"We went to a school on the ground," said Anala. "And we're just friends."

 

Riley felt a pang in his chest when he heard that. "Eheh... yeah, just friends..."

 

Anala wrapped an arm around Riley. "But you know, Riley, I've always seen you as a little brother."

 

Riley blushed under his red coat. "Thanks, metaphorical big sis," he replied, to which Anala blushed.

Kit smiled. They did act sort of like a brother and sister.

"Oh ok,well i was born and raised in Cloudsdale,but i like to go to Ponyville often..  And to be honest, i have been so busy practising and rehearsing that i haven't had a social life....so thanks for chilling with me..."

Kit blushed. He didnt know what to do,so he just kind of sat there, knowing that he should probably only keep him and Anala as friends if they even got that far. Or he would want Riley not to be bitter,so he decided he would only try to be friends.

Times and Shadow were walking when an apple in a near by tree was hit by an arrow.

 

The sound of the arrow hitting the apple startled Times, he jumped and then noticed a pony come and take the apple. "Don't know why somepony would pick an apple that has an arrow through but I have had stranger foods..." Times said before continuing walking with Shadow.
 

 

Shadow looked at Times and said "So Ditsy called him Doctor Muffin Mane... Sounds like something she would say"

 

Times looked at her and said "She said it when she visited me in the hospital that one time."

 

Shadow looked forward and said "She wasn't visiting, you were both in the hospital."

 

"No, not that time, The time where I broke my wing, I had crashed into a tree... and then fell on that one pony." Times replied.

 

Shadow shrugged and said "I think I was in Canterlot visiting my sister."

 

"Why do you even visit her... she is so mean and greedy... and she keeps hitting on me." Times said

 

"She hits on everypony" Shadow replied.

"Curse you cloud physics!" said Riley as the basket plummeted once more. When Kit didn't return, Riley and Anala looked over the edge of the cloud, and, to their horror, Kit's wing was bleeding. Riley carried Anala down.

 

"We're going to the hospital! Hang in there, buddy!" said Anala. She flung Kit onto her back and galloped off to Ponyville Hospital.

Deja Vu heard a splittering crack not far from his shop and saw a pegasi laying on the ground bleeding. He rushed over as two other ponies startex running with the injured pony. Thinking he might be of use, and since his gapllery was empty of patrons, he followed them.

Kit looked at her

"Are you ok?" He said worriedly.

Shadow and Times began running beside the other two and Shadow asked "What happened to him?"

 

Times saw the blood and then ran over to a bush and threw up. He wiped his mouth and took a deep breath before flying over to them and said "Is he going to be okay." Times kind of had survivors guilt for the pony he didn't even know. Times had hit that pavement multiple times at faster speeds and he hadn't taken that much damage from the impact.

"Kit! Are you okay? Sorry we had to go! How does everything feel?" said Riley all in one go as he and Anala pushed their way through the crowd to see Kit.

Having finished whatever it was they needed to do, Riley and Anala burst in through the doors of Kit's room.

The door hit Times when it opened. Times stumbled back before falling onto his back. "I'm okay..."

 

Shadow walked over to Times and helped him up "You okay Times."

"Let me get the nurse..." Shadow said before walking out of the room.

"I-Im fine... i think. Hehe... Probably just grounded for a little while..."

Kit made a gesture to his wing, to show that its broken.

"So,i guess im putting acting off for a while.... Anyway,thanks for seeing me,i appreciate it guys...." He looked at everypony in the room and blushed at the two mares. He was lucky shadow couldnt see him but he tried to stop himself because anala COULD  see him. he then thought

"Damn,what am i doing? im blushing over two mares?!"

Having known Anala long enough to know that she was prone to outbursts, Riley turned around and noticed that Kit was attempting to get out of bed. He rushed over and put a hoof on him.

 

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. We don't know if it's safe for you to get out of bed yet," said Riley.

Kit didnt know what to say,so he tried to move up, and as he did he thought

"Damn,i shouldnt move... but i think i need to check on them... i hope i dont blush too much. Who is this jet-black mare? i know her name is Shadow,but that seems like thats it."

he then shook his head to stop blushing and tried to get out of the bed again

 

"Well, I just think you should be a little more careful, what if it was a nurse or a patient on the other side of the door when you came in." Shadow said as she turned her head to Anala. 

 

Times walked back into the room and said "What did I miss..."

 

Shadow then noticed Kit trying to get out of the bed. "You should stay laying down and rest. You don't want hurt yourself." Shadow said.

Times looked at Riley and Anala "Just to note, the nurse says that because of you hitting me with the door, I will be even more insane then usual.. Any one else seeing spots." He said to them.

 

Shadow, not knowing what 'Ponio Bros' was, stayed out of the conversation. She looked at Times and said "Are you sure you can be anymore insane?"

 

Times and Shadow chuckled.

Deja Vu hadn't the slighteat idea what Ponio Bros. was and was not going to pretend that he did so he judt loiked around st the ponies gathered around the wounded grey pegasi. Two who appeared obsessed with that Ponio Bros. game he knew nothing about. One who seemed yo be quite delerious. And finally, one mare who seemed completly out of place on the conversation like himself.

Riley and Anala turned to Times and they then looked at her incredulously.

 

"Um, I'm sorry, what did you say... 'more insane than usual'?" Anala asked for clarification. Not once had she or Riley suspected that this hospital contained a madpony.

"Thank Celestia we're off today...Thunder said as he looked at his work schedule. But that didn't mean he was off. He could get called in for an emergency, which was quite frequent in the storm wrangling department. He and Blitz then went downstairs and got breakfast.
