I've redone my cutie mark design based on a suggestion by @Kujamih which I think has really improved it by making it a little less busy looking
The overall concept is the same but I think this change is for the better. I'm still gonna tweak it whenever I think of another change and hopefully redo it once I get better at drawing up original designs. For example I would like to have more variety in the sun rays but unfortunately Celestia's are all basically the same

@Kujamih For me it's more about finding something good where others may just see something dark and depressing.
That's a very interesting fact about it meaning a tikbalang is getting married. I am quite interested in folk lore so I should look up if there's more stories about sunshine and rain meaning something.
