Now there is a character I have not seen for a while and I think you did quite a nice job with this one.  And the way L's hair is, I think you made the right choice by using him for hair drawing practice; it is as though he has permanent bed head or something.

 

The only thing I see that is a tad off are the eyes, as the one on the left is a bit too small in comparison the the one on the right.  Otherwise though, nicely done with this one.  Now you just have to draw Light!
