planning Full Moon [Adventure/SOL]

So I had this idea, it's not the best but here's a basic thing that goes on. "Everyone knows during a full moon strange things happen. Some think wereponies, others think it's just to scare kids to go to bed. But in reality, it's princess Luna. She enters dreams, to help from nightmares. Sometimes the dreams actually happen, you happen to be one of those on a full moon who's dream actually happens."

I mean, this is definitely a basic idea... but I think this could probably amount to something...
