  1. "Erm, did I forget to mention Tierk? If so, then Tierk is on the list as well. As for why Grogar is on the list, well we are just trying to account for all possibilities," Starlight explained. She blushed as she tried to rectify her slip-up. "Do you have any further questions?" "Well none of these characters mentioned, including Tierk, should be interacting with any of us or anybody at this school. They are either still in stone or they have their own agreement about avoiding interactions. This was made specifically for you to help you reintegrate after being turned back to life from stone. Interacting with any of the names mentioned, including Tierk, would excessively complicate things, in addition to creating problems for everypony involved. Look, I believe in second changes, and even third chances as well. I wouldn't be where I am today without them, but as headmare of this school, I have an obligation to keep every student and staff member here safe. I hope you understand, " Starlight explained. If Cozy Glow didn't have any further questions, Starlight would collect the agreement once Cozy Glow signed it and then point to the form for personal information for her to fill out. "This form is all the information we need to know for you to attend here as a student. Every applicant here fills it out when they apply, and this form is the same as the ones all the other applicant fills out. It's the usual stuff, like name, age, species, gender, address, etc..." Starlight explained. "Huh. I know Flurry Heart is always mentioning what she is up to. I suppose I'm just wondering what she invited you to do," Starlight elaborated. If Cozy Glow didn't have any questions while filling out the personal information, Starlight would then collect and review it before moving on to the schedule. She would slide a partially filled-out schedule across the desk to Cozy Glow, then pull out a book of classes and open it. "Ok so here's your schedule. I already filled in your required friendship classes, which are the hooves-on classes that this school is known for. We also have requirements in the more traditional subjects, but you have more choices for which class you want to take to fulfill a specific requirement. I know that you have already taken some classes, so some requirements might already be fulfilled. Refer to the book of classes and requirements here. Finally, once all the requirements are filled in, you can complete the rest of your schedule with any class you are interested in. We have a ton of electives here," Starlight explained.
  2. Yeah that sounds good. I'm looking forward to hearing your ideas.
  3. Hmm, here’s what I’m thinking. I think that the two characters should have a kind and gentle yet casual friendship. Not as close as the friendship between Skylight and Twilight, but still kinda close. As for what kind of story to tell, I would be interested in doing some kind of adventure, potentially including Twilight Sparkle as well. Personally, I quite like adventure stories as well, because it gives something to drive the roleplay forward. I would be most interested in an adventure where Skylight can be cute and adorable. I don’t have any specific ideas for what kinds of plots that might be. I wonder if you have any specific ideas for adventure roleplay plots?
  4. "Uh-huh," Starlight replied, unamused that Cozy Glow brought it up. "Though I hope you know, or will learn and understand, why what you did was problematic." Starlight laid out a stack of papers in front of Cozy Glow, along with a pen. "Ok, this packet is an agreement that by attending this school, you won't hurt other students, commit felonies, drain all the magic from Equestria, or start a revolt, a riot, a revolution, or a coup against the school, the princesses, or the elements of harmony. I hope you understand why all of these are crimes," Starlight explained as she spun her forehoof unamusedly. "However, also note that we don't want you interacting with Discord, Grogar, Sombra, or Chrysalis while attending this school. Finally, you are not allowed to steal Twilight's friends. Any violations of these could get you expelled from the school. Make sure you understand it fully before signing. If not, ask me to clarify." "This packet of forms is for you to fill in with your personal information. This form is everything we need to know about you in order for you to be a student here. So just fill that out. It's all the usual stuff, you know, name, age, address, parental information, health information, etc..." "This is your class schedule. Once you have completed the other two parts, I will help you create your schedule. Some classes are requirements, but for a lot of classes, you can choose what you want to take. I will elaborate on it once we get there." "Finally, once everything else is satisfied, I will give you these saddlebags, which contain the basic school supplies for here," Starligh explained, pointing to each of the papers as she went. She finished by pointing to a pair of saddlebags with the School of Friendship emblem as its buckle. "Really? What activities are those?" Starlight asked, glancing at Cozy Glow interestedly.
