I agree with you. I believe a lot of software that isn't 'free software' should be. However I won't discontinue use of a software if it isn't foss.
I think one of the things that should really be exempt from being foss would be video games or other programs SOLELY for entertainment purposes.
Scrap that I forgot what I was talking about. I think foss games are good but I don't mind it as much when they aren't as opposed to other software (which I don't really mind at all but that's a different story). Like with Valve games, a very small amount of it is open source, but the engine is designed in a way that allows people to make their own mods of the game and skins etc and the company is nice enough to give out their own dev tools (hammer, source film maker, etc) but it doesn't really bother me if a game company doesn't do this unless the game had a lot of potential for mods. Well I think I went off topic enough.
Actually, I agree. In some cases with Indie Games, it is very useful to share some code (AI, for example).

I mostly agree with you, however I don't believe that "xenophilia" is the right term, but I would go with (an unofficial) term; "quadrophilia".
Also, I don't believe that "zoophillia" is inherently wrong, just as with pedophilia, as long as you don't actually act on siad urges, it's fine. You can't really do anything about the attraction alone.
Lastly, I don't think clopping "reduces" the characters, many clop because they want to feel close to the characters.
WTFPL and licenses. Also open source.

I suppose a good solution would be to give hackers dedicated lobbies, as some games have done.
