A story starting with some minor anti-theism, and killing a dragon, also a funny song.
    Then
related to belief systems 1:39 'she adapted her magic from belief system to belief system'. Also note both involve swords. It mentions having to oppose faith eventually near 10 minutes. around 12 minutes 'hope to god'. And in part 1 mentions the demonic earthworm. Drift0r is a Christian, as evidenced by some of his videos. Also he describes it as tearing up the city 11:50 and its made of pieces of living things.(had to double check its description in case I was wrong)
But also, when I was a Christian, eventually became an atheist though, I had dreampt about a 'dragon' (had no wings or limbs though more like a serpent with a larger head) and it was made out of trash, like candy wrappers and stuff. Now what that has in common with the 'earth worm from hell' is its made out of fragments. In my dream I didn't flee though (also in my dream the city was getting destroyed too though, and I don't even live at a city) but I noticed a candy wrapper on the ground from the dragon. The dragon was claiming to be a god, and I got offended as I was Christian and I thought I can kill it so then I do, with a sword of course. I ate the candy wrapper though and that's when I decided it was defeatable.

Now, notice the recurring theme of the similarity in general shape of the monster and dragons, notice the sword similarity, a city is a similarity (Jack Black's song had him moving to hollywood). in Drift0r's video(part 1) before 21:00 A women tells drift0r she doesn't worry about it because of her faith in god (the worm thing) at 24:00 she says he doesn't have to kill it.

Drift0r is still Christian, I am now an atheist, 'Black described himself as an atheist; but now that he is a father, he has decided to raise his children in the Jewish faith and has also started going to a synagogue with them.' from google.

Now, to add to a further similarity, LotR and more, dragons hoard wealth. Jews were known for being stingy with wealth? Vague, but still a connection. And its not anti-semitic its a fact, google it.

So aside from the obvious similarities, lets note the differences. My dragon was made of trash, sort of what my opinion eventually became of Christianity. Jack's dragon was alive, granted its just a story, but also granted with comedy subtleties matter, and comedians can be depressed people if you research it, sure its cliché and that's why its 'funny' but it could just be an excuse to mention something else. Psychology is weird. Now drift0rs 'dragon' was made of living pieces, and he ran away from it never killing it. Killing it would mean he would be an atheist today I think. Also the fact its living and intimidating shows why its more difficult to kill. Drift0r does like horror sometimes, so that could be an influence and other studies suggest that those raised with belief in religious or the supernatural get nightmares more growing up. Not only that I would bet money that its the same for people afraid of the dark if a study like that ever got tried. So of course he flees. Now Jack is a comedian which means he has a kind heart beneath it all, and is in pain more than he lets on, is my guess. Comedians have a higher chance of depression for instance, they are aware of the sad human condition, and the comedy is a distraction out of compassion for others. Comedy is about denial of the bad to put people in a good mood, give me one joke that doesn't imply something unfortunate or detrimental or something innately wrong with a situation if you want to disbelieve what I just said there.

Now his dragon was a normal dragon I presume, 'normal', I mean that just shows his dragon is the most empathetic. Dirft0rs is horrifying the prospect of losing faith, with me trash was a psychological projection of my Christianity's insult to atheism that was a rejection of atheism til it actually occurred and turns out that's perhaps what I subconsciously thought of Christianity. I can be rude arguing against theism sometimes but also try being realistic and understanding it (hence eating a piece of it, could be understanding it (digesting it) or it could mean it was my inevitability of becoming atheistic). And Jack can relate to atheists probably, he knows they are people too he is prolly a swell guy with good compassion like I said. Alot of comedians that were adored are similar, like Robin Williams.

Hard to draw much more connections than those, and I have to get going, but I am an open person to criticism but I am confident of the similarity. When trying to explain my anti-theism to a friend before I said its more anti-ignorance than anything. Like imagine a serpent made out of trash in the skies casting a shadow over alot of ground, and I don't care if it getting damaged ruins some property I said, the sooner its not blocking out the sunshine the better. Since then I have gained some more empathy intermittently, but I felt like I was alone in my atheism, and people I was arguing with were being illogical but turns out half of it was a miscommunication. People still sometimes don't get why I can be so confident a deity doesn't exist and more quickly assume I am being biased, like how can I know a specific god(s) don't exist? (well the lack of evidence really is evidence against their existence simply enough)

Anyways it just seems to be a common trope. Another similarity, is Jack's was living as well as Drift0r's, and Jack doesn't mind participating in his older years. Mine was made of trash, so of course I am not going to have it continue, because its dead to me right? That's another symbological difference.

Now we might say everyone thinks differently etc its just a coincidence but first off its all western/american culture so we will have similarities, secondly the vast majority of humans have the same brain organs so similar themes will occur. We are also each white males, with dark hair(so even if minor genetic brain differences did occur it wouldn't be very plentiful in our situation).

    Just something I noticed.

Its the biggest killer in the first world, causing heart disease, and being more addictive than cocaine.
A massive(no pun intended) portion(again, no pun intended) of America is obese.
Sugar isn't only linked to that health problem, its linked to basically all chronic diseases indirectly,
    Arthritis,
    cancer https://www.bulletproofexec.com/low-carb-paleo-diets-vs-cancer-a-follow-up-note-to-steve-jobs/ , http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/behindtheheadlines/news/2016-03-08-carbs-linked-to-lung-cancer-study-finds-/
Now you might be wondering why it does so much bad at once. I researched it before, what I saw was basically some sugars when broken down cause acidity in our blood stream. The bones lose calcium to create something to help balance the ph levels in your blood, calcium loss is one problem related to arthritis. Now acidic blood causes increased vein damage causing problems to the lungs eyes brain and heart which use the veins most. Severe diabetics do have an increased risk of Alzheimer's, going blind, losing their legs due to vein circulation problems, but that could be attributed to lack of exercise right?

