    Hasn't it been crazy? Here in Indiana we're under an extreme drought. The water company in Indianapolis is trying to get the water company in my town (Carmel Utilties) to put in a lawn watering ban since a few thousand customers here (around 5,000) are served by the Indianapolis water company, so just to be in sync with everything. I'm on the Carmel Utilities bandwagon so we don't have a ban yet. Carmel said they could handle it because of a new $23mil water pump and filter. What about where you live?

    Been meaning to get to do that, but Unwind has been a hassle. Arch changed the setup of the install media, delaying the release of Unwind.

    I have no opinion on the current Nick, as the last cable/satelite provider I had (DISH Network) was horrible and our box eventually broke, so we decided to cancel it. Old Nick however..... awesome, I guess .

    Who here uses Linux? I am a moderate Linux user. I am making a Linux distro at the moment, debating on whether to use Arch or Gentoo for a base. Which window manager should I use I wonder? Was thinking XFCE, but maybe not.

    Lesson learned. Gentoo is the absolute worst Linux distro to work with.

      Disagreed. That title is reserved for Ubuntu (+Unity). Gentoo's actually rather nice once you set it up, though I think more people prefer Arch for their Linux guru-only-distro needs.

      Yeah, you're right. At least I'm not going off Debian. Everyone uses Debian for their distro.

      I use Fedora (16, not going to 17 yet) and (for my non-linux needs) DragonflyBSD and Win7 ^_^ I'm not a huge fan of Debian and Debian-based distros, they just don't get updated often enough for my liking. Plus, Debian is a bit boring in my opinion :P

    Hi, I'm DeveloperPony. I'm not a full-blown "brony" or whatever term you want to use but I do enjoy the show and watch it the chances I get. I am 16 years old, and my interests include open source software, internet, anime/manga and computers. I went to another site under a different name, and you know who I am if you went to that site also. As my username suggests, I am a computer developer. I am currently working on a Linux distribution called Unwind Linux which should be out in August. Anyways, hey everyone!
