  1. Personally, I would not be so dis-satisfied if they decide to end G5 in 2025. I think that it has gotten a good run, sure, it hasn't gotten as much success as G4 due to various reasons but for what it is I think it has done fairly well. TYT suffers from too many filler episodes that milk the main cast and Maretime Bay, and it would benefit a lot from branching out into other areas of the show's world. Would also be better if they could change it from 5 minute episodes to at least 10 or 20 minute ones. I would rather have less frequent but longer episodes, and if they could do that, it would really solve my main gripe with TYT. I don't want them to lean into anything else from G4, because from what is said so far could easily lean into an AU G4, I don't want or need to know what happened to everyone in G4 as I prefer to leave that a mystery.

Anyway, I am hoping for G6 to be something different. G6 could completely reset the board with all new characters, all new world, all new plots. I think the potential for that is exciting, and we should move on with a completely new world to look forward to.

Lazulia giggles as Rarity would flip up the glasses the right way. "Oh! That is why there is a little notch there, its for my snout." Lazulia giggled a bit at that and would follow Sweetie Belle into her music room. Lazulia would follow along the best she could, and while she wasn't particularly good at it - she wasn't actually too bad at it. These songs would sound a little different with her added voice to them, but it seemed as though the blue crystal pony enjoyed spending time with the CMC and Skylight, as well as Rarity. Because of the angle she was standing in the room, the sunlight would reflect off her crystalline coat - illuminating the room with brilliant blue colored reflections.

Opaline understood what Cinder had meant and considered it to be interesting. Opaline didn't know what it meant to have snakes following her around all the time, there must have been some kind of magic that attracts them to Cinder. That is the best that she can come up with.

Opaline decided to do much the same as Noctuna - there was not much of a point in trying to hide the fact that they were unicorns. If Opaline had her magic she would have just used her scrying spells and see the whole place from a distance without stepping foot here. Even then, if she had to, she would have disguised her horn. It was less than ideal, and they were so far off from where she needed to be in order to retrieve her magic. While they were walking towards the settlement, Opaline had been thinking of what she would say if anyone asked her anything. Opaline had the idea that she was a unicorn from some far off land and had no connections to the Unicorns here. Similar to Noctuna, she wasn't technically lying. Opaline had zero intentions on saying she was from another world, either.

Looking off at the machines the Earth ponies had been using in the fields as they walked past, Opaline thought they looked fairly in line with what she had seen before. Sure, some of the stuff she saw in her world could have been more advanced - but this seemed similar, if only a bit more simple in design. Since it was night time, the ponies working the fields at night was rather odd to her. Perhaps they just keep going all manners of the day and work in shifts.

Opaline pressed on, giving the Earth ponies only a passing glance as the only sign of her acknowledgement.

To put it one way, the whole situation de-railed Sombra's entire plan. For the moment, the entire plan went to the wayside - Flint had made her appearance again. It all happened so fast, all that Sombra could currently think was that Flint was transferring some kind of magic into Una or doing something to cause her pain. Whatever it was, he had no chance to stop it from happening. There wasn't currently anyone around in the rail yard where they were, so he was free to explode into rage. His rage surged and dark magic built up in Rarity's eyes. Sombra then charged towards Flint like a bullet, bringing out various dark magic blades in an attempt to stab at her and shove her off of Una. Sombra was done playing around with Flint. The first few times may have been amusing, if a bit bothersome - but whatever this was, this crossed the line. If Flint was going to act out towards Sombra, than Sombra had no qualms in treating her like an enemy.

To say Sombra was furious was an understatement. Flint could burn down buildings, or verbally insult him all she wanted - but this was too much for him to control his emotions with. Perhaps it was his weakness, or perhaps it was his strength. If Una and Flint were capable, or receptive - they would possibly be able to feel Sombra's own hatred exploding before them into a large outpour around Sombra. His dark magic aura, the way he moved, everything about it emitted raw hate. Sombra said nothing to Flint, he was done talking.

The zebra nodded, wearing that as with the last time, he would not share a word of this to others. He might not understand in full what were going on, but he knew enough to understand that he should simply continue to do as he were told, and be helpful in that manner.

Though he would still say something, as they were wanting to go to Troy. He were not greatly familiar with places outside of this village, but he did read maps at times. So he knew that if they followed the coast for some time more, there were a river they could follow or ride upon, that would get them within a hundred kilometers of the border in about three days. They could get there with little in the way of eyes on them, long as they avoided a few places like the haunted woods, and Deltrot. Definitely needed to stay clear of Deltrot.