Yeah, all these problems also usually exercise helps with, but not always. http://breakingmuscle.com/nutrition/an-athletes-guide-to-inflammation-what-to-eat-and-what-to-avoid Athletes get inflammation too.

A little food for thought, also side note, those with more health problems contribute more to family stress which can contribute more to mental illness, stress being a factor(meaning it could cause all sorts of economic and social problems secondarily). For instance http://www.medicaldaily.com/pasta-and-depression-grains-and-other-carbs-could-be-affecting-your-mood-261266 and that's before counting social factors. Having a house full of moody people isn't going to be grand. Also did other related research not much worth mentioning aside from some vitamins can help prevent both hangovers, and sugar damage (because antioxidants prevent inflammation etc yada yada)

Also worth noting not all sugars are equal, http://www.greathealth247.com/ph-acid-alkaline-food-chart.html I had a different chart before but this should do. Studies say though for the brain some carbs are useful but moderation matters, And what kind matters, not just one or the other, moderate the good kind, have none of the bad is the challenge.

So you wanna be nicer to friends n family, can't help but be moody? Try a diet change and work in some exercise if you aren't already.

Sugar, number one first world problem.

I am an ex-Christian. When I was a Christian I was engaged by wanting to avoid going to hell in any way I could so I did research and eventually found out it was false, but my point is I'm not ignorant on religion. I also grew up with some final fantasy, and it was incredibly engaging and confusing but motivating and sorta inspiring.

But yesterday I recognized more similarity between fiction and religion. Namely the Abrahamic religion is so popular its essentially a no contest, and that means its doing something right other religions are not. Final Fantasy was a best seller so it too was doing something right, and recently I was looking up theory sorta final fantasy videos then I realized, the greater the cost to not adventure in Final Fantasy, is the greater the motivator to adventure. I realized religion is similar, the threat of eternal hell, an apocalypse, muddled history and conflicting messages. Jenova of ff7 was also confusing, being controlled through Sephiroth to take on his form, and you are actually chasing Jenova the majority of the time. And yes Jenova sounds alot like Jehova. But then how about mentioning the epic of Gilgamesh and Gilgamesh's role in the final fantasy world.

Anyways. I come to the accurate conclusion that the greater the cost, the more willingness to be invested. And what greater cost is there really? This could be incredibly useful for fictional writing. If we look to tv shows their stakes are high if they are popular. Or at least are acted as if they are high. Like it could be a lower stake but presented more dramatically or meaningfully.

Its due to value, you threaten everything a person is or can have, then it motivates them to charge ahead. But what motivation is it? In a story that is popular its the force behind communicating about it like a fanboy, discussing it after because you feel motivated by it. Sort of like those who understand the risk and consequence of hell better who are Christian tend to try educating themselves more to see what is the way to ensure heaven over hell (and then the bible says only 144,000 can go to heaven lol and being the logical person you are you realize the odds are basically extremely low so you need to find out even more and cannot rely on assuming your god has your back. Eventually there are things in the bible that contradict reality and itself enough so one day a flood of realization occurs after one new fact then you are like desensitized briefly cathartic and numb and can't think due to being stunned, that it was really so obviously fake in hind-sight.)

So anyways, sorry but this is a blog I'm allowed to get personal. Anyways I think its a great theory for story writing, even if its basic in a way. Its basically like saying certain shows or forms of media or stories thrill us due to the subconscious risk we associate with it, and because it motivates us it seems fun. But something feels off about it, that's where final fantasy throws in a Sephiroth being a loony so you feel off right when you should, it seems more natural even.

There is a saying about logical studies that is something like, if you are confused it means you heard something that doesn't match up with what you currently believe. Religious bypass that with faith to ensure their long term confusion and doubt are buffered against.

But another thing they have in common is mystery and limited information. The only source of information in the story you get is through the conflict, like in religion. It sorta sets up a batman and joker complex, you rely on the enemy for something. It might even be similar to Stockholm syndrome.

And thing is, with so many other religions, or at the time the idea of heaven and hell were made Christianity wasn't entirely in power, so what do they do is make you feel important because you don't feel empowered. Its your source of power, this psychologically forces your new neurons and brain expenditure to be filtered through that first. Its a type of conditioning. Its exactly like gratitude to a hero. You want to see if you can support their cause. And the heaven vs hell thing applies even more because if you are a minority in the world you can be tricked into thinking you are the one of the few elite. This is an appeal to egotism, just like playing hero in a story is an appeal to egotism. Just like being a martyr can be satisfactory because it still says you were important and persecuted and if anything is a confirmation bias proving you were better than them.

Its a really anti-social mindset if you look at it in one way. 'Them'. This just means psychologically speaking your neurons associate pain with 'them' which increases aggressive and antisocial attitudes. This is why in the bible it says the world is evil, that's why in ff7 the world is practically run by shinra. It makes you hate reality, doubt humanity irrationally. You vs the world.

That's what fervor is. And I recognize fanboying is rather similar. They can defend their fandom to the death and are eternally hyped.