  5. I am a little bit stuck on where to go from here. IMO I feel like it would be a little weird to roleplay the characters roleplaying. IDK, what do you think?
  6. Dusk’s laugh caused Skylight to smile in reply. “Yeah I feel like they are kind ponies. Though that makes me wonder, how you say you have a connection with Princess Luna, but what’s your connection with Princess Celestia like?” Skylight asked. “Aww thanks, and you are as well!” Skylight replied. She would embrace the hug for a few moments longer before slowly letting go. However, the smile remained on her face. “Ooh, we could do a princess tea party with plushies, or we pretend we are princesses going on some crazy adventure, or we could play party pack games!” Skylight would suggest numerous ideas for things they could do. Whichever idea the three of them agreed on, Skylight would embrace the light hearted fun of the activity.
  7. "I guess we could do that," Luster Dawn sighed. It seemed she wasn't enthusiastic about the idea. "Alright, here's what we're going to do. I'm going to lead you to Headmare Starlight's office so she can get you registered. While you are getting everything sorted out there, I will inform the students and the staff here about you joining," Twilight explained. "Oh, can I help you? Maybe we can split up the explaining. I can explain to the students, and you can explain to the staff since this school is so large," Flurry Heart chimed in. "That sounds like a plan," Twilight answered Flurry before turning to Cozy Glow. "Any comments, questions, objections? If not, let's go." "Looks like I'm not needed here. I'm just gonna study here unless somebody kicks me out..." Luster said, sitting down at the teacher's desk and pulling out her study materials with a flash of magic. Unless Cozy Glow had something else to say, Twilight would lead the way to Headmare Starlight's office while Flurry Heart split off to talk to students. As the pair made their way through the halls once more, there would be more staring and whispering as the students saw Cozy Glow pass by. "Twilight!" Starlight greeted with excitement as Twilight entered through the door. The pair hugged each other before Starlight continued. "Back so soon?" "Yeah, so it turns out Cozy Glow wants to reapply to our school. I think we should get Sunburst here so we can discuss things between the three of us." With a flash of magic, Sunburst appeared, and a sound-blocking magic bubble appeared around the three of them before they started talking. Cozy Glow wouldn't be able to hear what they were talking about, but she could tell that they were talking from seeing their mouths move. If Cozy Glow looked around the office during that time, she would notice that it was primarily composed of pastel purples. Large windows lined one side of the room, and on the opposite side were several bookshelves. There were plenty of potted plants placed throughout the room and several kites hung from the ceiling. After several minutes of what appeared to be back and forth, the trio nodded together. Sunburst teleported away with a flash of magic, and the bubble dissipated. After that, Twilight would leave the office while Starlight gestured to Cozy Glow to take a seat at her desk. "Hello Cozy Glow, let's get you registered. What do you hope to learn here?" Starlight asked as she pulled out tons of papers using her magic. She gave Cozy a gentle yet slightly nervous smile.
