I prefer mostly the classic stuff when it comes to hot dogs. I don't put anything major on them, either just ketchup or BBQ sauce. BBQ is preferred, that stuff on hot dogs is delicious. <3

Pretty much all of my time is free time. I cannot work or drive so I am at home the vast majority of the time. So I try to supplement that with my signatures and other things. I do like to go on walks as well, but most of my time is spend in my room.

Video games are an ocean of all sorts of different visual styles, but as well as visual styles, many games have tons of different kinds of sound design too. With all of those different types, each game can have its own variety of wonderful sound effects that can add to the atmosphere of a game or just be wonderfully iconic.

So, today's gaming question is this: What are YOUR favorite sound effects in all of gaming?

For me, the Zelda 'acquiring new item' sound effect is music to my ears.

I also think Minecraft has some of the best sound effects ever. The sound of mining stone, the sound of picking up mined materials, the game has so many great sounds. <3

I have always thought this as well and you know what, I think it is true. One common thing I always hear is how the morals in this show are just for kids. I disagree entirely. A lot of the morals in the show are things like, being kind to others, being a good friend, don't be arrogant, things like that. Question: Why can't adults get something from this as well? I don't know about anyone else here, but I have seen plenty of adults that are pretty shitty people and could take a lesson or two from this show on how to be a better friend, on how to be someone more kind. Sometimes, even if one knows these things already, we may need a little reminder. Both kids and adults can get something out of what this show teaches, that is what I think.

1. Zephyr Breeze: A completely unlikable steretype that has zero redeeming qualities. Never want to see him again.

2. The Wonderbolts. Considering their behavior as of late and Newbie Dash being the final straw for me, I honestly wouldn't care if they never showed up again. I know they will despite that.

3. Starlight Glimmer. A character that has a stupid backstory, is insanely overpowered and at this point, not exactly friendly or well developed, yet she will be the main star of the finale. Meh.

I have another update for you all! I have added 3 new signatures to the collection! Starting off we have a new signature for Lightning Dust, one that I have been meaning to make for a long time. This is version 2 for her. Next we have a new DJ PON3 siggy. This one is for the crystal pony subset. Finally, we have a new character, Gabby! I have added a siggy for her as well. All of these of course have standard and donor variants.

I dislike the term 'tomboy' just like how I dislike the term 'feminine male'. As others have said, Pinkie is just who she is. No title or label needed.

As gaming has advanced throughout the years, the technology has gotten better and better. With better technology, comes increased visual fidelity. With increased visual fidelity, comes the Bit Wars of the 90's. XD Still, each system in gaming has had their fair share of games that show of their graphical prowess. Even if the game wasn't good, if the graphics were top notch, it can still leave a huge impression.

So what I am asking today is this: For any game system ever, what are some games that you think were visually impressive for that particular system? Can be for any game console ever so have at it! This will be fun to see the answers.

I personally always thought that the Donkey Kong Country series on the SNES did an amazing job at showing what the SNES could do, with its silicone graphics that looked incredible for the time and its scrolling.

With how toxic the YouTube community is in general, I just don't see this working as well as they hope. I mean, I can see the positives to this system if it worked well, but we all know that this has the recipes to be a disaster waiting to happen. Could this system be easily abused? Only time will tell I guess. Sounds like a 'moderators for hire' kind of deal.

Derpy and Thorax for sure. Derpy is, well, Derpy, I can't NOT pick her! Thorax is amazing because he is a changeling that I absolutely love. His voice is wonderful and he is just cute. <3 Also opens up so many doors for the changelings themselves.

Only if they mix him up a bit. He was a tad too predictable in the episode and he sorta was a literal one-trick pony. Sure, he could be a pretty conniving villain type character but it would be neat to see it be done in a different way. 

I am quite fond of the 'Hey, everypony, love this plushie to the DEATH!' spell. XD Always found that one to be hilarious. It would be funny to see the spell return but this time have Starlight cast it because maybe she doesn't feel loved enough or something.

The Wnderbolts being as horrible as they are was something that I really hoped would be solved in Newbie Dash, perhaps her showing them humility which is what she should have learned over the entire show. All of that was thrown out the window and instead we got the Wonderbolts being horrible and technically being applauded for doing so.

At this point, I wouldn't mind the Wonderbolts completely disappearing for a while. I want to see a reboot of the idea because at this point, I kinda hate them and I hate the fact that I hate them, if that makes sense. Take them off for a bit if possible, bring them back a bit more friendly. They can still be cocky but give us something to like.

'Pinkie Pride' was an episode that I was constantly thinking about after it aired. The songs and the overall tone of it really stuck with me for a long time. Can't believe it has been over 2 years ago.

'Tanks for the Memories' is another one, mostly because of how sad the episode was and its subject. Now the episode hits really close to home and I don't think I will ever forget it.

'The Times They Are A Changeling' is a recent one that stays with me, mostly because of how awesome Thorax is. <3

My mood has been all over the place today and I have been scattered. That all has added up to me feeling really down right now. I hate feeling this way because is affects my enjoyment of things I like to do.

Eyedol and Gargos, from Killer Instinct 1 and 2 respectively. Both are terribly designed, boring to fight, use the same combos over and over again (which you can barely block), can use a 4 hit combo to drain half of your health and on top of all of that, they can regenerate health. These two bosses are perfect examples to how badly those two games have aged.

The internet is a rather weird place. Memes are things that are constantly changing in popularity, constantly being regurgitated by people and there could be a new meme for literally anything. With so many memes, near countless, on the internet, some can be funny, others are probably horrible to some people and not funny in the slightest for whatever reason.

So what are the worst internet memes to you? Could be for any reason. Also let's not get into any debates about why a meme should be funny or not. It is all opinion-based.

The meme that has inspired this thread for me is Harambe. Basically I do not understand why this one is even remotely funny. I know a lot of memes are just random and usually based on different events and such, but I don't know, this is one that just irritates me.

I agree with this, ESPECIALLY for horror movies. Literally every horror movie trailer is the same now. Show glimpses of the threat, have jumpscare noises and loud screams and an intense sequence where scenes are fading in and out with loud booms and stuff. It is soooooooooooooo tiring at this point. Why can't there be a trailer like the one for the original Blair Witch Project? That trailer was basically perfect for the genre. Filled with mystery, dread and it made you wonder the entire time. Loved it.

It is a shame that the new reboot/sequel movie basically went the modern horror trailer trope.

Ah the history Channel. This started to happened years ago actually. I remember that my dad used to watch the history channel all the time and I even found it quite interesting to listen to, because they would actually go into some really cool subjects. Then they went the way of MTV and started to do nothing but reality TV and stuff having almost nothing to do with their subject. Sure, some shows like Pawn Stars try to pretend that they have to do with history but it is the reality show part of it all that takes center stage. I personally find those shows to be awful.

My only explanation for this is the huge push in reality television years ago. That was a sad and dark time in television. Ironically it is around the same time I stopped watching TV altogether. The History Channel was a massive fall from grace.

Kyoshi is basically a no-party pony. Not because he isn't fun or anything, but because he just doesn't like big get-togethers with lots of other ponies. When everything gets crowded, the stress rises. XD

I have a classical vertical fridge. Never owned a horizontal one but I have always wanted one because they always seem really fancy. :3

Spike is still Twilight's best assistant. He has helped so much already this season and he has even helped Twilight's first student. Having the title of #1 assistant isn't a negative especially whne you are the best assistant flor the princess of friendship. The whole 'best assistant' has been perfectly on display this season. Personally, I am happy with that.