Heroes in stories are tremendously popular, and also an aspect of alot of modern and pre-modern religions. Like Celtic religions had alot of bloodshed and battles and heroism, then there was complex plot for Rome and Greece religions because of how many mixed cultures it was. Even final fantasy is western due to Japan practicing a combination of religions including some Christianity Shintoism Buddhism and I forget the fourth.

And there is a game theory on how ff is anti-organized-religion but pro spiritual, and I can def see that just look at half the stuff Aerith says then Shinra is a corrupt organization in power. Look at the history of the catholic church, its literally impossible the rulers actually believed what they were saying, AND they had more information which implies they knew a god didn't exist the whole time which is why they feel free to be hypocrites at the top levels. Because they both know more, and decide that means god isn't real, and continue telling you to believe, and they built the Vatican off of their greed and to this day are eating til they are fat. They aren't monk-like or humble, they are disgusting and the most popular organized religion of the world yet. And they force others to submit to fear more often because they are more aware of how one can feel low, to be forced to serve through them. Like showing submission in their churches asking to be forgived in their churches already psychologically causes an inferiority complex similar to master slave relationships. Please god forgive me [or eternal torture] please don't [send me to hell] I'm sorry for everything [you deserve pity, feel graced I will allow you to be forgiven then serve me more in the future due to gratitude that I won't eternally torture you today].

Then in final fantasy 7 you feel powerless and such. At one point Sephiroth gives you a materia by throwing it at you with force and then your character can barely stand up (Cloud) then you take the materia after anyways. And Sephiroth is motivated by being the chosen one (just like in Christianity you are the chosen line of people, reminds me of the teacher's pet sorta deal).

Idk I guess I said it all already and am half rambling due to lack of feeling like a strong conclusion occurred. Post your thoughts below.

The subversions are evident for those who researched it.

But, how does one beat a subversion?

Today I want to wonder out-loud, about counter-subversions.

The problem is it takes so long to implement, it might as well only be done if the subversion you want to stop will win, as an effort against it. Like how the marxist subversion is kinda doing it, once more powerless spread it across years.

Recent posts n concepts have been making me think more on this topic, like how anger is an emotion that causes the most response, so is more effective for media advertising etc.

Anyways, lets say we try to subvert a subversion. How would that even play out? Is that the alt-right trolling, their attempts at it? Like when people supposedly from 4chan got others to say shit like milk is racist for being white. It makes them stupid and powerless.

Then again, how the anger works, is even those against it sorta fuel it, like debating a ludicrous idea still gives it a platform to convince people.

So that method might actually be feeding into it more, like pushing at the base of a fridge on wheels it can fall backwards onto you. Like hot n cold air forming a tornado.

So how does one really control a subversion?
  6. Lil Pip
Been watching cartoons and playing dev-pro experimentally, and doing cardio exercises every other day give or take. My imaginaiton improved alot (when I work out I have a headset on listening to tunes)

Now that I tacked on some reading my dreams are increasing as well. Had a FO4 dream, a dream I was on a beautiful island that a mafia was in control of and I tried assassinating them and stealing stuff and fleeing. When I was fleeing I grabbed literal giant bags of cereal/chips to drag behind me so when they shoot at me it obstructs exactly where I am so I can leave more safely.

With the FO4 dream I had it also had a weird mmo and level up mechanic and I was inactive for a while so it compiled all my levels into one skill to choose and I upgraded damage, and unloaded a clip onto someone and they didn't even get phased, so I was like WUT *double checks stats* and I was pretty much forced to join their group since I couldn't harm them anyways.

Reminds me of essentials in FO4 n such. Can't do anything about that.

Anyways the cartoon I was watching was Star Vs the Forces of Evil. But I always did watch some cartoons so maybe its less that, and more using the devpro yugioh thing exercising my creativity with that. It did inspire my daydreams because some of the card art does have actions being implied to make it more engaging perhaps instead of just a monster with a background. Like, they have still frames of someone drawing a card, or pressure winds like moving through the air so fast theres huge wind shear, or this guy that looks like he easily moves 3x as fast as sonic and looks sorta metal.

So at the gym on the cardio machines my brainw as thinking how do I innovate, then ended up daydreaming crazy stuff to the music I was listening to. I don't always do that tho, the gym has tvs.

Either way dreaming more is nice.

    Source: Believing in Celestia

But I just realized, like, even that has a hierarchy. Should I have a problem with that? Idk. I know christianity always harped on parent figures, thats because thats how we view authority when we get older.

And Celestia I recall a youtuber or someone saying she is more like a mother than anything else.

But maybe thats why I don't believe in god, because I learned my parent is too fallible? But thats not really the point, the point is, even Celestia is an authority figure, so when I say mlp as a religion would be superior than modern ancient religions, what about her being a fallible authority, just 'human', like everyone else?

Well, thats why I don't believe in faith, because it is the same as admiration

It requires the idea that the leader is unquestionably correct. Their moral high ground, is the only moral high ground. It is authority, it implies they have authority over you.

So, how would I go about an equestrian religion anyways?

Prolly more along the lines of Luna I suppose, slightly anarchistic. But I know anarchy is greatly flawed, like what would you do without education and police? Obviously dystopia caused from monopoly, what else could it lead to, that and a wild west? Who wants a wild west? That'd be terrible if we are being honest.

So, hm, how would I approach an equestrian religion?