  8. "I go to the School of Friendship!" Flurry Heart exclaimed. "If you join, then we can be classmates and friends! And we can do all kinds of interesting activities together! Like zip-lining!" Flurry Heart exclaimed. "So, would you be interested in joining?" Flurry Heart asked, glancing at Cozy Glow eagerly. Luster Dawn rolled her eyes at this when Twilight wasn't looking. "Well I don't go to the School of Friendship. I go to..." Luster Dawn paused to puff her chest out with pride "...Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. Only that school teaches the most advanced magic, science, and technology," Luster Dawn boasted. "Show off..." Flurry Heart mumbled under her breath. "Flurry, Luster, I know that you both go to different schools, and both of you think your school is better, but please don't fight about this. I love both schools, and I love both of you," Twilight said to her two pupils. She then turned her attention to Cozy Glow. "Yes, it is true that my two pupils here go to two different schools, with Flurry going to the School of Friendship, and Luster going to Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns," she replied, pointing at her two pupils sitting beside her with her two wings. "They think they are subtle when they try to fight each other over various things like this without me noticing. I notice. I just try to not let it upset me." "But back to you, Cozy. You wouldn't be able to apply to Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, but you can reapply to the School of Friendship. However, I didn't bring the option up to you right away because the students here would know about you and your history. I think that there is an important friendship lesson to keep in mind when deciding to apply here. In fact, consider it your first one, from me to you. Here is a notebook and a pencil," Twilight said as she pulled out a notebook and pencil with the School of Friendship emblem from the supplies drawer and handed it to Cozy Glow. "Students at the School of Friendship are going to be aware of you and what you did. We are not going to change what we teach here if you choose to attend because we must always strive to be objective and transparent. While we will intervene if any student harasses or bullies another student, it is up to the other students to decide whether they forgive or trust you. Some students will choose to never forgive you for what you did. Other students will forgive you, but won't trust you. Others still will forgive you and trust you. In order for other students to trust you, they must first forgive you, both of these are dependent on what you do and how they view you. Should you choose to reapply to the school, I can give the other students a speech. However, what you do matters a lot more than what I say. Keep this in mind as you decide what you do here," Twilight explained to Cozy Glow.
  9. Skylight giggled as she gladly accepted the napkin from Dusk. While she could wipe the tomato remains off of her face, the smile remained. "Oh my, that sounds... dramatic," Skylight replied. Skylight thought for a moment before replying with a small smile. "I'll consider it. As long as the royal sisters don't turn me to stone for doing so. Or banish me to the moon. Or turn me to stone and then banish me to the moon." Upon seeing the invitation, Skylight would eagerly and excitedly Dusk, wrapping her forelegs and wings around the other alicorn. "It's so nice to see you back," she exclaimed. "Yeah there's all kinds of fun things I'm into. What do you want to do?" Skylight asked.
  10. @Illiad Easle “Well um, I’m pretty sure they do have archery in Canterlot, but I never really looked into it there? They don’t really have fishing though.” Speckle replied, making a vague gesture with her forehooves. “That’s kind of cool that archery is from the pegasi though.” Speckle nodded in excitement at the idea. “Yeah I would love to try that!” She exclaimed. “Though I do wonder something. When it’s harder to see the branches, do you use echolocation to know where they are, or are you able to fly just fine just by seeing them?” Speckle asked. “Ooh, what’s that? It sounds fun!” Speckle asked, this thestral’s suggestion having peaked her interest. Speckle would ask a few questions to clarify any rules as the game was being explained to her. Once she understood, she would express her interest in playing the game as a hunter.
  11. "Electricity comes from hydroelectric dams. You know the rivers you see flowing down Canterlot Mountain in addition to various other locations? By building a dam along the river, you can control the flow and store the water as potential energy. To turn this potential energy into electricity, it is directed through a channel in the dam that you can control. In the channel, there is a turbine that the water spins, which converts its kinetic energy into electrical energy," Twilight explained. "Hmm, I don't know who specifically, but I suspect anypony or other creature that is willing to give you another chance?" Twilight suggested. "Before I answer that, let's find someplace a little more private," Twilight replied. She glanced around the campus, and upon seeing an empty classroom, she led the way towards it. Once the group was inside and Twilight closed the door for privacy, she continued. "Well when you asked to take a look around here, did you just want to take a look around, or did you intend on reapplying to our school?" Twilight asked. "Because your intention here would affect my explanation to others," Twilight explained.
