It's certainly possible although I'd still be happy for Sunset to return to Equestria and reconcile with Equestria. That needs to happen first before Sunset can ascend to an alicorn.

Good thing I've been keeping tabs on Pokémon Sun and Moon for the last few months. In terms of what I plan on doing with it, I'm going to keep up my tradition of making a generation team for each generation with each new generation that comes out. This one will be my seventh although I can't choose any Pokémon until I know what their base stats are.

There might be lands that exist beyond Equestria given that the world map shows it's surrounded by an expansive ocean, indicating that other continents are out there waiting to be discovered. I'd also like to think of the Dragon Kingdom, Griffinstone, and Yakyakistan as being separate kingdoms given they have their own established domains without any influence from Celestia and Luna.

The three specials could their means of seeing if Equestria Girls can succeed at being a regular twenty-two minute episodic cartoon series, but then it might be because of the 2017 movie coming out. DHX might not be willing to work on two movies at once especially with the latter having a much bigger budget than anything Equestria Girls or even the show has had.

If a series were to happen, I'd want it to focus on the Rainbooms coming to grips with their new powers and trying to balance between living out their lives and dealing with problems that come up courtesy of Equestria.

Chrysalis, while an obvious choice, wouldn't be the best choice since we already just saw her in the season six finale, and bringing her back so soon would only lessen her presence as a villain. It's never a good idea to rely on the same villains all the time as you risk making them stale and less effective. No, I think someone new is needed to fill the void.

Those three specials would be the perfect opportunity to finally make that happen.

At least Sunset was given her own special day rather than being ignored because of where she is within the context of MLP.

If it's a fight scene along the lines of what we saw back in the season four finale, then I'd be up for something like that to happen in next year's movie.

Some have gone to celebrate Sunset's birthday on the day of the Fall Equinox--I personally think it should be sometime at the end of June given her name references the shimmering of the sun during a hot day.

If you've been reading the comics or at least know about them, Little Strongheart recently appeared alongside Rainbow Dash in issue 31 of Friends Forever.

I already celebrated Thanksgiving last month since I live in Canada so I won't be doing anything for the U.S. equivalent.

Their fates are currently unknown despite there being numerous theories and hints spread amongst the fans and the staff indicating that they are deceased. Will we ever know for sure? Probably not as it's a subject Hasbro doesn't want the writers to tackle given the demographic of the show.

While the others had become friends with her, they still had their issues regarding what she did to them before. I'd say their friendships were genuine but filled with tension.

Actually, I was thinking of Luna as the initial image did have Sunset bear a resemblance to her, but I suppose it could've also been a resemblance to Celestia.

Actually, that wasn't the pony I was referring to.

Here's another image of Sunset as an alicorn, yet she seems to have gotten taller, as though she were filling in the hooves of someone else we know.

There are some green coloured ponies like Granny Smith and Tree Hugger who have already been mentioned, several other members of the Apple Family are green, and then there are the numerous background ponies we've seen over the years who were green in colour. I'm not sure if the comics count but if they do then there are plenty of green ponies there--again in the background with some being significant.

Even though I do like magic, I'm going to go with Earth Pony for my choice. I like how they're down-to-earth and not needing wings and magic to solve the problems they deal with on a regular basis. They're also the closest to real-life horses.

Of course I wouldn't force anyone to watch the show. They are entitled to their opinions and if they aren't interested then so be it. No point in making things worse resulting in future conflicts.

Those people can enjoy that kind of stuff all they want and I'll tolerate their choices, but you won't catch me doing the same thing.

I know right? That's exactly it, there's really been a scant amount of Sunny (as a pony) since her debut in the first movie. And to not even have her in the former MCD EQG line with her pony and human form really bites.

In the MLP CCG, Sunset only had two cards associated with her with a technical third one--it was Sonata's but Sunset was with her--compared to other main characters who've gotten at least a dozen cards. It's something that has been bothering me as well and reflects the fact that neither Sunset's pony form or Equestria Girls as a whole aren't better represented.