Subversion is comedic, just imagine the stereotypical black cloaks, all chanting a ritual, that'd be hilarious, because we know its fictional and won't do anything. It'd be like, facing fears in a way, laughing at death, idk. I think that'd be nice. Better than a passive sorta, Oh yes celestia anything you want me to do celestia, which even celestia has shown very early on she is kinda bored of. Which shows the disparity between Celestia and modern parenting as unparallel authority swaps.

Which means Celestia might be cool anyways, but idk, she doesn't reveal her character too frequently.

And oops, I posted this to my dream journal. idc, too much other stuff competing for my attention, Imma just leave it there.
  8. Lil Pip
I tried to google if this theory existed, albeit briefly. Its not.

Basically an extension theory to the chara is the narrator theory

a lil bit of this mixed with a little bit of
this however this vid is annoying a bit because of adhd, and high volume bleeping and stuff
But a strong evidence for chara being the narrator is when the ghosts show evidence of awareness of narration as if it were speech. Napstablook heres him saying he has no sense of humor, and mad dummy says their buddy left their dummy because you noted 'doesn't seem much for conversation'.

But Papyrus doesn't have an asterisk in the text. Which means he might actually be speaking in english, and thats why you have a bad case of 'silent protagonist'

Because you do not speak ze monster language probably, which is why when at the end of true pacifist Papyrus offers to be the ambassador when you turn it down when Asgore asks you, well, unless Papyrus knows he can convince people like with Undyne challenging her to get you to be friends. But they didn't ask anyone else, not one.

And the only other person though with flavored text is Sans, but his has an asterisk, which means perhaps he has an accent or such. They did just 'show up' one day and 'asserted themselves' the game says, I think it was a shop-keeper, the one at snowdin.

Any ideas or thoughts? This isn't undoubtedly proven, but it'd explain the asterisks in use all the time during fight dialogue and such.

It also explains why all of that vanishes when you face Ultimate Flowey, because there is Constant dodging, no back n forth sorta stand-still stand-off sorta fighting. Which is also why Sans dodges in a realistic manner, not just standing there bracing for impact like a stooge. Sans also implies the monsters just kinda stay still and get hit. Its not that he is strong, its that the other monsters are sort of off.

Thats why there is a snow-kiwi-bird that you can get on your head when you slide through some forest after a puzzle before snowdin. Kiwis went extinct, sorta like monsters, because they had no natural predators, then predators got introduced to them and they couldn't defend themselves. Asriel says in the true ending also that there are alot of flowey's out there. How Flowey described himself was a 'relentless killer'. This means like actual combat, not periodic attacks with alot of hesitation going on, real martial artists don't hesitate, because for example in SC2 all the pro streamers say stuff like under committing, hesitation overcommitting now and then.

Like, if you commit to an attack you gotta do it asap or a moment later and they could have the better upgrade or units or posture. If you hesitate it gives the opponent an advantage equal to how long you hesitate. If you invest into a plan it gets carried out, or its an opportunity cost loss.

And its like the difference between an mma fighter and a regular person. MMA fighters take advantage of your lack of activity in the moment of conflict, your hesitation and fear to commit to a decision. They just would approach and attack repeatedly til they win, and often times do overkill, still hitting people in a fight who are getting knocked out til the referee calls the match, just in case they get back up and cause them to lose when they least expect it.

    Thoughts?
  9. Lil Pip
Now this title is how I would normally put dream titles, key words only, it increases maximum recall before rereading in the future so if you don't read it and have no clue about it, then it'd impair recall from remembering it as a story instead of the actual dream. (used to have a 500+ dream journal and all I had to do was read the titles)

Ok, the dream starts off I am with a bunch of peeps from school (irl I am not in school anymore) and I was setting it up so I could float from tied balloons but I couldn't get proper lift because there were too many trees around me, and the peeps thought it was a bad idea anyways so were sorta discouraging it and not giving me enough space. When I land on my feet and I subconsciously recognize I am about to wake up I decide to waltz around to school, and theres this minor niggling of zombies pursuing me or something, and I am short to the ground so I was probably a pony without realizing it at that point but Pinkie runs into me, and accidentally spills some blue soda on herself and looks blue except for her mane, and she was in a hurry for some reason and walking on her two hind pony legs and had a bag with her cutie mark on it and apologized then took off. I didn't think much about it but went into line and I was my usual tall self then. Then REM cycle changes, I see a bunch of what seems to be appleseeds stuck to the wall, and upon closer inspection theres some rotten gum on the wall too and flies and I didn't want all the huge flies to start buzzing about and didn't wanna smell anything rotten but darn I notice my wall is somewhat destroyed too and I look behind it and theres a secret room there for whatever reason, and what looked like a rubbery grandma in a cube-shaped pit in the stainless steel colored opaque floor, and I wondered either thats a dead grandma and I need to call the cops and it explains the flies, or its a costume of a grandma and pinkie had it and barged through my property and didn't apologize for bumping into me but instead poked me to get my attention and apologized about my broken wall. But reflecting on it the flies were not on the grandma, and she did look rubbery except the waist looked fat it could be artificial insulation rather than idk some weird death, or the flies would be on the corpse not inactive in front of it. So the flies were there cuz of rotten gum and appleseeds I guess.
  10. Lil Pip
When writing a dream journal looking at the key words to remember it to not misrecall the dream is good but I need to write what I do recall first.