  12. Skylight gasped in surprise and excitement as Dusk suddenly reappeared right where she had left. "Yay, Dusk, you're back!" She went to hug Dusk before abruptly pausing as she suddenly remembered something. "Uuh, Dusk, do you like hugs? Twilight and I love hugs, but I want to make sure it's ok with you before I give you one," She asked, her face shifting to a cautious expression. "It's nice to have you back," Twilight replied as she refilled her teacup from the pot. "Wait, you were summoned by the royal sisters because they were fighting over pastries?" Skylight tried and failed to stifle a laugh. "It sounds like they are really possessive of their pastries. Tough what's a moonberry tart? I don't think I have heard of that before?" "...Hiding vegetables?" Twilight and Skylight asked, glancing at Dusk in confusion. "I mean, I know I was talking about magical asparagus, but hiding vegetables could be fun as well!" Skylight exclaimed. "How would that game work? Ooh, what if I like shout the name of a vegetable and point at where I want it to hide? Like this? Tomato!" Skyllight shouted in excitement as she pointed at the chandelier above them. A tomato appeared in the light fixture, and then, in cartoon humour, it fell, impaling on Skylight's horn. This caused Skylight to break out in laughter as a bit of tomato juice ran down her face. "Or maybe it's like hide and seek with vegetables, where we take turns hiding vegetables and trying to find them?" Twilight nodded with a smile. "It's basically playing pretend, where the game and its rules are made up as we go along. Sometimes we use our alicorn magic to make things more interesting though. I find it a really nice way to unwind," Twilight explained.
  13. Twilight nodded in reply. "Yes, that is a trolleybus, and the vehicle takes energy in the form of electricity from the wires above. You might have noticed wires above the tracks of the train we were on, as well as for the tram in Canterlot. It's a pretty similar situation here," Twilight explained, pointing to the trolleybus. The other three glanced over to where Cozy Glow was pointing. However, by then, the pony was long gone. "Hmm, that sounds like Pinkie Pie. It appears she is no longer there, so I'm not sure what happened though. I suspect that she is going to try and throw a party for you," Twilight explained. "Ugh, I hate parties..." Luster Dawn muttered under her breath. "Well you're with us, so as long as you don't start some trouble, you should be fine," Flurry Heart explained. It didn’t take long for the group to walk to the School of Friendship. Glancing around, the campus appeared to have grown significantly as well. The campus had much more buildings than before, and they perfectly matched the theme of the buildings from before. There were lots of students of all different species and races hanging around in the campus courtyard, chatting with each other and participating in various student activities. Unfortunately it seemed that the groups that noticed Cozy Glow quickly made her the focus of their conversation. “…Is that who I think it is?” “…What is she doing here?” “Why is she with Headmare Twilight? Do you think she is being given a second chance at the school?” ”I hope she doesn’t try to do something totally evil like drain magic from Equestria or take over Equestria or manipulate others…” ”Oh no, she’s not going to steal all of Headmare Twilight’s friends, is she?!” The students whispered to each other. While Cozy Glow would probably have trouble trying to pick out individual conversations among the crowd of students, she would notice the not-so-subtle glances and hoof pointing when the students thought she wasn’t looking.
  14. Skylight pouted. "Going so soon?" she asked. "We were just getting to know each other. But uh, what Celestia wants from you must be super important for you to go. See you next time, I suppose," she replied with a sigh. She seemed to deflate as she said this, the excitement that had been gradually building up until now dissipating in a moment's notice. A minute after Dusk Haven disappeared with a shimmer of magic, Twilight returned with a tray of sandwiches, scones, and pastries to continue the afternoon tea. "Ok I'm back- Where's Dusk Haven?" She glanced around the room in surprise and confusion. "She had to leave. It felt like I was just getting to know her as well. I hope I will have a chance to see her again sometime soon. It's nice to see you back though. It was also really nice of you to arrange this, Twilight. You are the best friend anypony could ask for," Skylight replied. It was clear she was a little upset at Dusk's sudden departure, but the presence of her best friend had a way of cheering her up. She would let Twilight set the tray down before hugging her.
