I like the nostalgia that has been associated with generation one.

My family ususally brings out the Christmas decorations around the start of the month--sometimes a bit later depending on how busy we can get--from the closet underneath the stairs, and we spend much of the night decorating the house. Most of the decorations we've got have been in our possession for decades with the rest being recent purchases from the previous year.

And if it doesn't happen via a special, we could always hope for a new Equestria Girls Holiday Special like the one from two years ago.

All we know is that the three specials will follow the events of Legend of Everfree, so they will be canon with the four movies.

It would seem pinkie's tripping balls most of the time. Maybe she's a dealer?

When he hosted "The Apprentice", Trump was a pretty decent guy who knew how to entertain, but when he decided to throw his hat into the political circle and his true personality came forth, he became nothing but a racist, fear-mongering, xenophobic, spiteful, egotistical, narcississtic, intolerable bully who now will become the president of the U.S. For Americans who voted for him, you'll have to pay the consequences when the time comes.

Unfortunately, I have a very weird metabolism where eating certain things and in a certain order, though not always, doesn't settle well with me. If I were to eat Cheetos--regular, Flamin' Hot or otherwise--followed by milk, my stomach wouldn't be able to take it.

It's how I got into the fandom initially. I don't know everything about Equestria Girls since I haven't read the chapter books--I've read their summaries over on the MLP Wikia--but I guess I do know quite a lot. To me, Equestria Girls will be my main passion and the show a close second followed by the comics.

They did in the chapter book "Twilight's Sparkly Sleepover Surprise" by including Sugarcoat, Sunny Flare, and Sour Sweet although it was more about Sci-Twi getting used to her new life with friends.

Not sure if Equestria Girls counts, but I'll worry about that later.

My shower has a single knob above the tap that you turn left to turn it on, and continue turning it left to go from cold water to hot water. Turning it back the other way brings back the cold and all the way turns it off. There's also a little switch that sticks out on top of the tap that I pull to turn on the actual shower, and has to be pushed back down to turn it off. The shower cap can be adjusted for direction although I usually lift it up for my needs and back down when I'm finished.

The first week of October Santa Clause was up in my local Walmart and waving to the customers as they walked into the store and 2 weeks later Christmas music was on the intercom.

 

I love Thanksgiving as a holiday... it was one of my favorite times of the year and spending time with family was the greatest for that holiday alone, even more than Christmas for me. It is why it gets frustrating to me now to see everything and everyone around me only seeming to care about the Black Friday sales that come the day after. Obviously I know a lot of people still celebrate it, but sometimes it is hard to see under all the other crap pushed in your face.

Here in Canada, they dedicate a bit of time to Thanksgiving although it gets completely overshadowed by Halloween. Heck, they start promoting Halloween where I live at the beginning of September.
