I'd suggest you dump that psu not because of it's wattage but I've read that they're unreliable psu's that tend to die pretty frequently for PSU's. As for wattage, depending on your build but 600-700 watts should be enough I believe. You'll want a 700w Seasonic psu at least (top PSU manufacturers, in fact some of the top Corsair PSU's are made from those guys).