  15. "Perhaps we could if she is available. She might even be in Ponyville right now. I know she is often quite busy in the Wonderbolts though," Twilight replied. As she said this, the train gradually began to slow down as Ponyville approached in the distance. Twilight nodded. "When I had decided to take you two in as my personal pupils, I had hoped that you two would learn about science, magic, technology, and friendship. I had hoped that the three of us would form bonds with each other as we explored the frontiers of various subjects and fields. These studies and bonds made me who I am today, and I hope you two can see how it can benefit both of you as well," Twilight replied. She made gestures with her forehooves and wings to emphasize her heartfelt conversation with Flurry Heart and Luster Dawn. Luster Dawn sighed. "I suppose that is true. I'll give it a try, Princess Twilight," she replied. "I think you are a great friend and mentor!" Flurry Heart said with a smile as she nuzzled Twilight. "Yeah, but I heard you aren't taking your studies seriously," Twilight replied as she booped Flurry Heart on the nose. "Yes, Princess Twilight, I'll try to do better," Flurry Heart replied, her smile weakening as she nodded. "Well we're here in Ponyville now," Twilight pointed out as she got up. By then, the train had come to a complete stop, and the doors opened as the group got up and off the train. Glancing around Ponyville, it had changed quite a bit since Cozy Glow had last seen it. For one, the train station that they were now in was larger and more modern than the last time she had seen it. Not only that, but Ponyville had grown quite significantly as well. Where there were once thatched roofs on two-story homes, there now stood tile roofs on three or four-story homes. The streets were now paved, and there was even a trolleybus parked in front of the train station. In addition, there were quite a few more ponies walking around on the streets. A pink one seemed to notice the group, and she jumped up as she gasped in surprise before darting off. "So, Cozy, what do you want to do first? I think you wanted to see the School of Friendship? Or did you want to see the ponies you mentioned first?" Twilight asked.
  16. "I suppose as long as we don't disturb their work, then it should be fine," Twilight thought out loud. After giving a quick glance at the other two, she would then lead the way back into the hive. It didn't take long before the group stumbled onto a construction site in the hive. The site was sectioned off with a small fence and a sign marking it as under construction. It was quiet as work had stopped for the night. However, it appeared that much progress still needed to be made. The site was cleared of any rubble and prepared for construction, but it seemed that no substantial building work had begun. That was despite the fact that numerous materials were piled up and plans had been laid out at the site. Glancing at the site, Twilight noted "It looks like this is the problem that Thorax was pointing out earlier. You can see how there are numerous materials and numerous all laid out there. However, the changelings cannot start construction until they agree on a plan," Twilight pointed out. "Indeed," Skylight nodded. "I hope that the changelings are able to sort out any issues that would prevent them from rebuilding their hive. Though I hope that the advice we provided them earlier today would help."
  17. I see. I hope you're ok and that we can stay friends. I also hope that the issues you have can be sorted out. I quite liked the roleplay we had going as well.
  18. It sounds like your reply is intended to be the ending of the RP? If so, that's fine. Just let me know what you want to do.
  19. I would love to be able to write to Princess Twilight. She is my favourite princess.
  20. Skylight nodded in reply as she relaxed. "Yeah, that is definitely true." She would pour herself some more tea from the teapot before taking another sip. This remark seemed to remind Skylight of something, and her eyes seemed to light up in curiosity as she asked, "Wait a minute, does that mean you were friends with Princess Lna before she got banished to the moon? And then you reconnected with her once she returned? If so, what was that like?" Skylight asked, glancing at Dusk curiously. Skylight paused to think for a moment, carefully considering her options. "Well, we could play Dragon Pit. When Twilight and I play, she uses her super powerful alicorn magic to make the game much more immersive and fun! ...Or we could make this tea time a princess tea party with tierras and plushies... Or, well, this is less of a game, but we could play Magic Asperegus..." Skylight thought out loud.
  21. Twilight would ponder for a moment before replying. "Hmm, exciting plans? Well, I know Rainbow Dash and the other Wonderbolts will be performing in Canterlot soon. It's always exciting to see a Wonderbolts event, even if I have seen it many times before. Pinkie Pie is always throwing parties, to which I'm always invited. Those are exciting as well, even if they can be quite exhausting. I also got some quite exciting research. Finally, while it isn't the most exciting, it's always nice to cuddle up with a good book. Those are some of the things I am interested in. What about you two, Flurry and Luster?" Twilight would gently nudge her two pupils with her wings. "Hmm, exciting plans? Well there's always something exciting going on! We could go flying with Rainbow Dash, or partying with Pinkie Pie, or scuba diving with Sandbar, or skiing with Double Diamond! There are like so many different cool and exciting things to do every day!" Flurry Heart would exclaim. "What would you be interested in doing?" Flurry would ask Cozy. If Cozy glanced over at Luster Dawn when Flurry was talking and Twilight wasn't looking, Luster would roll her eyes in disgust and disinterest. After another prompt from Twilight, Luster Dawn would reply, "I don't really do exciting things. I want to do my research on science, technology, and magic. Exciting things just distract from that," Luster frowned.
