Once again, the shouting had frightened Stencil, how-ever he had already begun to clean away the graffiti on the wall, staying silent. He had finished that wall, and once again it was spotless.

Silicon would look at the flower "S-sing? but I have a horrible singing voice but uhm..well okay" she'd say thinking about what to sing then smiles "Oh I know.." she says, grabbing Orchid by the hoof and skips "We're going down the yellow brick road, the yellow brick road"

Ripple's eyes widened at the even bigger map "Oh wow, that map is huge" she'd say "Where did you get it dear? This could be very useful in my work" she blushes "Ehehe, sorry about that, so, are there any places you like?"

"B-but sir, that'd take forever..aren't there ponies that are paid by the council to do that?" he'd ask innocently, "I mean...isn't this..a bit too extreme?" he grabs a cloth and wets it before starting on the next wall. -
Stencil tirelessly and silently worked away at getting rid of the graffiti. After a few hours, he'd step back, wiping the sweat from his brow. "there, one clean wall" he says, resting for a moment.

Stencil just went silently, he wasn't going to argue, that kick in the door earlier scared him stiff. He'd grab the cloth and put it in the soapy water, beginning to scrub the graffitti off of the wall.

Ripple would nod "I mean, it's the closest place I could think of, we did pass it on the way here on the train" she would say, getting out a map, and showing her the map "See, Dodge City is even further, as is Las Pegasus, and I don't think any of us would really like it there"

Stencil would nod and sit, taking no time to eat his breakfast. He wasn't a slob and he didn't wolf it down, but he also didn't take too much time, as he was hungry. He finishes and wipes his mouth.

Stencil just nodded and got out of the cell, he'd stand there, waiting for the next orders that Nitro would bark at him. He did his best to stifle a yawn, he really did not want to spend another night in the cell.

Stencil would wake up with a start "Gah! O-officer" he'd say a little in shock "W-was that really necessary?" he asks him, "I would have gotten up if you had just knocked" he covers a yawn "S-so I guess, my mom's put you in charge?"

Ripple would look at her and nod "Here and there, she is a child after all" she'd mention, "With her Autism, she does have trouble understanding things like subtlety, emotions and social ques" she would say "She also has trouble expressing herself and may act out" she explains and then hugs Lilac who nuzzles into the hugs. "Though she likes hugs"

Stencil just continued to draw in the dirt, using the time to reflect. He knew he was acting up and lashing out, he was upset he never got to know his father, and the fact her mother never speaks about him. He would sigh and just look out of the cell's window up at the moon.

"Ah right, you did say you'd be happy to foalsit Lilac" she'd say and nod "We shall see, if my assistant wants more assistance or not" she would say, as Lilac happily got out some blocks to play with. "She has ADHD and Autism, but I feel your presence has a calming effect on her"

Luna would get up and follow her sister, waiting until the sun was lowered before raising the moon and stars, "You should go get some sleep sister, you look wrecked..how many came to kiss up to us this time?" she would ask her
Stencil just used his magic to have some extra light as he drew in the dirt.

Ripple would smile "Excellent, you'll feel safe there I promise" she would say to her, beginning to relax a bit more. "We will be leaving the site after my assistant arrives her tomorrow." she says to her "I usually oversee the initial dig and do some research, then my assistant comes and take Lilac home"

Luna would nod and sigh "I know that one lesson all too well" she would say and finish her wine "Well, it is about time we lower the sun and raise the moon, sister" she would say to Celestia, before looking to Nitro "Give him the night in the cell, then its up to you" she'd say

Luna would nod "alright, thank you Nitro, you are dismissed" she would say and sigh, using her magic to fill a glass of wine and levitate it to herself, sipping on it "I just wish..I could figure out where I went wrong"

She would nod and sigh in relief "thank you Nitro, those programs trouble me, and..you went through one ,didn't you?" she would ask "Keep up the good work, and please..don't be too harsh on Stencil"

"It's these so called "Troubled Teen Programs" ponies have set up, I'm hearing more and more reports of abuse towards the children sent there. Not just from common folk but from those higher up as well" she'd say to him "Is there a way you could investigate? I want enough evidence before we shut them down"

Luna looked at him, she knew of his past, which is why he'd be the only officer she'd trust with her son, after all, it was either her son spend time with Nitro or he goes to one of those troubled teen programs, which she definitely did not trust at all. "Very well" she says "He is under your wing for now..but there is one other thing we need to discuss"

Luna just sighs, and not wanting to turn into Nightmare Moon again, she concedes "I know you're both right, I just..I don't know where I went wrong with him. I tried being strict with him, which just made him hate me and rebel even more, then I try to be supportive, and something like this happens" she slumps in her throne "I know if his father were here, he'd behave..but I must be a terrible mother"

"They changed the law and kept it secret!" She shouts "The community petitioned us for those walls specifically for that purpose and then the cops go changing the law without letting anyone know" she calms down a little "He's been doing so well too, he went there so he wouldn't get in trouble"
Stencil just sighed "Seriously"

Luna just stormed off back to the castle, slamming doors "SISTER! WE NEED TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OF EQUESTRIA! THE POLICE ARE BEING TOO POWER HUNGRY!"

Stencil just nodded and went to the next wall, he was tired of arguing and just getting yelled at, so he just went about what he was told to do. He'd sigh, maybe what he did was wrong, he'd hate it if some ponies had defaced the castle.
