private Stuck in the Past RP (1x1 w/ pinkiepartypie)

It was a pleasant day; sun shining, clear skies. Ponies went about their day-to-day business as usual. And it started out as a normal day like the rest, except that was soon to change for one young mare. It would start when she heard a knock at her door.

 

On the other side of the door was a small red Earth filly that seemed no more than four or perhaps five years old. She was clearly out of place there on that doorstep, but she couldn't remember how she even got there to begin with, and her parents - they being her sole beacon of safety - were nowhere to be seen. She looked around with wide, nervous golden eyes, appearing to be on the verge of tears.

 

((OOC: And with this, I realize that I am not the greatest at starters, haha.))

Lexi Rosa was reading a book wnen she heard a knock.Putting the book, she walked over to the door.She opened it to find a youg filly standing there."Are you ok, are you lost."She said looking down at the sad little filly.She looked around to see if anyone looked like her parents but she saw no one,"Im Lexi Rosa what's your name."She asked with a soothing voice.

The young filly's ears flicked up when she heard the door open, and at once she looked up at the mare that had opened the door. She didn't recognize this mare, and understandably was a little wary at first. When asked if she was lost, her ears slowly folded down against the sides of her head as she nodded; if there was one thing she knew, it was that she didn't know where she was right now.

 

Oh, and her name. She knew her name, too, of course, so she could easily tell the mare. "I-I'm Galatea..." she said softly before looking around once more, her gaze eventually returning to Lexi. "H-Have you seen my mommy and daddy?"

 

It wouldn't have been too hard to spot her parents if they had been anywhere in the vicinity. Galatea was almost a carbon copy of her father, with the same dark hair and the same red coat as he; she had her mother's golden eyes, though. But, there was no telling where her parents could have been, or how the filly was even separated from them to begin with.

"Y-Yeah..." young Galatea said, her small voice sounding a little shaky. She looked around one more time, as if her parents would appear out of nowhere and comfort her, tell her that everything was going to be alright. She wanted that to happen - she wanted her parents, and she wanted them to be there now. But... they weren't going to come, she realized after about a minute.

 

The small filly started sniffling, letting out little whimpers as the tears in her eyes spilled over. Even though this nice mare, Lexi, was there to help, that didn't change the fact that she was lost, scared, and missing her parents above all else. Up until this point, she had scarcely even left her parents' side... and now they were gone, just like that.
