It sure is hot and sunny today.
Hopefully it'll be like this at the weekend for when the viewers come to look at the house. It would be nice if they end up being impressed enough to make an offer on the spot. My only concern is that they make an offer that I'm personally happy with, but my brother decides to be an arse. I don't know how many times I've asked him what the exact minimum he would personally be happy to see the place go for. Seriously, it's bloody important that I know what haggle room I have between what we actually want and the full price. Shrugs and contrarian statements about not giving it away is not a bloody answer to my question. Of course we're not going to give the place away. What does he take me for? Just give me a damn figure of the minumum you're happy to see the place go for!
Seriously. My mum used to always praise him as some sort of genius. "Brain like a calculator" She used to say. Perhaps one that has been introduced with a hammer. What Zephyr Breeze is to Fluttershy, my half-brother is to me. Honestly, I can understand why Luna went full Nightmare Moon on her sister.
Selling side of things aside, I really need to look at somehwere to actually live in the event of actually selling and moving. Maybe I should get my own Trixie wagon?
Anyway. Sibling based ranting aside. I hope you are all having a fantasitc day! Tell me what you've been up to if you want. Tell me absolutely everything and don't skip on any of the details.

@Samurai Equine It's already been appraised and on with an estate agent.

@Treeglow Flicker Well then, seems like the appraisal should tell you the price range to go for. No need to get your brother's input or lack there of.

@Samurai Equine I just want the minimum figure for negotiation purposes in the event that the estate agent informs us of any counter offers from viewers, I can just give a straight forward yes or no. Or if a counter offer given is too low, then try and haggle upwards up to the amount we would be happy with.
