food Drunk to Food Coma. She mumbles something, something that sounds like 'mommy, make the candy cane pone stop talking', but....that could be the wind playing tricks on Ziggy. A pair of yellow eyes peer out from the hedges near the bayside. Then the soft pitter-patter of hoofs on tile.

@Blitz Boom Serenade is still on the poolside chaise, she's on her back, front legs in the air and fully in her siren form. She's humming discordantly, and as soon as Ziggy gets close she reaches out, wraps her front hooves around the flying Zegasus and pulls her into a massive Siren cuddle. "hehehe....Ziggy...." It honestly sounds like Serenade is drunk.

@Blitz Boom Harmony nods, "Go on my dear, I've got some things that need to get done. A word of caution, don't hug her too much, I hate to have to clean up" Harmony walks with Ziggy as far as the back door.

@Blitz Boom Harmony nods, "It was, I just wish she had been in that damn disguise." She shrugs, "Still, better then being run off with pitchforks." She closes the book, "Serenade should be at least somewhat mobile" She indicates the clock, about 4 hours have past. Apparently Time Travel is a thing when Cute Sirens are involved.

@Blitz Boom The next photo shows Serenade, at a birthday party, covered from muzzle to tail fluke in bright red and white frosting. The Siren-shaped Frosting Monster is smiling and a look on her face of Did I do that? Haramony snickers, "I remember that, it was her 5th Birthday, and she wanted to do some swimming before her party. So we left her to her devices. We come out, she's been alone for less then a minute, and I went from having a Siren Daughter to a Frosty Pony." She keeps flipping, photos showing Serenade growing up. Puberty hit her HARD, she went from pudgy little cutie to a lean and lanky Siren. The last photo shows Serenade as a Pegasus, holding a Diploma from the University of Baltimare next to her Parents, all three are beaming.

@Blitz Boom Harmony nods, "It was weird, we thought it was a dragon's egg at first, but then Serrie hatched" Harmony flipped the page, there are two photos. If photos could cause heart attacks or cause diabetes, these would be considered Weapons of Mass Cuteness. The first shows Serenade, probably 1 or 2 years of age, trying her best to get out of a pool. Her mane is slick, and covering part of her eyes, her tongue sticks out in concentration and her tail is half-in/half-out of the water. The other photo, probably taken around the same time, is of Serenade, asleep on what looks like a poolside lounge chair, her tail tucked up beside her, her front hooves underneath, and her muzzle covered by her tail fluke. One ear is up, the other is down.

@Blitz Boom "It's no problem. I raised a Siren from an egg, have a Unicorn filly that is 90% suger by weight and a husband who is for all intents and purposes a vampony. This mimic will be no problem at all. Let me go get that photo album." Harmony trots off and then returns a minute later with a thick photo album. "Come on" She hops up onto the bed, and opens the book. On the first two pages, are pictures of a mottled green and blue egg, about the size of trash can.

@Blitz Boom "This is the pool, we have it installed when Serrie was small. I have some photos on when she had just hatched, weaponized cuteness." Harmony winks. "You've already seen the dinning room, so let me lead you to your room". Harmony walks in, gives the mimic a nod then walks to the stairs, and then up them. The 2nd floor has a large landing that is dominated by a set of Unicorn armor, but not the shiny gold that the current Solar Guard wears, but a darker Obsidian color, the kind worn a thousand years ago by the Night Guard. Harmony turns to the left and then opens a door, "your room for as long as you three are staying. I'm going to assume the mimic will find her own sleeping spot"

@Blitz Boom Serenade groans, she is in a food coma. "Soo...good" Haramony walks over, and nuzzle her. "Come on, can't have you sleeping in the dining room. Your father already does that already." Serenade gets picked up in a flickering magic glow, "This way my dear" She inclines her head toward Ziggy and drags/lifts the well-fed Siren to the backyard, where a large pool is. Ziggy can see it's actually connected to the Bay through at least one underground tunnel. Harmony puts her daughter down on a lawn chair, then turns to Ziggy. "She'll be like this for a few, apparently my cooking is" She rears up onto her hind legs, and puts her front leg to her chest "Princess Level worthy" With a *clop* she falls back down, "Eventually she'll end up in the water, until then. Would you like to stay, or would you like the bit-tour?"

