Humans need meat. We’re omnivores with incisors designed for that purpose. Meat has nutrients we need for balanced health and well-being. I do care about animals too, but most livestock that’s bred for meat wouldn’t be alive in the first place if not for the purpose of human consumption. I know that’s a bit of an excuse and I’m not going to deny it 100%, but I was not made to be a vegetarian and the animals I eat are not going to go running free if I change my diet. I like my meat and I’m not going to stop eating it. Sorry .

I like a balanced mixture. It’s fun to meet someone with a personality that has some style, but sometimes an overabundance all at once can be overwhelming. And someone who can be logical, serious or introspective from time to time shows a depth of character I can appreciate. Being ‘on’ all the time can be exhausting, but someone who’s always serious can be boring. It can’t be all one and not the other; all humor or all seriousness would get tedious on their own. So yeah, balance them out and I’m good with that.

Actually some of my dream couples did end up together in real life to some extent. I love the characters of Joe Donnelly and Shannon Christie from Far And Away, played by Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, respectively, and that happened for a while off-screen. Same goes for Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher, if only fleetingly. I like Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning in Push, even though Dakota was a tad young at the time. I was hoping for a sequel when she was a little older so they could make it happen. It didn’t happen though. Sad.

Finally finished the rest of the Barbie Dreamtopia series.
Just lovely.

Penguin Highway.
Not bad, but it'll be easier to follow when I can get an English dub.

Red Dawn (2012)
Nothing brilliant, but just as good as the 1984 original.

The Girl In red by Christina Henry.
Enjoying it immensely!

Not really my cup of tea. I have lots to do where I live and I lean more toward glitzy, artificial entertainment.

I draw, paint, sculpt, write and design architecture (on an amateur level of course).

Not a genius here.
Yeah, I had to look up the spelling for that just now.

When I was younger I went 12 hours without a break, and the circumstances were very unusual. Normally I don't have a very strong bladder. Maybe every two hours for me.

I love to write. I've been writing a series of short stories for years and I always have ideas for lots more. I'd love to put them all together into a book but I always end up setting that aside so I can write more new material instead of reformatting the old stuff.

'Artificial' seems close enough for mine. And I likes it that way!

Better to be loved than feared. Love is positive, fear is negative. I dread the idea anyone would ever be fearful or uncomfortable around me, not that it's likely to happen. Love is what it's all about.

I'm having some green tea. It's good for the ticker.
Makes me have to run the the little girls room a lot though.
Back in a minute.

I tap my leg up and down, and I crack my knuckles. I think I twitch my upper lip at times as well.

I don’t need to relive any of it. The original experiences are still with me and they’re not going anywhere. Trying to live them again I might see more flaws than I remember.

Straighty-straight. That's me.

I eat chocolate. Some people say it works for sore throats but it doesn't do much for me. I just like eating chocolate.

To be honest, I spend too much time posting here on the forums. I enjoy it and it's very relaxing so I tend to do this more than push myself into being productive.

My city is home of the original Disneyland. ‘Nuff said.

Favorite Saturday morning cartoon block
in Media Discussion
Most of my favorite cartoons were afternoon shows, like Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. And I loved the Disney Afternoon lineup. But Saturday mornings were always about Looney Tunes for me. They’re the classics that always personify that venerated Saturday institution.