Beautiful reflecting water, extremely aesthetic, from a tropical region, I got the perspective like it was a window leading into the world and submerged partially and the waves were rolling majestically and there were some rocks and coral reef on the lower rocks more consistently submerged by water. I became slightly aware I was lucid dreaming and tried to make it more amazing, then we simply went on land the area's color became indigo due to the lighting change the sun setting, and a few ungraceful colorful sparks flew by, nothing impressive about those. And the colors were so crisp and distinct it was great though, besides the bland lights might as well be as interesting as a yellow/orange light from a lightbulb.

Also there was some edgy immortal alicorn spirit trope going on but it wasn't an alicorn. I currently do not recall much detail as to when/where this occurred, but the spirit had its own location or realm, domain. And it was the god of that domain, so it was obviously risky to even approach her. And she killed others were who irrationally afraid of her and enjoyed it. But I was rational, and I chose to brave the fear. And in the window next to the beautiful see, and behind the indigo lit hill, was a dimension of four segments. Each one was grotesque in its detail, in order to instill a fear response, colored with blood in odd patterns and sort of like shadow but blood colored. I definitely thank playing the game Contrast for some of this, and I really enjoyed giving that game a try yesterday which I had got on discount a season ago and have not tried til then. Anywho, there were four 'windows' in this window abrupt and standing out, each unified with the same aesthetic. First before transitioning the windows were side by side and just adrenal-causing patterns. But when it transitioned with noticing a window below the blood shadow-sorta visuals stood out. One was a room like the bottom of a pool-shower area floor, but it had blood filling about the bottom 3 inches of it, and a beautiful woman partially in the filth, her foot probably against the wall in the corner, her hair mixing with blood at the other corner, her limbs at weird angles giving the impression she could be partially segmented(chopped up), or not and just in an abnormal posture, you could not tell the difference. I look to the other windows adjacent, this one on the lower left, and I do not currently recall what the other windows had, same aesthetic though, I think one for instance was the same woman but in a bathtub full of blood.

Then when I entered the domain I of course felt threatened and she was being a little excited, everyone before me did scream in terror and try fleeing before me but I did not. She almost got in my face, a little too close for comfort but I didn't let it bother me. (the symbolism is obvious when you consider I have not been in a romantic relationship, and it still borrows some themes from Contrast).

I do not know where or when it happened, but the setting changed, and I felt intimacy with her, and at a different time also conversation. It was like if you ever had a casual conversation with nightmaremoon after she just killed other people who feared her for fun. You would feel nervous but know she isn't going to harm you. And I think the intimacy was warm due to the blood on her skin. Irl blood would be sticky slimy and gross, but its a dream, it was more like a warm coating stuck to us. But idr much of it, it was more sensation than visuals perhaps, and maybe between REM cycles. Maybe I simply forgot.

Then she was an anthro, I tried to approximate her visuals. She was half anthro dinosaur(1/4raptor 3/4 bronchiosaur) and half anthro pony(1/4)/shark(3/4), and where we were the background was like one of those arcade sections where you roll the ball up and land it in one of the holes for points for tickets. Which I then tried. But also she was coming onto me and I enjoyed it.

Also the dream before this in the same night I was in a subway and found out in this world at this vending machine i can get infinite coins from just repeating previous missions then lost interest because grinding would make the world a cake-walk (influence from trying the game War of the Human Tanks) and the boss itself was a half fishman half werewolf. Which was influence from Castlevania Symphony of the Night. And the world was 3-d and some elements of the missions and stuff remind me of Fallout4 and somewhat Final Fantasy 15 or 12.

Oh yes. In this earlier dream it built up for the character (prolly an anima in jungian psychology) but also influenced by feminism and cowardice, and Eliza from skullgirls. There were these two guys who to not get killed by her got a gender change to become transgendered, and treated her well all day spoiling her(in dream she was born a girl with a penis, these two males with breasts had obvious silicon implants though), and thinking back on it she was probably amused, but I did not recognize it in the dream. I wasn't allowed to know her perspective, perhaps due to fear or something. Irl I wouldn't want to get spoiled like Eliza, I know its a dangerous mindset. Superiority complexes, and mild sadism. I know it'd feel good though, in some ways. But because it impairs reasoning I probably tried cognitively avoiding it but it certainly was a neat characteristic of her in the game Skullgirls. But she wasn't giving off fear here, perhaps because I have yet to see her edgy insanity. Also I refer to them the same when they may not be because they were very much the subject of the dream, and consistent themes even if not all tropes were consistent.

Thats all I currently remember, except I think there was a third part, like, just before the ocean scene, I think the people she killed were panicking house guests, indoors and at night in a well kept house.

I realized after using this link yesterday its a psychological defense mechanism. Basically defense mechanisms: a guide on how to not feel bad.

This is how they resolve dissonant beliefs in some instances, its also why people wish mind bleach were real.

Also its a logical fallacy because it neglects how each version of religion is differently defined, and no one knows which one is real (except me, its none #Triggered )

So its also evidence of a misperception issue and unrelatability when a person produces this logical fallacy/mechanism.

    Some examples:

You criticize christian fundamentalism: Oh those aren't true christians.
I criticize the old testament: They disown it.
Jesus practiced peace: I show them quotes on where he wasn't peaceful, they ignore it and say its out of context.

Defense mechanisms can happen anywhere and they are the same every time really. Denial, ignorance, bliss.