He'd offer to find them his map, if they could wait for him but a few minutes, after they returned to the village. He did not need it anymore, and he got the feeling that being in the lady's good grazes, would yield him a safer life in the longer terms, than if he were indifferent. Because with everything going on here, he couldn't exactly rule out that she wanted to do something horrible to him, just to make sure he'd shut up about these tricks. perhaps he were too worried, but what reason were there, to take the risk? It were simply a map, not the blood of his family.

"Only place you need to go, is prison, you monster!"

It seemed Yuma finally get a bit of awareness again, and were going to the next stage of having to realize what were happening to here, even without being able to see: Anger.

"Or maybe even Tartarus. Would serve you right for... For Killing me! Horrible creature, I did nothing to deserve that."

While she were ranting in Spectra's head, Operata's gaze were on the raft in the distance, where the one riding it, seemed to raise something above their head. Something that would shine in the light, but nothing else seemed to happen, like a fireball being shot their way, or lasers, or even a seagull thrown their way.

Spectra would wait for him to find the map and then once he had given the map to them Spectra would look at the map to observe the layout of the place. Would be much easier to just float down the river than walk, Spectra thought. Then again there was another potential idea that crossed her mind, might be more noticeable - but would be something that could help get them even faster. Jus as long as they could get deep into Troy, perhaps even further to the south of Troy as well to put as much distance from them in between Equestria.

With that in mind, Spectra would ask him if they could use his boat - though she would add that perhaps what she had in mind would damage it or make it be something that was not recoverable. They were going to go along the river, but Spectra had an unspoken idea in mind - she said what she gave him would cover the cost of a new boat and then some. Since the boat was not large enough for the carriage and the carriage had served them - she would also say that the carriage was his, and whatever he would do with it was up to him as compensation for them using the boat

After the interaction with the zebra was over, if he proved to be fine with them taking his boat - Spectra would have walked towards the boat, with Operata likely in the know that she had some sort of plan to get there faster. Meanwhile, Spectra would speak to Yuma within her mind.

"Oh, I'm not going to prison. You aren't dead - you will get a front row seat to the new world that you'll come to love! There is no cause for anger. You helped me a lot, don't you know? Well, you'll have a front row seat to something spectacular. Buckle your seatbelts, if you have any in that mind of yours!" Spectra would say back, obviously taking some sort of glee in this. She did not notice the other raft in the distance for the moment as she would board the boat and begin turning it towards the direction they wanted to go.

"We will relay what information we can to your lawyer when we have them then, Miss Rich. I wish you the best as you resurface publicly."

He would look on as she went along out of the room, out to get checked up on. He pitied the poor doctor who had to deal with her, but he suspected this were partially how she tried to deal with everything. Her life were in shambles now, after being gone for three years. It likely made it simpler for her, to feel in complete control of herself, and trying to do so for her surroundings as well. So get hold of her lawyer, and put on a tough face for the crowd Couldn't have the poors see you in a sorry state after all.

...Perhaps that last one were a little rude. Considering everything, and the sliver of her shock showing through, it were not a fair judgement.

When she had left, he'd nod slowly, and look towards the assembled ones. Specifically at Magloria and Ghelzar.

"Try not to let her words get to you, Magloria. Nobles tend to feel above others, to where several have had issues accepting the limits of the law. Considering everything, it is reasonable to think that she just stuck to that, to try and stay in control of the situation.

And before you ask, I could share more with her, yes. It is not unlawful for me to say more. But nobles tend to also have an issue with impatience, and the last thing we currently need, are a bunch of mercenaries, hired on to get in the way with our work. The less she knows of the finer details, the less the odds of our adversary potentially being pulled from out grasp, post victory, by some fools looking for a payout. And no, that is not a hypothetical.

Hired help has their uses, but official military business, is where they tend to only make things worse."

Ghelzar would nod, but continue to check the various orbs out, running his talons across from them. One he'd even put some force on, to scratch the surface, and see how hard it were. Not a lot, but just some sort of idea to go by.

"Smooth as sculptured ice. A pittance this villain threw her lot with witchery. In my days, a want would have been there, for one able to make sculptures as flawless as this."

He'd pity the loss, yet he saw little point. Her choice were made, and thus awaited the fire, to embrace her at path's end. Unless they did not burn witches anymore? Hm, he supposed things may have softened in his time imprisoned.

"That is among the least of the things she have squandered.

Be it as it may, she will be seen to by a doctor. I believe we will find ourselves a target next."

Ghelzar would halt at a crystal, and find pause.

"What of this? I sense something unusual of it."

The orb in question, would have a peculiar occupant. A diamond dog, and not a small one either. The one in question were enormous, compared to the regular ones. Near double the height, with fur snow-white and light grey. Scars ran down the muscular arms, and across the right eye, with a large tuft of fur hanging in front, down the throat, akin to a mane. The one in question, had cloth wrappings around her chest and rear, that showed a level of civility and modesty, that weren't usual with regular, Equestrian diamond dogs.

