SparklingSquirrels 21,352 August 23, 2014 Share August 23, 2014 Hmm.... I don't think I've ever eaten them. Thus I didn't know much about the long-term health problems, so that's interesting I guess. ֍֎֍֎
Mephala 2,633 August 23, 2014 Share August 23, 2014 Glad I don't eat it anymore... LOL I totally read that as "glad I don't eat anymore" and I was like ".-." Anyways, contrary to popular belief, eating healthy is not that expensive. Things like canned beans are high in fibres and proteins and require little to no preparation, in addition to being cheap. It's not hard to make simple things with it, either. Replacing high-carb things like ramen is also much better, you'll have more energy and gain less weight. Having some instant ramen every once in a while isn't bad, it's no worse than eating a fast food item (which is equally terrible for you and far more consumed). As someone said, just have it in moderation, like everything else. There IS too much of a good thing.
