How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: My friend's sister reccomended it to me. Best decision EVER!!!

Hi everypony! I come from a loving, but sad family. I am the only MLP lover in my family! I'm so happy I found this site because now I can meet other ponies who share the same OBVIOUS intrest! Anyways, here's my sad tale:

 

Emmy's best friend's sister loved MLP with a passion. She carried around a saddle bag with the Mane Six on it everywhere. This spiked my curiosity to ask her about it, abd thus learned about MLP. At first I thought it was wierd, because I grew up surounded by MLP haters. But then I started secretly watching it on my iPod, and I was instantly obsessed! I've tried-believe me, I've TRIED to get my family in the loop, but sadly, I've failed you, Equestria. I've honestly done everything! From almost having a complete melt down at Build a Bear Workshop for a Twilight princess plushie, to sitting directly in ffont of my mom with an episode blaring in her ear! But to no avail, none were turned.

Now that you all know my sad tale, please, please, PLEASE understand that I'm a bit frustrated, and my lonely life causes me to do some pretty odd things. It's a bit embarassing to admit, but since I'm amoung friends…sometimes I do mini roleplays in my head (or outloud when I'm alone) where I'm Princess Celestia's daughter, and BFFs with Twilight and the mares! Please don't think I'm weird! I'm like blushing sooooo much right now!

And don't be sad!  Some people may not like what you like, but you can bet on it that there's someone nearby that likes MLP just as much as you do!  They may be hard to find, but they're somewhere out there! 

 

Even if you don't find someone, you've still got the online community! 

 

And besides!

 

 

 

Don't let people define what you like!  Be yourself and don't be ashamed!  If they don't like it?  Great!  If they like it?  All the merrier!
