*He hoof pumped (wow that sounds stupid).* "Yus!" *He said, looking over at Storm with the surprisingly humongous bowl of popcorn.* "Wow, that's a pretty big bowl of popcorn, you sure you made enough?" *He said sarcastically before popping a few kernels into his mouth.*

She sat next to him and tapped her chin as if in deep thought. "No...I'll probably have to make some more", she said jokingly. "Seriously, I had a hunch that you'd like this movie though I have no idea why", she said poking ligtky with a wing before nestling up against him and popping some popcorn.

"Hmm, I don't know, probably considering it deals with video games and has a crap ton of classic gaming references!?" *He said excitedly. He squirmed when she poked him with her wing and he groaned.* "Mmm, don't do that." *He said with a pout, then popping some popcorn in his mouth and drinking his cider.*

"I was just kidding about not knowing why you would enjoy the movie, you brainless little oaf", she said playfully before kissing his ear and lucking it lightly. "Okay I won't poke you with NY wings", she obeyed while poking him with her hoof instead. She drank a bit of his cider with a smirk.

*He squirmed again and blushed again when she poked him and drank his cider. He gave her a look that said 'What do you think you're doing?' And giving off an aura of playfulness.* "I have a brain..... I just don't use it much." *He replied and ate some more popcorn kernels.*

She moved to the other side unsure wheather she she should be pissed at him or not. If he was joking then fine... but she couldn't tell tell if he was actually trying to call her dumb or not, finally deciding that was probably just missing with her and let it go. She nestled back against him as if nothing had happened.

*As She moved away from him, he wondered if he had crossed the line with his little joke, but as she nestled back up against him, he figured she wasn't mad, but he still felt bad.* "Oh, um. I was joking, I didn't mean to insult you." *He said giving her a nuzzle, hoping she wasn't mad.*

She kissed his neck lightly. "Its fine...I'm not insulted. I know I'm dumb...I didn't go to school...had too much on my mind back then, but hey somehow I graduated and got a house that playing guitar paid for...but deep down I know I should have gone to school more often...maybe I'd know things other than how to pull a string", she said quietly turning her attention to the movie

"Oh, you're not dumb." *He said, giving her a kiss behind her ear and giving it a nibble.* "Just you lack in an education. Being dumb to me means you have a lack of common sense, which I do. You on the other hoof (Ech, that sounds weird to say.) Have plenty of that while I have the book smarts."

She shuddered slightly when he nibbled her ear. "Dumb. I can't say airo ..arrow....aetodie... aerodynamix...aerodynamics or even minischool...minuscule properly. That is dumb. You are not. Just gullible because of your lack of common sense", she said before grabbing a bit of popcorn.

"Exactly, lack of common sense leads to gullibility because of my lack of sense to look into a situation before diving into it without thinking and completely doing something stupid. That, is what it truly means to be dumb." *He explain, eating some popcorn and taking some cider.*

She looked at him and shook her head with a defeated sigh. "Okay can we please stop arguing over who's dinner please? Its definitely me though since I was drinking in middle school. Of that's not dumb I don't know what it is other than just retarded", she said with a dry laugh.

*His eyes immediately widened and started to choke on the popcorn he was chewing on and spit it out to the side.* "Drinking .. Since MIDDLE SCHOOL?" *He asked in complete shock.* "Dear Celestia that's an extremely young age! What drove you to that?" *He asked wonder what happened.*

"Same reason I stopped going to school and started fuckubg up my life. My dad died in the Royal guard....that was no surprise.... but then my mum died a week later from illness and I personally think him dying is what really did her in. But that's the past. I only brought it to prove my point. My parents left me and I couldn't pat for the house so I had to stay with he Old Man. He knew I wasn't going to school and was drinking but he never did anything about it. His philosophy is that we havevtobfix our own problems...guess I sceewed that up too".

*His ears flattened against his head and he looked downward, not knowing what to say.* "I-I don't know what to say. I'm sorry that happened to your that should happen to no filly or colt." *He said, wrapping his hooves around her.* "That must have been tough." *He finished.*

She just shrugged. "Its no big deal. The past is left behind at each new day...so don't worry about it", she said trying to forget that she had even brought it up. "I dont need your sympathy. That badtard of a uicorn never even tried to help me. He's the one I wanted sympathy from. But why should I get any from you if didn't get any from my own family. I understand my cousins not being there. They have their own problems but he just lives in a little bubble without empathy for anypony", she ranted at the verge of tears. "Even when I would be drunk to the point that I was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning...he did nothing". A few small tears dropping onto his shoulder.

*He hugged her tighter, and took a deep breath and let it out in a sigh, remembering having to take his own mother to a hospital for alcohol poisoning, something a colt should never have to do. He sat there and let her vent out anything that needed to be let out, just trying to be there for her.*

She finally managed to make herself shut up after admitted more than had intended to tell ever tell anypony or so she thought. "No. I didnt even want to tell you any of this. This day was supposed to be a day for us to just chill...and I fucking ruined it. I'm going to sleep..try to calm the hell down. You could the movie on...I'llsleep through it", she said drinking a cooler of ccider and fling asleep next to him.

*He Sighed and gave her a gentle kiss and nuzzled her.* "Its alright just try and sleep." *He said, with a caring smile and turning his attention back to the movie, which was halfway done but he'd already seen it when it was in theatres. He took some popcorn and put it in his mouth, followed by cider.*

About when the movie ended and the end credits started playing 'When can I see you Again', she finally woke back and stretched. "Sorry for ruining your day off", she said grabbing another bunch of ciders and downing them. In the span of the next ten minutes, she had emptied enough bottles to completely surround herself with empty cider bottles. Too many, too quickly
