planning Role Playing help

So where/ how exactly does role playing occur?  Can someone explain please

Roleplaying in the Roleplay section of Roleplay World or sometimes in Private Messages, depending on the players. Before a roleplay can begin, it must be set up in the Rolellay Planning section of Roleplay World. As for how you rolellay, ypu either chpose a canon or original character and post as though you were that character.