It were hard to say if this one would be friendly, or a foe. She seemed like a strong one though, that much were certain. Also why she had been judged a mid-level threat.

"Hmm, seems a risky one. Diamond dogs in general does not always get along well with us, but we are technically on friendly terms. This one is unusual though. I don't usually see them so rank and file in posture, nor this size."

He'd take a closer glance, looking around it.

"Nor as well groomed. Potentially not a local breed.

I would think an asset if she is friendly, and a liability if not, that could cause substantial issues. I would think it worth to try, but perhaps tomorrow. It might be best to continue with apparent lower rung ones for the day."

Magloria would have some time to interject, if she had something to say about this. For instance another target she'd think better for the time being instead. He'd listen to her input, when it came to a matter such as this.

Spoiled Rich would turn and leave the room quickly, hobbling along in a manner that showed that she was ready to get out of her as soon as possible. Being in this environment was rather unbecoming of her. Something about it was off-putting and she had no idea where she was going, and so opted to follow whoever was guiding her in that direction. Doctors - she didn't really like anyone seeing her in a private manner. As a matter of fact, she didn't like being anywhere at all that wasn't a large fancy rich estate - or at the very least specifically designed for elite upper class ponies. Hanging around with the lower classes was something she was paranoid about it rubbing off on her.

Magloria would look to Hailstorm as he spoke about Spoiled Rich. "It is not a surprise this city encourage such types to fester. I can only hope she'll learn some humility in what has happened to her, but that's none of my concern. Perhaps her lawyers will be in contact with you or others you know of." Magloria said with passing interest, and with very little visible reaction on her face. Didn't seem like she had much of an opinion on the matter at the moment.

As Hailstorm would address the diamond dog inside of the orb, Magloria would speak up. "I think it is best we keep ourselves to low level targets for now. Best to deal with the low level ones first, and see how it goes - then once we are complete with those, we move on to the mid-level ones." Magloria would touch the orb and address Ghelzar. "What she does here, can be used for medical procedures, for example. If say, someone is injured with a fatal injury. Either massive injury or possible illness, they could be frozen, transported and kept in stasis until a proper treatment can be found." Magloria suggested, but didn't have much else to say for now.

They were free to focus on the low level orbs for now.

We could do more with Spoiled Rich, I think that would be interesting - though if we are to do that we can sort of have the whole arc of the "orbs" and individuals being released be something put off to the "side, it would get a little repetitive if we sit through the whole process for everyone. I would prefer to focus on Spoiled Rich of the ones that are released, and have the rest of the individuals released off-screen. Magloria would be with the rest of the individuals, doing her 'job' in helping the guard deal with them, so we can pivot away from her angle of things for a bit and explore the noble side of the Canterlot Folk for a bit for sure.

For the scenes with the treasure and stuff, I'll just be describing what your characters come across - there wouldn't be dialog from my end of that, since its just treasure and stuff. Though, I have some ideas of what they will find once they start going through it.

Maybe we could say she did reform at some point in this RP. I was always a big fan of the idea of her being reformed. After all, this is an AU, so it can be whatever we want it to be.

"I am quite eager to do an adventure, I am sure we are prepared for that." she said and looked to Swift Wings. "Tea? I think I'll have some tea as well." Collapse said, and would order some spiced chai tea for herself. Once the tea arrived she felt the hot cup between her soft yellow hooves. Collapse looked in Evelyn's direction as she wanted to know where they would be going as well.

You mean Spectra, but it would perhaps be something Spectra would seize upon. Give the Trojans various knowledge she has about things they can use to their advantage and allow them to see further victories, capturing Spectra or disarming her may very well be difficult (or suicidal), the only way I think such a thing could be possible would be to surround her in an anti-Magic field, rendering her magic inoperable. Though Spectra may just be blowing smoke - and not know where a good location would be to go. :PIPPIPHURRAY:

Magnolia would follow Twilight and Starlight into the private room. When they walked there her eyes would glance to their surroundings. In the past Magnolia had spent many hours here studying her spells in the quiet part of the library. Magnolia was seemingly suspicious with Starlight, but didn't say anything until after they entered into the private room. Magnolia would let Starlight speak first.

This mare is really suspicious...I don't think I like her that much. But sure, let's see what she has to say...