This is why there are fundamental logical errors with the religious unoriginal http://listverse.com/2009/04/13/10-christ-like-figures-who-pre-date-jesus/

Plus they do not have divined technology in rapid succession, the god acts contrary to their own stated plans and ideals. The probability is zero, the only way it could be right is through probability, and with potentially infinite variations of deities through probability one divided by infinite is literally effectively zero.

The only reason to believe is through logical fallacies and upbringing and impaired decision-making. And I am not trying to be rude, this is just the truth. I have yet to hear an argument aside from denial or case-study-like reasoning which is biased and fallible considering how much human psychological errors exist.

Long story short. Was crazy during winter before. Now symptoms resurface every winter, and a lil during the fall.

So, yes, if I am ever being weird tell me to go watch mlp or get some sunlight or something lol.

Mental illness may also run in the family. Just feel like saying this if people ever wonder why my behavior seems to shift or anything.

Also simply may be sensitive to stress.

Rewatching this I realize, it has more to it than the first hearth's warming episode.

So why do people hate on this season exactly? The show has a different feel? Personal grudge against Starlight? Etc.

Anyways I enjoyed this episode. Granted, cliches are *imitating a puking sound/action with tongue sticking out* but its for kids, and it can be viewed as a type of humor as well, and its upbeat so *shrugs*. Possibly a reference, with that random tap-dancing bit. I know its 'pinkie' of Pinkie to do that. Also the last song said 'enjoy it while it lasts' while it showed some young ponies at presents and it sorta implied enjoy the gifts while they last (don't recall the lyric(s) there) and that was neat and good for kids probably(I know, using the word 'good' is weird since art is so subjective, and related reasons).

Anyways, why is there that scared straight attitude at the end? Like, is that the best way to resolve it? I mean obviously it did good, but that could just be because people could relate to it, and other societies it might not be popular at all. Like what if its some random western thing only, and its a sign of mentality of people overall?

I think deep sometimes, I know this instance is a little silly, but I did enjoy the episode, so I guess its fine.

Then I thought, what are some parallels? Like does this teach people to actually be better irl even though they already celebrate christmas? Well it does reinforce spending which is tied to the economy, then etc etc studies show giving to charity is better than receiving charity, etc scam artists, etc risks n benefits of holidays. Overall spending is good though and technically speaking spending from civilians would probably decrease over the snowy months because its sorta impeding isn't it? I mean more spending would occur, but if you overspend on essentials then you don't have enough for quality of life, and then the economy, not fully sure how it'd work there. Like those plowing the roads don't hire others often, but then they may spend the money on essentials and not gifts, and those essentials are like providing people stores? Transportation? Farming? Ya know what it'd be better to google than to specula- oh right, it costs the gov money on that stuff. So we just have to compare the opportunity costs, and obviously essential spending impedes on other spending. So it could mean less for schools for instance.

Does any of this matter? Not really but it might be ok brain exercise? lol.

Anyways, if the economy spends into something that doesn't promote internal spending then you get inflation, printing of money, you get higher national debt, etc yada yada, which is why its better to export than import. EXCEPT when it uses up too much of your land to farm or etc in your country then you get disputes over territory you get internal competition, then they try getting less money to outbid each other and actually sell their product, then because they are just farmers and not enough internal marketting going on, they don't have enough taxes for as good public schools? This is speculation totally open to this idea being wrong. But that makes it seem like a place like america with alot of internal spending is good?

I guess spending is 'circulation' and is similar to biological circulation. AND with biological circulation it goes like this as well, the colder you are the more your heat goes to the internal organs and less to external, then we get closed off body posture, and less physical activity. Sorta like Russia? They are cold, they have a worse economy, sorta stagnant in some regards? I'm not an expert don't quote me on it. So anyways long story short, cold weather would decrease the economy, and spending does help the economy. Its the reason for black friday sales and such, you gotta make money in the high sale season, before the down season so you can survive as a business.

Because lets say you have a spring holiday and not a winter/fall one. Spring christmas. Ok so, businesses close over winter, people spend into the only surviving ones.. Ok Its nearly bed time lol.

But fraud exists from holidays more often, is a factor. And I played a fake market before online, and play sc2, I know a couple things about economy, also took an economics class in HS before years ago. *shakes head* Anyways, good night, I forget half of what i wanted to say, or, maybe not lol, anyways goodnight.

    Goodnight~~

If atheism does help the world, then forcing it on people would just cause anti-atheism. So anti-theism just causes anti-antitheism and such.

But education increases does increase everything atheism might seem to, perhaps atheism is just a side-effect of good education. But I know its not, I understand the psychology.

So I don't know if I should just promote indirectly secular science or continue what I am doing as I feel like doing when I find something interesting or think of a good argument or something I think is worth sharing.

Now watching a video about how lame atheism plus is I question are my actions similar? If i think about it not really. Atheism plus is sjw+atheism. I think they are just trying to get on feminist's good side before they cause a matriarchy or the weird social issues for instance in Sweden. They are trying to avoid sjw conflicts, if you cannot beat them join them ideology perhaps.

But I realize, if a person is a theist and hears a contradictory fact of science they force it into their view so it doesn't appear to contradict it (can't beat them join them) and that'd cause a whole wave of propaganda and misinformation which is ultimately detrimental.

So i think the proper approach is 'It's not the daily increase but daily decrease. Hack away at the unessential.' -Bruce Lee
Also another quote I like is 'Intellectuals solve problems, geniuses prevent them.' -Albert Einstein
Why wait til something stupid happens, we need to prevent issues, and that means preventing misinformation.
And I already on my blog have shown how education increases cause decreases in crime.

