"Mirror Quake's a damn fool," Blixer laughed. Their ship was now only a couple hours from Tarsus.

 

"Aren't you worried, sir?" Ash inquired.

 

Blixer shook his head. "Pirates helping out the RPF? And against me? Ha!" He smiled and took a swig from his liquor bottle.

 

"I'm a legend now," he proclaimed. "A symbol of rebellion! If any pirates bothers to come this way, they'll probably join us! And then we'll deal with Mirror Quake!"

"Either way, we have him it is too simple" mirror image says to the captain.

 

"It would be too boring if he were caught so easily. The unity blade us far faster than his ship and mine has more firepower. I think we can afford to have a bit of fun with our prey." Mirror Quake says, "besides if the pirates are offered a chance to escape my hunting them, even if for a little bit, they will flock against him. Too simple though and it would make my life very boring, now go rest, you need it and have earned it."

Rampart reclaimed the wheel from Storm Strafe upon reboarding ths Unity Blade. Storm Strafe had already gad the minotaurs take ths other lifeboats to carry all the excess supplies off the ship back to camp.This drop in wieght allowed tgs Unity Blade to slice tgrough the water(foguroitivly speaking) far outspeeding the Arcane Raider. "Storm, I am pleased witth the boost in speed but

....why is the rum gone", Rampart asked Storm Strafe who had no answer other than "Oh crap".

"Land, dead ahead Captain!" Soren shouted.

 

Blixer looked up and nodded. He was almost there. "Prepare to land and disperse," he ordered. "Take all of the treasure off the ship. We'll hide it until it's safe to get it back."

 

"Sir, what are your plans once we get on land?" Ash asked.

 

Blixer lit a new cigar and calmly inhaled. "To beat Mirror Quake." With that, he sat down and pulled his hat down over his eyes.

Mirror Image runs up to Mirror Quake, shouting. "Sir, there us land ahead, if the his on land the fight might even out if the unity blade can't help us."

 

"Who said anything about landing. After all, we have the superior ship and why should we let then have all the fun, and remember there us a reason none escapes me."
