Who would win in a fight? Applejack or Twilight Sparkle

Twilight hands down.

 

She can disappear and reappear instantaneous, use telekinesis instantaneously, and transport others with her.  She can use a wide variety of spells that can counter any of AJ's strength, almost effortlessly.

-Smiles- Well with that you have given Applejack a tactical advantage. Not only does she know the Sweet Apple Acres like the back of her hooves bit as shown in Apple Bucking Season the orchards are actually quite think in density. This means as long as Applehack stays within tje orchatds she will have cover of the trees, flying would be difficult if Twilight wants to get good line of sight to hit Applejack with her magic. Applejack can weave in and out of the trees and work her way behind Twilight so as to then catch hold of her with her rope or throw a well aimed apple while Twilight is flying and force her to th ground.

 

Applejack can then come close in to start giving Twilight a few good bucks to knock some sense into her friends. Oh, wait they're both under the control of magic... well in that case Applejack with break Twilight's wings and break her horn of with a rock. Lets see how she likes them apples.

You know Twilight could just camp in the air and spray blasts wildly to flush Applejack out, right? A lasso won't be enough to bring her down when she just uncoils it using telekinesis. Hell, Trixie humiliated Applejack

Counter Argument: Twilight flies into the air, Applejack throws apples at Twilight, thrown apples alert Twilight to AJ's location, Twilight uses telekines to pick many apples(shown below)

then whips the apples at AJ, rendering her a beaten pulp, because that many apples is impossible to dodge, especially if Twilight really pushes herself and grasps even more apples in her attack. Twilight can then fly down and shoot a high intensity beam of magic through AJ's skull from a short distance away, because at that point AJ couldn't really do much of anything.