@Blitz Boom Sunrise and Harmony giggle, and watch as the food is devoured. Before Harmony gets up and walks into the kitchen. Serenade chuckles as she watches Fah'lina. The Intern Shrieks, then faints. Sunrise rolls his eyes and eats his dinner. Serenade finishes her dinner and rolls onto her back, "sooo...good" she burps, "sorry, excuse me"

@Blitz Boom The dining room has two large tables, that can easily hold a dozen ponies....each. One table is filled with bread, veggies, and fruit. The other has to Fah'lina's senses the better choices. Meat, and lots of it. In the middle is a circle of bread, topped with sliced meat and some fruit. "Dig In" Harmony says just as Serenade comes in with her father and the intern. Sunrise takes a seat at the first table, and starts to grab dishes with his magic, filling his plate. Serenade graviates to the meat table and soon has a plate filled with stuff.

@Blitz Boom Harmony rolls her eyes, Serenade is on the ground as well. "Serenade, go and untangle your father from his intern." She looks at pair, "Come on, you two loons, dinner should be about ready." As soon as the pair step inside, the smells are almost overwhelming. Coming from the kitchen is the smell of fresh bread, veggies, and ...hayburgers. From the basement, probably only Fah'lina would pick it up, depending on how good Ziggy's nose is, the smell of oiled steel, worn leather and a few other smells.

@Blitz Boom Another shriek, this one higher pitched, followed by a pony screaming "Carcharodons Astra! Carcharodons Astra!" Followed by a slate grey Unicorn mare with a silver mane coming running out the front door, grab Sunrise in a armlock "SIR! SPACE SHARKS!!!" Sunrise is about to speak when he's picked up by her magic, and she runs back into the house. Harmony shakes her head, "Ah, that might be why. She's as crazy as my husband....So....you girls hungry?"

@Blitz Boom "Also know as Shadow Eaters, Umbra Mimics were.....twisted evil creations of Grogar. They lived in a place called Tambelon". As soon as Harmony said, a chill wind blows past. "Trust me, I'd rather have to feed this little puffball" She looks over at Fah'lina "Until the end of time then have to face one of those...things again." As soon as Ziggy looks down, she hears a high-pitched shriek followed by a clatter of hooves. Harmony facehooves "Please don't scare my husbands interns....he does that already. I'm surprised this one has lasted this long" Sunrise giggles.

@Blitz Boom "She might, but I don't..and besides a deal is a deal." She smiles at the mimic, "As for Mimics, I know alittle about them, one of my jobs was Archivist at the Royal Archives, and they had....mentions of mimics...including Umbral Mimics" She shivers, "Never want to meet them." The chariot takes less then 10 minutes to land outside a fairly large house, three floors with the top DOMINATED by a pair of large telescopes. The gentle lapping of waves can be heard. "As for meeting other mimics, maybe...it would explain why whenever I leave tacos out they go missing"

@Blitz Boom Sunrise chuckles then goes to deal with his daughters. Serenade is too busy munching on her mireluke wrap to care. Harmony rolls her eyes. "Yes and no. The smaller ones are actually located in the river that feeds the bay, they grow big enough to feed this voracious predator" She narrows her eyes are Serenade, who blinks...caught red-hoofed shoving the entire half a wrap in her mouth. She swallows, blushes and turns away. "The Mireluke Kings however, they are usually found at the entrance to the bay." SHe turns to Fah'lina. "I have indeed, or least a close cousin. As for pointers, well...you don't domesticate a mimic, they tame you." Harmony walks up to Fah'lina, and looks her in the ear, "Make you a deal, you don't bite anypony between now and when you leave, and I'll have Moonlit show you all the really good nesting spots and I'll cook you up some tasty treats, deal?" She extends a hoof.

@Blitz Boom Harmony simply smiles at the Mimic, then whispers at her "I'm sure my daughter will show you all the BEST napping spots." The other Unicorn snaps off a goofy salute, then bows "Sunrise Chaser at your service" A card appears from behind Ziggy's ear, "My card, Mademoiselle". The Card reaches SUNRISE CHASER, UNICORN, PROFESSOR OF MUSIC-UoE Baltimare, GOOFBALL, PROFESSIONAL DAD. "Mireluke" Harmony steps up, "Is sorta like a large crab" Serenade snorts, "Mom, Mirelukes are like the size of our house." Harmony looks over, "hush dear, the adults are talking" She winks. Sereande keeps pouting, but lights up like a Hearth's Warming Eve tree when Fah'lina offers half. Sunrise shakes his head, "Actually Sere, Mireluke KINGS are the size of houses. You just insisted on going after" He air hoofquotes the next words "The Big One". The foil wrapped sandwich is still warm, and it's made up of meat that tastes slightly sweet with a hint of smokiness. It's offset by the cool crunch of something. The shell is warm, and the sauce tastes AMAZING.

