"Well there's gonna be more where that came from luv." Elias said weakly as he was being propped up by the rather beautiful unicorn mare. He rubbed his temples with one hand, shielding his eyes as he did so. "You're sure, that's what you saw?" He asked her. (ooc: wanted to give her a face. Not my art found it on Pinterest.)

"Great, she has to know sanguimancy." Elias said to himself as he lobbed another fireball at the shades surrounding the group. No matter how many shades he destroyed, others kept popping up to replace them. "Fine, guess it's the hard way." Elias said, kneeling down to place both his paws on the car floor. "fulgura et pluviam super inimicos meos et conteram!" He shouted, a purple circle appeared beneath him along with smaller ones floating around his kneeling form. Suddenly purple lightning shot out of them and struck all of the shades in the dining car. Their dying screeches were deafening. Once all of the creatures dissolved Elias groaned then collapsed, his coat and body lightly smoking.

"augue manu mea!" Elias shouted, stretching out his hand to hurl a fireball at the shade closest to him. It went down screeching as the fire consumed the otherworldly entity.

"She's right mate," Elias remarked "Also by the way, thanks for the assistance back there luv." He said to star.

"In the process of trying to find information on her I may or may not have threatened her lover. I was just as surprised to find her here as any of you. Demons don't usually turn up unless summoned or otherwise conjured." Elias explained. "Trust me mate, it's going to get a lot worse the longer you deal in my business." He said turning to Helios.

"Alright now we're in business!" Elias said grabbing a piece of skull embedded in one of the seats near him. He tucked it into his pocket and resumed his chanting "Exaudi me in devorationem, omnium innominabilis est. Qui aurea porta quaero expellat impium creaturam profundis, inferni vbi manet in aeternum nunquam redeant. Sol et luna facta sit Tartari portis reclusis. Projiciam te in obumbratio et quoque ex descensum ad inferos, non potest daemonium non revertetur!" A fiery red circle opened up at the creature's feet, blackened chains shot out and began wrapping themselves around the unfortunate chef. Dragging his deformed body down into an eternity of torture and suffering. Once the last sight of the creature disappeared into the portal it snapped shut with a flash. Leaving Techno to stand where the creature once was.

"I could REALLY use a piece of that thing if you lot don't mind!" Elias said as he lit the contents of the bowl on fire with his lighter. "exaudi me in devorationem omnium innominabilis est. Qui aurea porta quaero expellat impium creaturam profundis inferni vbi manet in aeternum nunquam redeant." He started to chant over the bowl.

"Oh bollocks." Elias sighed, he ran to his seat where his satchel lay and opened it. Rummaging through it he produced a small black ceramic bowl, a tuft of what looked like hair, a vial of strange green liquid and some animal teeth with symbols carved on their surface. He placed the bowl down on the car floor and combined the rest of the items inside it. "Quick, get me a piece of it, some hair, teeth anything will work!" Elias shouted to the others as they battled the creature.

"Luckily I know where they are, so after I deal with you finding them shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure Cabal's told you about what I did to him, what he doesn't know however is that the mystic grounding rod I used, keeps the unique magical signature of whoever was last trapped by it. If I can find him, I can find your hostages, since I'd bet a pretty penny that fatso's guarding them."

Elias flicked his seventh finished cigarette out the window and stood up. "I'd stay away from er if I were you mate, she's a nasty piece of work." He said to the chef. "Now I'm quite suprised you're not currently trying to tear my throat out after what I did to Cabal. Fortunately I did some more research. Took quite a while but, Valsir's a nice name don't you think."

Elias held out his ticket without looking up from the window. He had gone through at least three cigarettes since they embarked and was working on his fourth.

After a semi restful sleep Elias had packed a leather satchel with supplies for a long journey. He boarded the train and sat next to an open window. Pulling a metal tin from his breast pocket he opened it and pulled out a short tightly rolled cylinder of paper. He stuck it in his mouth and produced a lighter. Flicking it open and igniting it he lit the cigarette in his mouth and gave a long pull before closing the lighter while letting a plume of smoke blow from his maw. "Ahhh, it's been a while since I've had one of these." He said, leaning back in his seat.

"Nothing you need to know about." Elias said, he glanced at Ozzie "we need stronger security wards. Could cash in a few favors and get a couple extra protections too." He headed through the portal, "you know I can move this place anywhere I want to. If I catch wind of any extra peeping eyes or whispers of a raid attempt you will find nothing here but an empty wine cellar!" Elias shouted as the gateway closed.

"I have one at my place Luv, it's bigger than it looks." Elias called out before opening a gateway to his safe house. "I promise the rent is cheap." He quipped

"You got it mate." Elias said as he strode over to Ozzie. "Right then, guess it's time to head back home. And don't worry, I'm sure Legion's coming with."

"I had nothing to do with that business in the square." Elias said curtly and turned to face Chalice, "I do what it takes to save as many lives as I can. Gets kinda hard to follow the law when working in those boundaries means letting something start an apocalypse."

"Well aren't you a chipper bloke. Just let your underlings know not to get in my way." Elias said matter of factly.

Elias strode out of the office and over to the small command team. "Right then, so while you lot were quelling the riots I was looking into our little visitor from before. Turns out I was wasting my time, she had nothing to do with that commotion in the square. The crate she wanted contains a talking painting with no connection to the rise in activity. So would anyone be kind enough to give me the details of what's happened lately?" He asked

Elias sharply turned to face the new arrival, "You are really begging for a sucker punch mate." He bristled at Gold's remark about his brother. "To remove any doubt I suppose I'd be willing to make a mage's oath in front of you all. As I'm sure Mr. Gold knows a mage's oath is binding and can't be faked." He drew a small penknife from a coat pocket and made an incision across his palm. With blood dripping down onto the floor Elias gave a simple chant, "I swear on my power I had nothing to do with what's happened at the square, huius sacramenti vinculo absolvantur." A few seconds after he finished the cut on his hand closed up suddenly. "Told you I was telling the truth, If I had lied that cut wouldn't have healed."

"No I did not." He said calmly. Looking legion in the eyes.

"Do you think I wanted this, any of it? You want to know why I work alone, Because people around me die. I have to do things ordinary people can't because if I don't, countless more lives are lost. To demons this world is full of sheep, and they're the lions. Sometimes it takes another lion to put them down." "Fine" Elias said sharply and walked toward the pony's office.

After the force field closed completely around them, Elias spoke. "Luv, I don't know where you got those ideas but I did not have anything to do with whatever happened. I would NEVER intentionally doom an innocent soul to hell! I KNOW what that does, and it's a fate I'd wish on only a few. I don't summon demons just for kicks, those wankers are super dangerous if contained incorrectly. Sure it may seem a tad hypocritical to claim to fight demons and then turn around to summon one, but my job is a complicated one. Hell has its own hierarchy and rivalries and sometimes I find it beneficial to use those to my advantage. I don't like working with them and I cheat them every chance I get but I do what it takes."

@Driz The cat recoiled from the mare's right hook. He groaned and glanced at Lory, spitting blood and adjusting his jaw as he did so. "You mind telling me what that was for?" He asked Lory.

Elias and Ozzie arrived in the throne room to piles of ashes and the rest of the group looking solem and angry. "What the bloody hell happened here?" Elias asked "And what was that earthquake about anyway?"

"Actually I do have a goal, We need to figure out what exactly happened while our little summoning session was taking place. Once we have all the facts we need to find out who or what caused it. You happy now?" Elias said as they climbed the many staircases to the upper levels.