  22. @Illiad Easle Speckle woud follow Starlight as she observed her surroundings with wide eyed wonder. To her, it was interesting to see the similarities and differences between this and Nova's colony. "Ooh, you have archry and fishing as well? What's that like?" Speckle asked, noticing the signs. Speckle would obvserve the course carefully from the ground. She would note how the course was meant to help fliers get familiar with flying through trees while being more forgiving of any mistakes. She made a mental map in her mind of how to fly the course as the trio made their way up to the starting platform. "I would prefer to be in the middle, so one of you is ahead of me, and the other is behind. I'm not sure which one of you would prefer which role though?" Speckle asked. She would let Starlight and Nova sort out who goes where between the two of them. Once the trio was ready, she would go a few moments after the first thestral went. At first, she flew a little slowly, but as she wove through the first few branches, she started to speed up as she gained confidence. While flying through the forest had its differences, her instincts from flying through the narrow streets of Thestral Market kicked in. Her wings flapped with precise control, expertly maneuvering around obstacles as they came up using her fast reaction time. She did note some differences though. She found herself changing how high she flew more frequently than her flights in Thestral Market. In addition, the branches tended to blend in more than the buildings in Thestral Market, but the contrasting colours of the padding around the obstacles helped. She wondered if thestrals used echolocation when doing this. It probably would help with the branches blending in. "Hey this is fun! It's kinda like my flights through Canterlot back at home!" she exclaimed when she caught up with the thestral in front of her.
  23. It seemed like the four ponies had barely gotten settled in their seats when they heard the doors shut, and then the train started moving. Unlike the steam trains of old, the train the group was riding was so smooth and quiet they could hardly tell they were moving unless they looked out the window. Within a few seconds, the train had left the underground platform behind as it made its way through a tunnel in Canterlot Mountain. Luster Dawn nodded in response to Cozy's reply. "For me, there is excitement in the discovery of something new. It is interesting to discover and understand new things. In addition, I want to do things that help all of pony society. Look at all the changes that have occurred. I want to make my mark and be a part of these changes. Finally, this is what my mentor Princess Twilight does. I want to be just like her," Luster Dawn replied. This got Twilight to respond with a nervous smile. "Luster, you don't need to address me as a princess. This isn't a formal setting," Twilight replied, waving a hoof dismissively. "Ok, but I still think you're the best at everything, and I still want to be just like you," Luster Dawn rebutted. "Oh, I don't do all the research myself. There is both significant depth and breadth to the numerous fields within magic, science, and technology. One could dedicate an entire lifetime to advancing just a small part of one of these fields, even accounting for the much longer lifespans of ponies these days. There are a few specific fields I focus on, but I know friends in a wide array of fields. There also are some ponies that work directly with me, like Luster here," Twilight explained. As the group chatted, the high speed train flew out of the tunnel and onto a viaduct on its way towards Ponyville. If one looked to one side of the window, they could see Canterlot Mountain quickly moving away, and in the other direction, they could potentially see Ponyville in the distance. Around the same time, the conductor had arrived at their car. "Tickets! Tickets please!" he announced. "Oh you got four rail passes for everypony in your group," he observed as Twilight pulled out four tickets, one for each pony in the group. "Ok. You're all set. Ponyville's the next stop in fifteen minutes." He finished before continuing his way down the car. "Yeah I try to find things that the three of us like doing together, but they aren't exactly common," Twilight replied with a nervous smile as she rubbed a forehoof against the back of her head. "I don't know. I'm not really into what she is into," Flurry and Luster said at the same time. "She's too studious, and she only cares about books and research," Flurry Heart complained. "She's loud. And annoying! She doesn't take her studies seriously, and she's always dragging me along with her for her crazy activities. Like for the last time, I don't wanna go bungee trampolining with you, Flurry!" Luster Dawn accused. Flurry Heart gasped. "You take that back!" she shouted as the two started bickering. "Girls. Girls!" Twilight shouted. A magical sound-insulating bubble appeared around their four seats as another magic spell covered Luster's and Flurry's mouths. "Look, I get that you two don't share many interests, but could we not start an argument over this? You two are my very talented pupils, and it upsets me seeing you two fight," Twilight tried to mediate. “Sorry Princess Twilight, I will try not to start an argument,” Flurry and Luster each individually apologized. However, the pair refused to talk to each other and they turned to face away from each other.
