; / I've recently got into the anime and yes, I'm no way going to watch all 700 episodes in order. So, I've watched a various amount (cant really count how many i've watched, lost count) out of order, and I've kinda taken a liking to Kogoro/Eri. It's cutesy in its own special way, and I've come up with a few ideas for a few DC/CC drabbles and one shots.

 

I've got a fan-fiction profile and if anyone is interested in seeing my stuff I can always link it ? Anyone else fans of the long-runner? Cause I've not grasped the entire story because its so freakin huge O.O !

I read a good amount of the manga. Up to volume 30-something, I believe. The last thing I remember was the castle with all the secret passageways. I loved the scientist who turned herself into a little girl. I secretly ship her and Jimmy.

 

I've been meaning to watch the anime or read the manga from the start and try to catch up but that's a loooooot of time and money.

Didn't think I'd see this come up here. Used to watch it a loooooooooong time ago... still have a few boxes of *ahem* VCDs of it stashed somewhere. Awesome stuff.

Oh wow. I think I remeber when it was on Toonami or was that Adult Swim? IDK but it was on TV a long time ago. Anyway if anyone's interested I'll link my profile here and ocassionally I write drabbles pretaining to whatever I feel like it. I check the wiki/Conan World for updates on the story so that way I dont have to drag out my watching experience.

As far as I know it was Adult Swim. When I was watching the anime it was the last thing they showed before they switched to early-morning Cartoon Network programs.

I'm surprised it's so long. Is it one of those things where they perpetuate Jimmy's problem without making any progress on it for the entire series or does it actually feel like he's getting closer over time?

 

I loved the not-Jimmy clone from the other region. He's pretty amazing. I dunno if he shows up in the anime at all since I've only seen a few anime but if not then they are really missing out.

Only a few volumes focus on the main plot, about 1 out of 10 volumes. But there's a real progression. Edited June 7, 2014 by Blobulle

Well that sucks. I've only read up to about volume 30 from around volume 10 I think. It's been forever.

 

At least it's a great series so they have something to keep us occupied.
