"Thank you." *He thanked Storm for the breakfast, then immediately started eating the small hot pastries. Once he was done, he put his dish away and went to meet with Storm to start their day.* "Alright Storm, what are we doing? You're more in shape then me, so you'll be taking the reins."

She stretched out a bit before giving him an answer. "Like I told you last night. Push-ups, wing-ups, a few laps, you could probably do with a few sits ups as well... Later on we'll move on to weights, and junk like that, you know, cross-country running and flying".

"Well alright then, what are we starting with first?" *He asked, not really remembering how to start things off since he last really worked out in High School. He flared out his wings and gave them a few flexes to loosen them up and bounced up and down slightly to loosen his legs up.*

She thought about it for a few minutes before deciding on laps. She pointed to a track that sat on her roof. '' It's a small track so do thirty laps for starters and don't worry I'll do them with you. You don't have to kill yourself trying to get past me, just try to stay on the same lap''.

"Alright, sounds good to me." *He said with a confident smile as he flew up to the track and started on hi thirty laps to start. He didn't fly at an incredible fast speed, nor was it way too slow. He flew at a place so he wouldn't be too tired, yet not have too much energy.*

She easily out sped him, which she have done even if he were going faster. She sat on the side the track after fifty laps. "I bumped it up to fifty... And by the way, there's more laps to go after this, but they'll be running laps to work your legs. So remember to pace ypurself".

"That's what I'm doing!" *He called out, which he probably shouldn't have, as he screwed up his breathing pattern. He eventually finished his set of laps and touched down on the track, slightly out of breath, but he could still keep going with the running laps they were going to do.*

"I know you're pacing yourself, I just also happened to know that you'd shoot back a stupid remark and screw yourself up. We'll do our running laps and then move on to some push-ups and wing-ups afterward. She walked back on to the track and waited for him, offering a head start.

"What? You jerk." *He said to her, giving her a playful glare.* "Alright, laps, then some push ups." *He repeated. He followed her onto the track and began his laps at the same place as he did his flying laps. He kept his breathing steady and made sure not to mess it up again.*

Storm waited until he had done ten laps before she started running, passing him on his fourteenth lap. She continued her run until lap thirty where she slowed to a gallop and eventually a canter, just showing at the differences in their laps at this point.

*When He saw Storm start to slow down after passing him awhile back, he rolled his eyes and smiled.* "What a show off she is." *He thought to himself and mentally chuckling.* "But she's my show off." *He added, before finishing off his laps, a little more tired then when he finished his wing laps.*

"Bout time you finished, you slow poke. I was practically walking for half of it and still whipped your ass..... We, that way kinkier than I wanted it to. Anyways.... Push-ups are next fifty push-ups and then fifty Wing-ups which are just push-ups where you use your wings, not your legs".

"Ooo, kinky." *He said with a suggestive tone, smile and a raised eyebrow.* "I know what wing-ups are. We did them back in high school. I may not work out often, but I know what they exercises are." *He said, pushing his hind legs back to get into position to start push ups and started doing them.*

"Yeah, but I like to act like your dumber than I am", she said dismissively before matching his position and beginning her own push-ups, finishing them quickly and starting on her two sets of twenty-five reps of wing-ups. She finished them with equel speed and got ready to start making him do situps to get rid of his squishy midsection.

*He began to pace himself, not wanting to tired himself out too quickly and finished his push ups, with brief panting in his breath. He took a short bit to rest, then immediately got back on his wings and began starting them at the same pace. Once he was done with his wing ups, he sat back on his haunches and took a breather.*

"You're too squishy. Curl-ups and sit-ups are next. Fifty of each. Then you won't be soo squishy and I won't be soo tempted to poke your belly. Now drop and give me fifty if each", she ordered playfully though serious about him doing them. She did them as well, this time at his pace to be nice.

"Don't lie, you love my squishiness." *He retorted playfully as he got down on the ground to start his curl ups and started them. After doing thirty of them, he felt his midsection start to cramp up, but did not stop. He continued until he was done and grabbed his midsection.* "Yeesh, it hurts."

"It's supposed to hurt. That means you're making progress and becoming a bit more fit. Or you pulled your spleen our of place and are now going to die a horrible death on which case I'll drop your sorry carcass into the Everfree Forest so I can't be linked to your death and so a timber wolf wild eat the evidence, she said said as she finished her Curl-ups and did her sit-ups.

*He started laughing, then immediately regretted it, making his stomach area hurt. He laid back down and started his sit ups, at first feeling a little pain, then halfway through felt like they were on fire being stabbed with needles. He eventually finished them and fell back to lay down out of breath.*

Storm noticed his condition and licked his ear. "As you're out of breathe and can't get up or move, you're stick there.... Looking so vulnerable...... Maybe I'll just take advantage of that", she said before pinning him underneath her and licking his ear again. "Time to have a bit of fun".

*He shuddered and felt his wings expand out in all their glory.* "Yeah. Yeah, that sounds fun right now." *He said, still put of breath, pulling her muzzle towards his and gave her a passionate kiss, wrapping his hooves around her. He thought it'd be weird to be doing this outside on a track, but couldn't care less right now.*

She created a localized storm to shrill them from prying eyes, not wanting any uninvited spectators. After a while if fun, she got up off of him and went inside to look at the clock "Hey, it's like 11:30...you plan on headed to the geek shack sometime today", she asked playfully.

"Yeah, I have to be there by noon." *He responded with a smile on his face like he always did.* "But first I need a shower above all things. Join me?" *He said, getting up and walking to her bathroom and turned on the tap, letting the water heat up and turned on the shower.*

She quickly smirked at him as they entered the shower. "Yeah, you definitely need a shower. You smell like sweat, anguish and guilt(family guy joke). We were up on the roof longer than I thought", she said as she lathered his tail as had become normal shower routine that they did each other's tail.

"Yeah, we were up their longer then any of the other times." *He said as he took the shampoo in his hooves and mixed it with his scraggly mane to straighten it out to make it its wavy form again. He washed out the soap from his mane and Tail that Storm had put in and turned around to wash out her tail.*
