If I hadn't skipped ahead and checked the spoiler you would of had me fooled until I finished the story, but I jumped the gun. And it almost sounded like something from a movie. I say It is a well done troll post. My hat's off to you, that is, if I was wearing a hat.

Well, I'll be damn. I read the whole thing feeling sympathy, but I guess when your getting trolled the sympathy almost wears off. I guess people are going to say that Batman brings bat snacks with him.

An experimental political perspective piece I did about a conformist world. It represents the lack of free speech that removes one's individuality. It's black and white to show the lack of variation in the lives of individuals under such a system.

I thought that some of the metaphysical imagery was really particularly effective. Interesting rhythmic devices too; that counterpoint the surrealism of the underlying metaphor of the humanity of the of the poet's compassionate soul and one is left with a profound and vivid insight into whatever it was this drawing was about!

I'll be honest with you. Your chances of finding her are pretty slim. But maybe try hiring a detective if you can afford it? That might help.

I'm going out on a limb here, but do you think it might have something to do with her being the quasi-immortal deity of a fictional ponyverse?

I think they're waiting to release the next Half Life on the next Source engine. That's been their trend in the past; a new Half Life game is released with each iteration of Source. 

Hopefully that doesn't mean it will be a bug-ridden mess though.

Most people don't know it, but my friend has a pretty fucked up past and I think it finally caught up with her. She's got this psychotic younger sister that absolutely hates her guts. I only mention this because she showed up at the party tonight and said some threats that leads me to believe she has something to do with it.

So anyway, the only way to stop her younger sister is by using these artifacts called the Elements of Harmony, but we have no idea where to find them or if they even still exist.

I wouldn't mind bringing slightly more mature and complex themes into the show, but it needs be done with caution and in such a way that it doesn't make the show less accessible for the primary demographic.

A lot of people seem to underestimate young girls. They can handle it.

I'd love it if the show had a bit more respect for the audience. We're not complete idiots!

So Netflix made a post about Friendship is Magic a little while ago and for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to read the comments section.

There was a deleted comment that said kill yourself. The amount of vitrol we get as a community is insane.

It saddens me knowing that there are people like this; people with hate that is immediate and unquestioning. But I find comfort in knowing that they are scattered and disorganized; that their hate is irrational and illogical. I see them, but then I remember all of you. Your kindness and acceptance. Your friendship and support. And you know what?

It's worth it. 

I'm glad that it's just a stand alone thing instead of a fully fledged television show.

PS: Turns out, this will be direct to dvd instead of the theaters!

Did you try refreshing the page? Sometimes it doesn't start giffing until the page has been refreshed. Also, is the file saved as a gif? The default for photoshop is often a .png.

I've got all summer to do these, so I'm pretty excited. It's the first summer I'm not living at home, so I can do pretty much whatever I want all the time now.

What do you mean? Nobody is stopping you from playing classical Xbox games on the older consoles if that is what you end up choosing to do.

I'm talking about playing Halo 5 and whatever the next Gears is called. My brother, Conbon, has a 360 on which I play the exclusives when then come out when I visit over breaks and stuff. He, in turn gets to play the PS3 exlusives on my console when they come out. It's a nice symbiosis we've got going on.

However, he may not want to get the new xbox because the features and fees associated with it are looking pretty dumb, and I don't blame him. I was actually looking into getting an xbox instead of a PS4, but not anymore.

Does it really matter that the next Xbox's live subscription will be $15?

Yes. That's double what you are paying now, and this would be a locked in contract with early termination fees.

First there's the always on DRM, now this. Microsoft is really shooting itself in the foot right out of the gate if this is true.

Which, according to its previous track history, it probably is. We'll find out May 21st.

I really miss Halo and Gears, but it looks like I won't be seeing them anytime soon. :/

If you don't mind me asking, how did you create this art? I'm confident in my base drawing talent, but by the time it's been scanned and I have to color it and "ink" it, it looks like unmitigated butt.

I drew it by hand, then took a picture of it with my phone camera. After that I emailed it to myself, then downloaded it to my desktop. Then I loaded it in Adobe Illustrator, where I used the image scan function to vectorize it. After that I sent it to Photoshop, where I cleaned it up and colored it.

I LOVE that outfit. It definitely has a Sun-feeling to it. I can't wait to see your Luna one.   Oh, and are you going to do one for Cadence? :3

Celestia's: I like how it turned out. Wish I could've figured out how to make parts of it look metallic. 

Luna's: It took me forever to get the colors right on this one. Apparently dark blue doesn't really like the other colors very much.

I'm happy with the final product though.

As Friendship is Magic continues to grow, it's only natural that the background characters we know and love will start to get more screen time. But who should voice them?