  24. Skylight rested her teacup on the saucer on the table in response. "Yeah, that's definitely true," she nodded in reply. Skylight's face wavered a little. "Well it's less somepony specific, and more like societal expectations, you know?" Skylight explained. "It sounds similar to what you say you do though? I recall you said earlier you help ponies when the world asks too much from them they forget who they are?" "Oh wow. I- I would not have guessed that at first. Not that that is a bad thing though!" Skylight was quickly added with a nervous laugh. "Well that would probably be Twilight. And while I do admire her a lot, I do acknowledge her flaws. Though I am a bit confused when you said that real things are rarely gentle. While things can be tough when we are confronting each other's flaws, I feel like a large majority of the time, we are very gentle with each other. Yet it still feels really real?" Skylight explained. Skylight nodded in reply. "Yeah I'm really glad I met you as well," she replied with a smile. "It was mostly Twilight and Pinkie Pie. While Twilight is my closest friend, Pinkie Pie was arguably the pony who helped me the most through this. And while I had joined plenty of Pinkie's parties, it was Twilight that introduced me to her. Pinkie Pie was able to help a lot through her own experience," Skylight explained. "Are you just saying that because you're playing against somepony who plays like a little filly?" Skylight asked, raising an eyebrow with a cheeky smile. "I think Twilight has some time. Perhaps we could do something fun between the three of us," Skylight suggested.
  25. For the first time, Luster Dawn looked impressed. "I suppose we do have some things in common. Though, why do you study science, magic and technology? What do you hope to do with it?" Luster asked, raising an eyebrow at Cozy Glow. "He's doing good. He loves sea turtles, surfing, and scuba diving, so he spends quite a bit of time with Fluttershy to learn about taking care of sea animals. He's also a friend of Flurry Heart. He might be available to meet you in Ponyville if you want," Twilight replied as the group made their way through Canterlot Union Station. Canterlot could best be described as a bustling cosmopolitan city of opulence, and the city's main train station reflected that. With a towering concourse, it felt spacious despite how crowded it was. Like the rest of the city, the station was built with white, marble-like stone with gold accents, in addition to a giant skylight to let in as much sunlight as possible. The station was packed with ponies going every which way, and the sound of hooves and ponies talking filled the air. Luxury stores lined the concourse, selling everything from high-end fashion and jewelry to restaurants with three-hoof ratings. There were plenty of fountains (just without the statues on top), and large sections of perfectly manicured plants and flowers filled the air with a flowery smell. Large displays of colourful glass artwork could be seen both on the floor and hanging from the ceiling, and a large departure board mechanically flipped its letters with every train arrival and departure. Twilight took a quick glance at the departure board to confirm the track number before heading down the stairs of the correct platform. Waiting for them at the underground platform was a sleek and modern train unlike anything Cozy Glow had seen before. Twilight would lead the rest of the group onto the train and then take a seat by the section where the pairs of seats faced each other. Like the outside of the train, the inside was also unlike anything that Cozy Glow saw before. Once the four ponies got settled in their seats, Flurry Heart would continue from where she left off.