But to be even more technical, making criminals atheists wouldn't help. No, but making a pre-criminal's parent an atheist might. But idk, it also might not. To presume a 'might' is to give into assumption and confirmation bias, largely of what I want to prevent, its a massive part of religious thought, and probably encompasses more.

So in which case my enemy isn't religious thought, but assumption and ignorance spreading. Which is why sometimes I nitpick correct answers in the debate forum for having an improper 'formula' leading to that answer. Then people are confused why I am arguing with them if I agree with them. Prevention. If we do not see ignorance there, we will continue that habit in the future where they might actually be wrong, and it'd help boost the efficiency of their mental processes potentially.

Except technically, being aware of one's own cognition and flaws and such can waste a lot of time, its almost better to just keep it simple. But how can I do that?

Sharing facts, like libraries for inmates promote job gaining, which decreases consideration of criminal acts resulting from boredom due to preferring reading, and the job keeps them busy also.

Thats the problem with sedentary society, boredom and physical inactivity. Mental illness doesn't happen to nomadic societies, and thats because people are comfortable enough to walk daily and experience new sights regularly. Prolly why truck simulator games have a following, similar to why ff15 is trying to market itself partially as a roadtrip game or why those games factually relieve stress. The static environment is what causes stress probably. Its probably also why religious journeys can be travels to famous churches or such. Its a liberating experience, which is probably why flight also is, its a lot for the mind to take in.

Tangentially related is near-sightedness has been shown to develop more when one is indoors more and those with worse sight get more nightmares and don't live as long unless they wear their glasses, even though wearing glasses decreases their eyesight quality over time. Maybe has to do with relieving stress on the brain and reduction in uncertainty which a minimal scope environment would do, similar to being indoors. Indoors, genetically/evolutionarily, might be because it was too dangerous to not be in cover. Our minds do get more paranoid with less sunlight and activity for a reason, it was more successful to be paranoid in safety with cognitive deterioration than to not.

And to bring that back into the interconnectedness of the world, nomadicism existed without religion. It had tall tales and myths or such, but no worship no sacrifice no arbitrary rules and no humanized deities. All sedentary cultures started without writing, and developed it after as a group. This means pre-farming myths like garden of eden, were subject to things like chinese whispers are subject to, but for a longer duration of time. Nomadics probably loved stories, they lead people when practice couldn't happen, its probably why visualization helps more than practicing a skill a russian study has shown that 3/4 visualization 1/4 practice was optimal for x/4 fraction variations. Thats why their tall tales existed, to lend an idea of the overarching theme of their lifestyle, or perhaps to answer questions that'd take time and repeat each generation without having a story to tell.(actually I think on second thoughts its because instead of anxieties, it gives them something constructive to imagine, it changes what would be a problem into a solution) Like why there is a myth about a giant beaver sucking up all of the water, and a wolf attacking the beaver and then formed the mississippi. They wouldn't have to waste time traveling all the way down there, because they knew what happened, perhaps. Like if they ask why does this river exist also, they don't need to dwell on it as much compared to other tasks they could busy themselves with for the group's survival, probably pro-efficiency. However once farming is founded, there tend to end up being places of sacrifice and gathering, I think I shared this sorta explanation in a different post(the information I haven't given before post), so don't need to go too in-depth.

Now extending from the underlined segment, if people only have spare time, this is when they have a NEED to create tall tales, and with writing they could keep track of them exactly, and if you got into an argument you could say I have it in writing! Thats proof.

But then once their territory gets too large, different groups develop their own versions of events based on cultural value and interpretation and key-points etc. This causes competition in a way. Thats why the Jesus stories, three or four different bible books, they came years after each other and when Jesus supposedly existed. But over time, yes, chronologically, they each had progressively more miracles. In their competitions to find what stuck to their religion, perhaps, there came to be a finding that the more ridiculous it was the better it did. Probably because when people are confused on something they tend to dwell on it more, and claiming your god is unknowable confusing people would be the way to go more than making sense. It gets them to give up on thinking and lend their faculties to the supreme maker or w/e, and to be sheep led by those above them (implied hierarchy and leadership and lack of critical thinking masses being promoted). Or perhaps it was because the miracles being more ridiculous is similar to fiction and how each story arch needs to get more intense than the previous. Similar to mlp, perhaps its a nature of interest in fiction to up the ante repeatedly or people would presume theres no new information worth hearing, probably. Or perhaps both.

Thats it for now. Maybe I should reach a conclusion lol. But prematurely concluding before I have decisive information is possibly irresponsible. Reminds me of the argument in my last blog entry, and them saying I had no effort because I wasn't consistent. Thats just evidence of indecision more than anything, which is evidence of a lack of decisive information. Morality is a very subjective field after-all. In which case I should consider psychological ethics, thats where I will take some research. But no matter what new information with such a prejudiced belief system is going to potentially be offensive, but that doesn't mean perhaps I should be as blunt as possible, though thats part of the Einstein quote, simpler is better helps reduce potential problems than talking around the problem and giving people chances to make more fallacies out of my politeness and assert they are true, then think they were winning and I am in denial or something stupid like that, out of my politeness.