    Quote

Finding her self on a nice firm oak seat as they got settled in this much better environment suited for private conversations, she leaned forward onto the table, Passion swelling past her better judgment to be so honest with strangers, Starlight began by insisting to Twilight "Well to be honest with you, we value equality very much so in our little community- and so we believe everyone should be equal in all aspects of there identity, You know if somebody has a special talent that could make another pony feel lesser, then I feel like that would not be good fit for our community. So that is too say, I am trying to figure out a system so that we could store our cutie marks, just temporally. I mean right now the closest thing we have to appearing equal is putting a post it note over our cutie marks!" her head swung back as she laughed heartedly.

Addressing your question, Starlight looked at Magnolia, Squinting for a second to reach inside for memory. " You know I don't quite recall ever seeing you around, are you sure you're not a lunch lady at the local hay burger or something~?" Starlight quipped, She then shrugged and tried to be cordial but she had a funny bone that was tingling, she put her Inhibitions aside for a moment " She's certainly new to me- but it is nice to meet you Magnolia, Other than coming here for little miss twilight here, what really brings you here~" She said with much humour, not to be taken that phase value or with any seriousness, just a nudge to her mysteriousness.

This made Magnolia shift about in her seat uncomfortably. Another suspicious, but more judgmental stare was shot in Starlight's direction. What she was saying there made no sense at all - and it went against what made ponies individuals. Something about the way Starlight spoke that this mare was nothing but trouble and that she was up to something nefarious.

"Well...that doesn't make any sense at all. I am pretty sure removing cutie marks from ponies is a crime and I don't think you should be allowed to do such a thing. I am also sure that without cutie marks they wouldn't have any magic. So, I don't think what you are saying there can lead anyone anywhere good..." Magnolia said, her eyes shifting side to side a bit - but it was an ardent sign that she would never see eye to eye with Starlight on this. Magnolia would straighten up at Starlight's attempt at humor, not finding it very appealing.

    Quote

"Hi Magnolia, What is this important matter that you think needs to be discussed?" Twilight asked.

And then there's Magnolia here. She's been so mysterious this whole time. She claims to know so much about me, yet she reveals so little when I ask her about herself. However, she did say she was looking for me. What is she hiding?

Are these two ponies together? They definitely don't act like they're together. However, it is quite bizarre how they both happened to run into me at the same time. And if they are together, what are they trying to accomplish by asking me seemingly different questions and trying to act so different from each other? How can I trust these two ponies? Twilight thought as she sat at the table, glancing at the two ponies seated across from her.

Magnolia would cross her hooves as a sign that she was shoving away Starlight's statements in her mind, as she would address this. "Well, the reason I am here is because I was looking for you but didn't know where to find you - so I just thought you were in the library here. I found out recently that I am uh, related to you. I never knew who my parents were until I found out just recently when I searched through the records of who they were in the Canterlot Census Records, because I wanted to find out - and well, the papers don't lie..."

Magnolia would reach into her saddlebags and pull out a few records of the Orphanage, that Twilight Velvet and Night Light had left a very young filly there many years ago, before either her or Shining Armor were born. It was stated in the records that this filly was their daughter and there was an "unknown" reason why they decided to put her up for adoption instead of raising her.

I do have some questions for this RP. For one, when you say modern technology, this includes all the latest technology, right? Because I intend on having my character use the pony version of an iPhone 15. Second, does the Mane Six exist in this RP? Because I intend to have my character refer to them in passing as ponies they loosely know.

I like that idea. I will also be using an Iphone 15 in this RP. Never done something like this before, but it is interesting to do for the first time.

Collapse would walk into the cafe, she also had her SmartPone 15 in her pocket and she was aware this is where they would all be meeting. Her cheery bright yellow coat was very hard to miss. Collapse would quickly find the table they are at, greeting them with an innocent smile. "It's good to see you all. How are you?" she asked them as she sat down with her rather large saddlebags full of various gadgets.

  13. @Skylight Scintillate @CocoCody

Magnolia looks to Twilight first. "I am Magnolia, and I have come to search for you because there is an important matter that I believe needs to be discussed." Magnolia said calmly, and then looked to Starlight. It was rather strange what Starlight was saying and talking about. Something about her was suspicious and she raise an eyebrow in a slow obvious sign of suspicion. "No, I don't need a place to live." she said, shaking her head at that before she would step forward, wanting to lead the way into the library. Looking back to Twilight she would say, "You are Celestia's star pupil, a very important position to be in. Of course ponies would know of you." she said with a casual smile.

Magnolia would get up and look to the two other ponies. Right in front of her was Twilight Sparkle and another mare she had not seen before at all. Magnolia was soft, white and a little bit fluffy. With her magic she'd help put Twilight's books back. "Well, I certainly recognize you, Twilight. I've heard a lot about you." Magnolia said in a calm, collected manner. For now she seemed more interested in Twilight and just seemingly assumed that Starlight was a random mare who tripped in front of her and that the two didn't know each other.