@Blitz Boom Harmony leads the trio towards the front entrance, using a flickering magical field to pick up Fah'lina and deposit her on her back. "I've seen that look before on Mimics, if you can wait a bit, I'm sure my husband can wrangle some food to tide you over." She turns back to Ziggy, "I assure you Miss Ziggy, while these scars are ugly I have learned to cope with the restrictions they have placed upon me." The unique three-legged gait Harmony has looks weird and unnatural, but Fah'lina gets a nice, slow rocking sensation. Brindisi is hoping around Ziggy and Serenade, ponking away and speaking a mile a minute. Harmony stops in front of a Pegasi cab, where a lime green Unicorn stands. His mane is grey, with tingles of red, orange and black. He smiles upon seeing Serenade and nods his head toward the others. "Dear, did you bring any Tacos?" The Unicorn nods, then notices Fah'lina on Harmony's back. He magics something wrapped in foil up to Fah'lina. "Sorry Squirt" He looks at Serenade, "She's getting the mireluke" Serenade suddenly stops, "Noo" She looks at Fah'lina and narrows her eyes, "You had better enjoy that" She pouts.

@Blitz Boom Nightlight Harmony looked over the Zegasus, "So these are the two you mentioned in your letters Serry". Serenade blushes, "Mooom." She whines, "That's my filly nickname" Sereande breaks the hug, "But yes. This is Ziggy and this is Fah'lina. Girls, this is my mother Nightlight Harmony". Nightlight Harmony returns the look Ziggy was giving her, then looks over at Fah'lina. "A Mimic...interesting, I've not see one in a very long time." The Filly is zipping around in one spot, "Your Father is getting the carriage, I assume your three are hungry." Brindisi stops, and licks her lips....not unlike Fah'lina when she see's food.

@Blitz Boom The Filly is practically vibrating, "IamBrindisi" Her horn lights up in a faint blue glow, "Ivenevermetazegasusbeforeoneofmyschoolmatesisaseaponyandshesreallycoolandohserenademomisbehindyou". She giggles, breaks free of Ziggy's grasp and zooms around the mare, taking in everything. A cough breaks the filly's attempt to break the land speed Record by a Unicorn, and the Brindisi stops, gulps and turns her head. "Heymom", An older Unicorn mare stands there, looking almost like a statue. She has dark blue fur, a faded copper mane. But that three most obvious points are....the chipped and blunted Horn, the missing right foreleg and the four massive parallel scars that run down her body, starting at the top of her skull, running down and across her right eye, which is milky white. From there, they run down her neck, across the right shoulder and down her body, ending at her flank and the ruined cutie mark. Upon seeing this mare Serenade immediately turns into a large version of the filly, leaping and wrapping the mare in a winged hug. "MOTHER!" Serenade giggles and nuzzles the mare.

@Blitz Boom Serenade rolled with the hug, ending up on her feet while the blur starts vibrating in place. Another stream of words too fast for anypony to understand. Serenade puts a wingtip on Fah'lina's back, "No need for teeth. Also, she tastes like Sea Salt and Mud, trust me." A hoof stops the blur was speaking, "Brindi....down." Serenade smiles, "I know your happy to see me, but girl, you need to calm." The blur slows down, revealing it to be a reddish-brown Unicorn filly, about 11-22 years old, a seaform green mane cut short and deep blue eyes. The filly turns to Ziggy and smiles, "OHMYGOSHAREYOUAZEAGUSORISITPEGBRA" It seems the filly has only one setting. FAST.

@Blitz Boom Serenade suppresses a giggle. "It's Evening, I let the pair of you sleep a bit longer as it seems you both needed it, and yes we're here." Serenade grabs her saddlebags, "Now we can catch a cab or walk/fly to my parents house." Serenade exits the train into Baltimare Central Station. As soon as Serenade steps onto the platform a small russet-colored blur tackles her, sending both it and the Siren into a pyramid of bags, which collapses. A stream of words, too fast for any pony other then Pinkie to understand, comes from the blur.