Which is actually why people have to be blunt with politics. Which relates back to my post here https://mlpforums.com/topic/157681-the-tactics-of-donald-j-trump/and that topic in general, where people do not respond memorably to data, because it doesn't paint a picture, which brings it back to story-driven thought and visualization. It'd be suicidal or irresponsible, or so it'd seem, to actually not be blunt about it sometimes. And I do give a wealth of information, so I know I am not being unreasonable, so logical processors can find use of my information too. People assume I conclude too swiftly with my information, but they haven't seen all of my posts so can't really say what I know, so they are assuming I am assuming which is also psychological projection, funny.

Thats all for now, for realzies.

I recall reading before they say some geniuses have quirks. Then some of my more intelligent people I know like some weird shit. Granted it could be due to things like being a nerd makes us smarter, and increases our odds of weird stuff, or I am weird and find other weird people to talk to so my personal experience data is biased, as all case studies would be.

However the first fact I shared leads me to believe its possibly not just me. Then I thought well what are taboos to the mind? The mind when you have a prefrontal cortex (25/26 years old its finished expanding/developing usually) then that part of the brain generally has a few uses but the primary use of relevance is that it can restrict thoughts and behaviors. This in some people can be like, idk an example is like a villain who enjoys doing bad things, but irl serial killers tend to have prefrontal cortex issues. This means they do not restrict alot of their irrational decisions- they act on them. So perhaps intelligence is tied to villainy in movies for a reason (that's more likely due to the subconscious mind archtypes being portrayed in media, or related to satan ideas which satan was deemed to be smart, so if its mostly in western or western-influenced media that'd be why is because of the satan thing) but that's not true about smarter people always being bad because serial killers are stupid (prefrontal cortex problem = rationality problem).

So the conclusion I get from that is, if there are a type of smart people who are odd-balls and its related to their intelligence, its due to using their frontal cortex differently. This means they could for instance be more curious-
About more things that others find repulsive or fear. So they end up liking more things because they are, simply put, more open minded. More open to reality disproving them. More tolerant of the truth, any of these things.
Their minds may be more comfortable pondering about uncomfortable things. Then they find out, hey, I actually like some of this weird stuff and I'm not just doing it for attention.

Granted this concept only works so far, theres a point it becomes inaccurate which is when is it too weird? When should I not be weird? Knowing when to do certain things, and not other times is related to the prefrontal cortex as well.

And social isolation alone could be reason for weirdness, not necessarily a sign of intelligence. It could be they simply had more free time on their hands to acquire weird tastes, and develop their knowledge or rationality on their own- school doesn't teach rationality or logic classes for instance. Alot of parents even do not.

    Just some food for thought.
  17. Lil Pip
I had a complicated manner for dreaming a lazy or not fully committed individual would have a hard time wanting to copy. Which is a dream journal with titles and an index, and if you do not recall the dream from the index to not read the dream you wrote or it would form a different set of memories that interrupts your ability to recall that dream in the future do to it thinking its a story sort of and you imagine it instead of recalling it which doesn't really work out.

I used to just review the titles, and I kept dreaming last night after speaking of dreams to my older brother saying I do think reading and daydreaming also impact my recall ability (and possible videogames to an extent). And there were a few games I wanted to try or would think about with mysterious locations, then I dreampt like three times last night and I'm not even keeping up my journal (could dream that much regularly when I used my journal and with more detail)

But now I realize, what if instead of needing to simply recall dreams, its more related to the ability or desire to imagine new locations? Like you make up some interesting sounding location with mysteries and cool things, then you stop thinking about it and sleep, wouldn't your mind try and fill in the blanks of it? Wouldn't it try daydreaming about it when bored if it was curious earlier?

My dreams did involve some form of travel, which I realize almost none of my dreams I am staying relatively still unless its a nightmare or talking with someone. But then again why would you talk with someone if you knew everything they were going to say, you talk to people for enjoyment and information and comfort right? Well maybe you talk to assert yourself also. But, I am just thinking maybe its intrigue and potential information that gets the mind thinking.

Granted this is after playing some final fantasy 7, then trying to come up with conspiracy theory lore about it lol. Also saw some Steven Universe, played Overwatch and Osu. Just to narrow the factors down, however I did that stuff the day before as well. What I did not do was the conspiracy theory lore stuff, and talk about dreams with my older brother.

And the lore stuff was exciting, I mean granted it was inaccurate speculation but once upon googling it and final fantasy 15 looks like it could be swell (aside from the battle mechanics and it looks like a large part of the game is massacring wildlife lol) its still quite curious.

Oh also I played a text game yesterday briefly, a lewd one.

Those are all the factors and I will try testing them. I think it could simply be the engaging enjoyment of final fantasy and consideration of how the world actually functions IF they were all interconnected, granted it might not be the case of course. But 7 and 10 were hinted to be connected through 10-2 and theres the sphere grid which uses similar objects as material, and the lore says the cetra or w/e made the magical orbs so it could've been interconnected and there are similar themes throughout alot of square's games granted they also like easter eggs. But reading about it was quite curious.

Now what I actually dreampt about was more usual, so it might have only to do with the text game I played and telling my older brother the dream stuffs.

But I still now must test if simple curiosity does it. Which means I need a bait of a curious sounding thing or scenario which I can speculate about endlessly, then my brain might be like hmmm this requires abstract thought yes and post-processing to consider the details and the impact etc so I gotta consider it as it might change fundamental ideas about some things hmm. BUT IDK, and Im about to just repeat myself so ciao lol.
